@RogersHelps when trying to watch NHL Live the TSN3 feed is constantly buffering. None of the other feeds have this problem.

Rest assured that when the class action suit starts up, I’ll be right there, asking for easily $1,000 in money I paid to @RogersHelps for services that were never used, that they turned around and gave to their CEO. I’m so very done being a customer.

@CityNewsTO The root cause is @Rogers built it’s system cheaply, with no redundancies, while charging customers the highest service rates in the world, to maximize shareholder profits. And they can get away with it because the government has given them a monopoly on telecommunications.

@Rogers This happens far too many times. You would have thought these issues would have been resolved. When it disrupts 911, you need to be held accountable. Address the situation with customers immediately, not leaving people, businesses in the dark. I'm done with Roger's

@RogersHelps Total and complete disgrace. Businesses lost millions in interac revenue. People probably died because they couldn't use emergency services. CEO should resign immediately 🤡🤡🤡
