@DennielleL @RogersHelps I am not impressed with the customer service either. I am incredibly disappointed that such a huge company would add $3.40 “service fee” to all existing customers in the middle of a pandemic.

@RogersHelps Hey Rogers what is the process to cancel. On hold and chat since yesterday and 10 this morning ready to switch to an ignite offer. When checking out technical error. When an agent tries technical error. Been through 5+ people already. See no other option.

November 21, 2020 #Brampton #Rogers internet / cable keeps going down! L6R area, please investigate when the system will be stable @RogersHelps . The connection keeps dropping for a second or two. A technician was onsite yesterday but the issues have not gone away!

@RogersHelps no internet, have been contacting Rogers since 7 days, still no resolution. Rogers made me pay for upgraded service still facing same issues. My 8 month old baby keeps waking up because of interrupted white noise on his google home.
