@Rogers Great, but why is it so expensive??!! Why is Canadian phone / data/ internet service the most expensive in the world?!!Rogers, @telus & Shaw, you guys just artificially keep the prices high ? …cuz you can? Smells like price fixing to me!

  • CEhildebrandt C.E. Powell (@CEhildebrandt) reported

@Rogers - why is my internet going down in excess of 6 times today - aren’t you suppose to be the “most reliable”?

  • realCzar3 Real Czary (@realCzar3) reported

@rogers @rogersbiz is the crappiest internet services. They rarely work. Network or not work, their bill come regularly without any delay

  • TGRobbins Tyler Robbins (@TGRobbins) reported

@RogersHelps @StephenM_94 Can you acknowledge that there is an outage?

  • kingisback4now jay (@kingisback4now) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers spent 3 1/2 hours on the phone with customer service. A technical issue with your website, nothing to do with me. 12 years a customer and this is the first time I’m thinking of leaving. Get offered a couple of GB’s for a month. Wow that’s terrible

  • SyedTalalAshraf Talal - طلال (@SyedTalalAshraf) reported

@Rogers Between your historically terrible customer support and devious ways of making money (like sending printed statements and charging hundreds of dollars for it), I can say without a doubt that I will never be a Rogers customer and won’t let anyone I know sign up either.

@Rogers Any issues with Rogers in Cole Harbour? I cannot make a phone call, couldn’t make one yesterday too. I’m on 3G, is this an issue? Help?! People can call ME, I can’t call out to anyone. I can’t even call their number for service. #Rogers #rogerscell

  • Shannon_Newton Shannon 🍁🇨🇦 (@Shannon_Newton) reported

@RogersHelps I haven’t been able to make a phone call since I moved to Cole Harbour on Saturday. People can call me but my cell won’t call out. What’s the issue? Am I living in a Rogers dead zone? I’m on 3G. Thanks!

  • Shannon_Newton Shannon 🍁🇨🇦 (@Shannon_Newton) reported

@REALTOR_Jacqui @Rogers @RogersHelps This is kinda unacceptable though. I have to contact my insurance to make sure things are changed over. Just moved. Planning to get a new provider. I’ve had way too many issues with dead zones with Rogers. I can’t LIVE in one! Eeeeeesh.

@Rogers My neighbour and I have asked your technician to put a lock on the network panel on an adjacent apartment. To date, it’s still wide open. Best in test is laughable.
