@Rogers The intermittent disconnects is a huge problem when you are trying to teach a class. There is land for sale in Shediac, purchase it and start building your tower to fix this annoying issue. Almost a year ago, a Rogers rep stated this is the TRUE problem. Yet, here we are!

@RogersHelps I want a CREDIT. you bill me if I'm 13 days late, your outages were a huge disruption as I have doctor appointments, an elderly mom, a brother w/a pulmonary embolism in both lungs, my health & a spec needs child at home. WT actual **** ROGERS. This is unexceptional. I want credit

@RogersHelps Problems happens especially with IT. Had some issues with purchases as the txt for verifications were not coming through, they came 10 hours later. Must have been a stressful day for rogers, otherwise..solid service.

@arandhawa21 @ChrisSagal @RogersHelps How is it greedy to want your money back for a service you didn’t receive? 100% we should be credited on our account for the day. That was not okay. Rogers is the most expensive phone company. In the world. They can afford to compensate us.

@peter101s @crazymama_2 @RogersHelps I missed appointments too. Uh, if the calling doesn't work you can't have a phone call appointment...this shouldn't have too be explained. Its commonsense. Mine bills me $125 cuz I'm rare blood disease w/st. Mikes hospital.
