    @RogersHelps I keep reading tweets where you ask people to DM you about their email being down for the past 3 days. I DM’d you 6 hours ago and I still have no helpful response. How about you do the right thing and post what’s wrong and when it will be fixed???

    Part 2: she was quoted a price that she was agreeable with since she is on a fixed income and was then told that they couldn’t honour a previous employees quote. Not sure what kind of customer service this is but you need to be better @Rogers #terrible
