@RogersHelps who monitors the Community Support Forum on your website? Are you aware of the problems with frequent internet disconnections with your 4582U modem? There are many many pages of complaints about the problem. About Rogers not helping or being unwilling to fix it.

@wendellwaldron @RogersHelps Confirmed that I should be able to stream the game in my area but could not tell why I couldn’t. Asked me to call their technical support number. No time for this. I’ve asked for a refund. Ridiculous. #rogersfail

@Rogers clearly does not care about keeping their customers. Their retention dpt did nothing to resolve another Customer Service issue and admitted only certain customers are offered deals to keep them.

@RogersHelps Already tried. Also called in. Supposed to monitor my signals for 5 days, but a couple hours later got an email that the problem was fixed, so nothings been done! The community forum posts show the *massive* problems. Experts suggest solutions. But Rogers ignores.

@RogersHelps so you guys are taking money to reserve Apple watches, sending out the shipping email but stores are not allowing watches to be activated. Do you not see a problem here ?
