Rest assured that when the class action suit starts up, I’ll be right there, asking for easily $1,000 in money I paid to @RogersHelps for services that were never used, that they turned around and gave to their CEO. I’m so very done being a customer.

Hey @Rogers #rogers : guess who just got told that I couldn't shut down my account as the system is "undergoing maintenance?" Yet my records could be pulled up. My bill statements, too. And I had been told less than an hour before that your systems don't have that problem.

@RogersHelps I have tried adding LD option to my plan through my account portal, app. Nothing worked. I tried calling, and talking to someone over chat. No one was there, no one called back. Like seriously!! How do you justify the overpriced service?

Every time you go to see your bill and the MyRogers app is down you should get $10 off your bill this is like the third time I've gone to look to see can't get in is down for maintenance again! @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps @Rogers Nothing got better. 2. We spoke to another tech person online who sent us “pods” we live in an older house so we were told this should help. It didn’t. 3. We have re started, Troubleshooted, unplugged you name it we did it.
