    @RogersHelps my gateway box wifi has been down since about 5am, you guys going to fix this? Anything directly connected (cable box) seems to be fine, it’s just the wifi function. Reboot didn’t work. Help? #RogersOutage #Guelph #Ontario

    @snNOWsucks has anyone received any kind of helpful customer service from @RogersHelps. I have tried multiple times with nothing more than “reinstall”. I get zero correspondence from any of my complaint emails. I’m taking their ignoring as no chance of ever getting a refund
