    Just had to cancel my @RogersHelps @Rogers internet due to incapable customer service. A true disaster of a company, tripled my bill and didn’t offer anything else. What a waste.

    @Rogers do you actually have any support? You sent me a new Xfinity box and I’ve gone from 650mbs to 50mbps or zero. 2 hours on hold last night. 45 minutes so far today. ZERO human help.

    What happened to @rogers??? They used to have people you could talk to. Just want to renew my $230/mo+ bundle, and I can't get any help except from a dumb voice agent. They used to have better call response times than Bell, now they may be worse.
