    @RogersHelps INSANITY!!!!!!!!! WTF is going on? Granted, Rogers is busy restoring the service but at least have someone answer OTHER technical questions. After going through insane amount of press 1 or press 2, Rogers disconnected me. #steaming 😡😡😡😡😡

    @travelsizedglam @RogersHelps Don't hold your breath for a response. @rogershelps continues to play stupid with customers, toeing the line that services are restored. It's apparent there's still widespread issues and they refuse to provide any information or communicate with customers.

    @RogersHelps Nahhh y'all better reduce up $50 off my next bill. I remember those "late fees" y'all apply when a day late pays your bills. Plus it's my business line too. I didn't have service for more than 24 hours! Now stop acting like this never happened. Straighten up your bs & fix this!

    @RogersHelps my modem lights keep flashing, amber then green and it once stopped flashing and the light turned red. Did this outage ruin my mine and that's why I don't have WiFi?

    @Rogers definitely expecting this houses internet to be free for the month. People work from home and our wifi is still down from Friday morning. I've asked for years why the hell we use you as a provider seeing how we've been screwed before but this is insane.

    @Lockieda @CTVToronto @Rogers I waited 3 hrs last nite, then Susan answered, I told her my issue, she said oh I need to put u through to ignite, she transferred me, then there was a disconnect. Piss on it.
