@RogersHelps when trying to watch NHL Live the TSN3 feed is constantly buffering. None of the other feeds have this problem.

Rest assured that when the class action suit starts up, I’ll be right there, asking for easily $1,000 in money I paid to @RogersHelps for services that were never used, that they turned around and gave to their CEO. I’m so very done being a customer.

@Rogers I’ve received a call back after 2 hours wait. When I got the call back the agent transferred me to twice. It’s going on an hour now. This is my second attempt at getting service this week. Our cable isn’t working. I’m still paying tho… surely you guys can improve ?
