    @Rogers one of your agents sold me a home internet plan 12 months ago saying no contract or cancellation fee. However, now when I want to move out and cancel, you are asking 420$ fees this is a rip off. I regret I went with you guys. #Shame @Rogers to cheat innocent customers

    @RogersHelps hi, I'm having an issue w/ the latest Android update. There's a new sign in start page but clicking "sign in" launches the default browser instead of logging in & I never actually get access 2 my account in the app. Is this an issue or is the app just a launcher now?

    Is it just me or has every customer service call centre been halved since Covid started? Now it’s normal to wait for hours to speak to a person. For example, been on hold for @TELUSsupport for 45 mins now. Why don’t you at least offer a call back service like @RogersHelps?

    @Rajio @Rogers Totally, I just don't have the big chunk of money. I mean right now I could buy out my phone for 340 at the end of my contract next month and it would be way cheaper but I've had so many issues with this one :/
