    @RogersHelps on Rogers Ignite, the BBC Canada channel 87 states they stopped offering service. Do customers have an additional channel swap availability because of this situation as channel 87 is still on my swap listing to change ?

    @RogersHelps tech support can't seem to help me. intermittent connection, telling me that the direct connection from my Modem(Cat5e) to my Ps5 I should only expect MAX 100Mbps(500 ignite). Also that my wireless cutting out is WIFI range issue(directly beside modem), all devices

    @GraysonPeddie Well I get worse than that with @Rogers Cable Internet, I have had a ticket open with them since October 19, 2020 they have acknowledged its a "backend" issue and that's about it they have provided me zero updates since then
