    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I had to pay for an RDS subscription that I didn't use for 8 months. 1st time, l hung up because I waited 30 mins & no one picked up. 2nd time, some idiot couldn't verify my credentials despite calling from the verified phone # on the account. 3rd time, finally lucked out.

    @Rogers is a ****** joke pay all this money for garbage service and no help whe calling in @fordnation a joke to with all this money we pay for trash service and being over charged he says he for the people but never helps which people you for your family only?

    @RogersHelps @mmabrey1 Bring back the ol’ reliable COAX receivers! Ever since Rogers switched to Ethernet/WIFI receivers it’s been nothing but endless issues. I asked for a COAX box but apparently they’re no longer provided. You’d think over time @Rogers service would improve & not get worse.🤔DM Sent!

    1 of 2: Could not be more frustrated with @Rogers. With cable, satellite and 2 phones, we spend a lot of money with them. Yet after my wife spent more than half an hour on phone to talk about consolidating our accounts, they said they couldn't help her.
