    @rogers The saga that is Rogers continues. Reached out to get technical help as I cannot get my one-time passwords when I try to log in to Amazon as they are supposed to get texted to my phone. Roger support indicated I'm not the only one saying this and they are looking (1/3)

    @RogersHelps hi there, I understand we’re getting credited for Friday’s outage…. My internet came back last night and it’s still not working properly. I can barely load Instagram on my phone let alone watch a video.

    @RogersHelps No you havnt.. sure i have internet connection , but its not working properly. Limited to google and facebook.. everything else isnt working unless i use my bell data .

    @RogersHelps ffs Rogers get your **** together 1% my ***. Is my cable coming back anytime this year, probably not because your CEO didn’t do his job and bring infrastructure up to proper standards, so a simple update crashed the entire system…IRRESPONSIBLE, INFURIATING!!!

    @RogersHelps At a time when everyone is bashing @RogersHelps, allow me to state that how thrilled I am that my service has been upgraded from non-existence to deplorable. TV constantly losing signal or freezing. The upcoming Wimbledon men’s final should be a joy. Thanks Rogers.

    @RogersHelps @yankeefanbetta Day 3 and I have no services and the wait time to call the technical department is a minimum of 2 hours. Where is the fix?
