    Rest assured that when the class action suit starts up, I’ll be right there, asking for easily $1,000 in money I paid to @RogersHelps for services that were never used, that they turned around and gave to their CEO. I’m so very done being a customer.

    @RogersHelps when trying to watch NHL Live the TSN3 feed is constantly buffering. None of the other feeds have this problem.

    4 hours on the phone yesterday and 2.5 hours today with @rogers and @RogersHelps snd my issue still isn’t resolved. Several technicians yesterday and I counted 8 today. So much bouncing around from dept to dept. 😳

    @RogersHelps Hydro One can provide live updates of outages and repair times. You guys are supposed to be the most connected company in Canada but can't give an update on an outage within a 24 hour window? DM sent.

    @RogersHelps no internet for 6 hours. No updates. On hold twice with a waiting time of 2 hours. Passed around to 4 departments to end up back at the start. Support hold times are unacceptable. Been a customer since 2003 but won't be tomorrow if this isn't fixed
