@Rogers why is it when you ship a new PVR to a customer you cut off their current one so they are without cable & lose their shows while waiting 2-4 days for the new one? And why do you not warn your customers that the box will be deauthorized while waiting? 👎🏻 #rogers

@lookdumbass @RogersHelps My guess is because it’s a new system. Errors can happen right now and it’ll likely flag calls that aren’t actually spam sometimes. I’m hoping the system doesn’t mistaken No Caller ID as spam as a lot of hospitals use no caller ID!

@Rogers I have been on hold for 2 hours trying to upgrade my internet. Everytime I call I'm put into this customer service line. I can't believe how poorly existing customers are treated. Now I'm looking to contact rogers just to cancel my services.

@RogersHelps Sooner rather than later would be wise, because customers will start getting rather annoyed. If your identification system is pretty solid, the customer will get rather irritable in short order if their phone keeps ringing throughout the day with Likely Fraud, Spam, etc.

Canadian telecoms is great because: @RogersHelps forces me to change digital cable for their ignite cable. Then they end up charging me for both services. Then I have to call and be on hold for 19 minutes and counting for the privilege of only being charged for 1 service.

@RogersHelps So your take away from that tweet wasn't a customer left on hold for hours but rather that not everyone likes everything? Wtf?
