@RogersHelps when trying to watch NHL Live the TSN3 feed is constantly buffering. None of the other feeds have this problem.

  • brandonscript Brandon Rylow (@brandonscript) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

Rest assured that when the class action suit starts up, I’ll be right there, asking for easily $1,000 in money I paid to @RogersHelps for services that were never used, that they turned around and gave to their CEO. I’m so very done being a customer.

  • anjandeep_kaur Anjandeep Kaur (@anjandeep_kaur) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@Rogers @aredlight1 I needed to make such an important IRCC call today but all because the service was down i can’t even call people! Fix it please !

  • susanknight Susan Knight (@susanknight) reported from Sidney, British Columbia

Still laughing.. @Turkinator19 : So.. I guess technically anyone who plays for the @BlueJays is a coworker. Me: Well.. yeah.. sure. Mike: To bad I didn’t get to go to @Rogers on-boarding with them. Me: Still laughing about this conversation 3 hours later. #radiolife

  • intheramen zarawithanh ·˚ ༘ hwa day 🍰 (@intheramen) reported

@RogersHelps Cell service is down again??

  • PasCPhoto Pascale Chenier (@PasCPhoto) reported

@angggmrtnz @RogersHelps Don't know where you are, Aunty, but my whole street has been going out for exactly 18h every 3-4 weeks like clockwork, and they won't admit to the problem or tell us what's going on. Zero #transparency or #accountability. That's what happens when governments allow monopolies

  • ChubbaLubba69 ChubbaLubba-boys (@ChubbaLubba69) reported

@RogersHelps I'm very disappointed with my rocket hub services my latency has been over 900 the past few days and I haven't been able to play call of duty online at all can you please fix this issue I pay you guys to much money for this issue

  • jasmith_yorku DrJames @YorkU (he/him/il) (@jasmith_yorku) reported

It's 2023. Cell phone reception should be available to everyone all the time on subways in Toronto. Having only one company in charge of such a vital service is not acceptable. Trading one monopoly for another (@Rogers) is bad news, @metromorning.

  • OGabernathy Avinash Persaud (@OGabernathy) reported

@torontomario @Rogers That's a great idea. I switched my home services to another company after the outage last year because we had all our services with one company.

  • MorganPlus8 Andrew Flint (@MorganPlus8) reported

Rogers claims to be winning back trust lost in their unparalleled outage, but... When @Rogers says they'll credit back mis-charges and then don't, that doesn't instil trust. Or loyalty. Hey @bell, my Rogers plan ends in June...

  • andrewomerknapp andrew knapp (@andrewomerknapp) reported

@RogersHelps This keeps happening. I haven't turned on my Data Roaming while in the US or Mexico. Not once have I switched this ON. It has been OFF. and yet I'm being charged the $15/day to roam like home. When I call, they say there's nothing they can do about it. WTF.

  • landcrabmech Scott 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇨🇦 (@landcrabmech) reported

@TriciaBarker49 @RogersHelps Just buy a roam card in the USA. Your phone should be unlocked and can be used on any network. Roam card is 20$ and good for a month. Rogers roaming is like 15$ per day plus usage

  • DanMalleck Dan Malleck (@DanMalleck) reported

Today on @metromorning they were talking about @Rogers taking over cell service on the TTC. All I could think of is how my mom’s Rogers service has dropped consistently over the past few days. Kwality
