    There was no cost cutting. The Roger’s family are ******* parasites on Canadian culture. The reason @Rogers fired the radio crews today is because people preferred to listen the radio broadcasts over the grossly over priced pile of **** they sell.

    @BluelineBardown @Rogers Or cancel the cable altogether and use the little box to watch everything for about $20/mo

    @MichelleRempel @Rogers If Canada were growing, you wouldn’t be seeing things shutting down regularly. This one even in the heart of Canada’s economic engine where two thirds of the growth is supposedly happening. It continues to feel pessimistic in spite of big talk by Mark Carney. All problems get solved with grand announcements of more and bigger government intervention, and the voters seem to lap it up. Canada will probably not be G7 country within a generation.

    @Rogers man do you suck so hard. Really? Closing down sports and news in Calgary? All because your bottom line can’t afford your purchasing? I will ensure everyone I k ow thinks long and hard about switching from you now. @Sportsnet960 @NewsRadioCGY

    @RogersHelps "Longer than normal hold times" shouldn't justify your automated system to essentially comment that you are too busy to assist customers, call back later, and hang up. No, I was not able to connect with a live human. Yes, I called back multiple times with the same result

    @MichelleRempel @Rogers Shutting down Fan960 Calgary is awfull! Shame on you Rogers!

    Instead of shutting down @Sportsnet960. @Rogers could instead have stopped broadcasting all 162 #Jays games on TV. #Flames

    @morbital @BluelineBardown @Rogers The Argos haven’t had support since the 70’s

    @EricFrancis **** @Rogers and @Sportsnet canceled 4 phones and my subscription. Off the Bell and will get the NHL network for Flames. Typical hate for the West from a company who only cares about Toronto.

    @MichelleRempel @Rogers I’ve worked in industries that have been decimated by technological changes. With the internet revolution, I can’t think of a more antiquated format than AM radio, many new cars don’t even have an AM transmitter. I feel bad for the staff of course, but if you have an opinion and charisma, you will find a home in the podcast world.
