    Rest assured that when the class action suit starts up, I’ll be right there, asking for easily $1,000 in money I paid to @RogersHelps for services that were never used, that they turned around and gave to their CEO. I’m so very done being a customer.

    @RogersHelps when trying to watch NHL Live the TSN3 feed is constantly buffering. None of the other feeds have this problem.

    @Rogers After three hours on the phone and being told my order was resolved, I missed a call during my daughters baby shower that was trying to contact me with still more problems. I will keep Rogers until starlink comes and pay any amount of money to stop supporting Canadian telecoms.

    @RogersHelps @downdetector Thk goodness for Down Detector…they have real time on service disruptions… I have no ability to call & have been in Rogers chat queue for 30 minutes still waiting for live agent… if you need to reach someone w/Rogers, try texting as they may not know

    @Rogers why do you guys make it impossible to cancel a service over the phone i have been transferred numerous times and I had to wait hours to get to an agent and they again transfer me, this is not good
