I've been getting a lot of SMS spam lately on my 514 number (using an iPhone). Does @RogersHelps have any ideas on how to fix it?

@RogersHelps my internet service has gone down for the fourth time in the past month, what’s going on here? This is in midtown Toronto.

@Rogers @YMCAGTA You know, creating programs for blacks only is really an insult to black people because you're basically saying they need extra help because they're not capable.

  • iNichoIas Nicholas (@iNichoIas) reported

@RogersHelps When I called the dedicated number it asks me to press 1 for upgrade from cable to ignite TV, Press 2 for Billing and Payment Inquiries, and Press 3 for Technical Support. Which one do I press??

  • albertduic Albert Duic (@albertduic) reported

@Rogers I’m kinda glad that Rogers will no longer be providing Roadside Assistance. The service has become a joke and more costly.

Hey @RogersHelps Do you guys pride yourselves on garbage customer service or do you just have no standards whatsoever? How many times do I need to call to get my issue resolved before I take it to Social Media? Please take a look into the issue with my billing and fix it.

  • 7cebreaker 7cebreaker (@7cebreaker) reported

Was forced to give @Rogers my credit card number for automatic payments. Their billing system and customer service are like always terrible. So they charged me like $80 with interest because they screwed up over a year ago. Pay or no service. What can you do, #monopoly wins.

  • traceygrrlie Tracey Morris (@traceygrrlie) reported

@RogersHelps when doing neighbourhood service which may affect service, maybe a notice should go out? Connection has been spotty all morning, only to find work is being done in the area impacting service.
