@c_boak @Rogers @RogerHelps I’m at M2J 2C5 in a town house so looks it it’s probably the whole area. When I posted last night someone mentioned There was a fire last night at the Don Mills Hydro Vault around the time it went down and also that Shoos on Don Mills had no power.

@theJagmeetSingh @Rogers charged an increase in my monthly fee yesterday. No credit for the disruption. #rogershelps assured #rogers can’t help with monthly increases. At the mercy of oligopolies who shrug you off bc they can. It’d be scary to see them grow in power and charge more when they want

Dear @Rogers , I’m (not just me) a contractor who works in IT sector and gets paid by hour. In IT, I mean I need internet to work and no internet means no work and 1 full day Rogers outage costed me 8 hrs pay. Now, I’d like to hear a comment from you on this note.

@RogersHelps Would love to! I have to constantly restart my modem due no connection, and I know people from my city with your services that are also still having issues.
