Rest assured that when the class action suit starts up, I’ll be right there, asking for easily $1,000 in money I paid to @RogersHelps for services that were never used, that they turned around and gave to their CEO. I’m so very done being a customer.

@RogersHelps when trying to watch NHL Live the TSN3 feed is constantly buffering. None of the other feeds have this problem.

@Rogers Shame on you….to add to our anger at the outage, someone on your team thought it would be good to reach out to me to see how I liked my services & tell me what “offers” you have for me. Interesting that the only “offer” you had would cost me $10 more!! Despicable 🤬

@RogersHelps @Rogers Bunch of thieves. You should have paused all billing until the credit is giving back to customers. You’re quick to schedule the monthly bill. Where is our credit?? Done with Rogers and their Bs. Bell offers cheaper and more reliable service

@RogersHelps I am sitting on chat with an agent about an issue and it's over 30 mins that they have not replied! First of all, I hope they are okay. Second, we pay so much money and least we can get is customer service. This is so frustrating.
