    @Rogers what happened to your customer service? 20 year customer here and I cant reach anyone for help, you hang up saying youre busy and every chat disconnects. How am I supposed to get help? Ombudsman info please

    Hey @Rogers, how the hell are we your customers supposed to know when to call you if your stupid system only says "during our regular hours Monday to Saturday" but never once says what your "regular hours" are? Do better!

    @RogersHelps the amount of time I’ve had to spend trying to correct a billing error you made is ridiculous. I have been on hold for over an hour and the online queue is just as bad. Please provide better options for customers to resolve issues.
