    @RogersHelps Just answer this: are your employees supposed to refuse to cancel service until we raise our voices? Cause that’s what it took. We made it clear we did not need services and your employee refused to listen until we wanted a supervisor. Only then did she finally transfer to cancel

    @Rogers @RogersHelps the internet has been down in my entire neighborhood since 8am. No notice from customer or community relations. When I called tech support, I was told to wait it out! Is this what you call Canada’s most reliable network? #dobetter #rogersoutage #telecomm

    @RogersHelps I've been having issues with my cell phone service for about a month now. Can't hear person on other line often. No ring when I call people at times. Spoke with someone in store - not helpful at all.

    @RogersHelps had pathetic customer care service. They didn’t resolved wrong billing issues even after multiple complaints & making spam calls everyday for the wrong bill. Pity that their team can’t even see the bill & asks customer to pay the bill. #RogersCheating
