You know what's fantastic? There are two separate clauses in @RogersHelps ' TOS that explicitly state that you (customer) accept that their **** just make not work at all. 9. b. iii (Limitation of Liability) and 9 d. (home phone Services) ii.

@Rogers @RogersHelps Logged in for the first time in years... Rogers better compensate customers a pro-rated amount proportional to the service downtime accumulated this month. You're a government funded monopoly charging the highest rates in the world for what is essentially a human right.

@RogersHelps Correction- All wireless customers are experiencing a total service outage for all wireless services. Our team is barely working to restore services kind of whenever. We are required to apologize, though we don't really care, and will provide no further updates.
