@RogersHelps my husband has been on hold with customer service literally since 7:00pm. They're putting him on hold again for goodness knows how long. Is there anything you can do to help? Otherwise, honestly, it would probably be faster to cancel and switch our service

@RogersHelps internet down in Downtown East Toronto. Any idea when the cut fiber will be repaired? All I hear is blowing winds this high up and I can’t remember how to tune in for music to rid this noise in the wind hole pocket of Toronto. It’s eerie.

Alright @RogersHelps, I been on with your tech support for an hour cancelling a home phone. They want the phones modem installed 15 YEARS ago returned..but can’t tell me where it is. You are welcome to send a tech at your expense to locate it and take it home!

@RogersHelps Eligible but after saving details to return to later (1) I cannot locate those details and (2) consistently given a Welcome Back Existing Customer pick-a-phone page when selecting the verification code email link. I'm not a wireless customer yet, just internet/TV/home phone.
