Multi-hour Internet outage in our region still ongoing. ticket already opened with @RogersHelps but lack of any meaningful updates makes it even worse :-( will definitely start looking for alternatives.

@RogersHelps Fine. But I would first like to point out the original technician did not do a service call. Just dumped the (wrong) hardware off with my parents and then took a two hour break I guess? Super not at all good. I thought you were improving your service after the last debacle?

@Rogers oh no I won't be wasting my time on the phone with rogers, I already have my recorded phone call informing rogers don't renew and cancel the service once the contract expires and I'll be going elsewhere so as far as I'm concerned it's been cancelled and rogers has been informed

@Bell (mobility) reduced our rural service, @rogers is about to run a cable down our road. Guess where I'm going when they get done. TV, phones and internet. Our @xplore_ca reduces to dialup speed in the evenings and on weekends. ROGERS HERE WE COME, CAN'T HAPPEN SOON ENOUGH.

@Rogers @RogersHelps WHAT is with all the reindeer games Rogers?? Billing issue had me on 📞 for 71 minutes ending with a 'supervisor' who couldn't confirm either way whether a $50 + tax mistakes was going to be refunded. Rep today took <15min to waive that charge. 🤨
