@xHarveyKiddx @alex521366 @RogersHelps We pay a lot for a service and they didn't deliver. I rely on my phone for work and I got screwed. I think they should compensate for not providing the service they charge for. I want a refund for the entire month.

@RogersHelps @CityNews Hi- I get that **** happens, but what’s the response here? Services=not rendered, so if I went to a resto, ordered a steak, & didn’t get it, would I pay for it? Looking forward to a credit on my acct (would be gr8 if it just appeared without me calling, waiting, escalating it...)

@leckie_sean @EGraziani1 @RogersHelps All of the big monopolize the market and treat customers like cattle with the prices compared to other countries. We're one of the most expensive cell plans in the world. Again, that being said give it to workers for pandemic thanks/donate it, eton't make a fat cat CEO fatter.

@leckie_sean @Maple__Pirate @RogersHelps More like $7 in the case of my family. My wife and daughter were on the road today and this outage was not only inconvenient but a safety issue. Yes, they should automatically credit everyone 1/30 of their normal monthly charges. Or give an equivalent amount after tax to charity.
