    Geez @Rogers how long does it take to get a refund cheque? Cancelled my service a week after your deplorable response to the outage in July and STILL haven’t received anything.

    @RogersHelps you keep pushing us to move to Ignite TV but you can’t seem to provide a reliable internet connection. We have lost connectivity yet again with no explanation other than “there is a problem in your area”

    @RogersHelps Ignite Tech calls & says he cant fix the issue & to call and book another appt with @Rogers Customer care. Customer care says I need to speak to Rogers Ignite to book another appt, they transfer me to Customer Care who transferred me to Ignite Tech who transferred me to Migration

    @RogersHelps Now making my bill over the $200 and that’s the best! Internet doesn’t work sometimes for hours, wireless home phone picks up other’s conversations or gives faxing noise when making a call but that’s apparently not your problems. Wonder if @Bell has better service?

    @Rogers After 4 people trying to talk to me still nothing is fixed I guess this is the method of having complaints taken care of. Good to see the great customer service
