@RogersHelps I'm having issues connecting to RCS aka "Chat Features" on my Android device. I'm in Southern Alberta, is there any known issues or steps I should take? I've already tried disconnecting and reconnecting from mobile data, and restarting the phone.

Gotta commend @Rogers, I figured it would take more than a month to ******* on a bill. I under estimated their commitment to failure. $56.50 quoted monthly service = $260 first month bill lol

@RogersHelps My wife has been trying to retrieve a proof of purchase for her iPhone all day. She has been on the phone for 4.5 hours and went to 2 different Rogers stores. She's still waiting for help. Your twitter handle is a joke. Rogers doesn't help, it wastes people's time.
