@theirishking @vote4robgill @Rogers I’m a manager. My day was a living hell trying to reach people who couldn’t be contacted. I ended up backfilling for 2 other managers who were unreachable. I’ve never been angrier with Rogers. People are being forced to use vacation days to cover it.

@RogersHelps Too many outages for too long. Don’t see other networks having these problems. Too much money going to the board and not in service. Prices are outrageous. $420 for 2 cells and internet when I paid less for home phone, cell, cable and internet just 10 years ago.

Nearly FIVE HOURS on hold to speak to someone in mgmt @Rogers, someone picks up and the line suddenly “drops”. What kind of BS is this?! Five day service interruption and all you intend to credit is maybe $10 if I’m lucky? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! @RogersHelps 1/2

@RogersHelps Too many outages. This is my notice. Unbundling and moving cell to another carrier. Should never have put all my eggs in the same unreliable basket. Besides two major outages, I can never stream music throughout the night. Connection always interrupts.

@RogersHelps You claim to be positively credited for our services for the day. Why only a day and most of us it's been two or more days with services not working. Where's the commitment there of making it right for your customers??? #rogersoutrage

Even before this @rogers outage, I was staying away from Rogers service. Every time I was in a video call with someone, if they were having connection/quality issues, they were on Rogers. Let this be the push that is finally needed, #rogersoutrage #RogersLetsNotTalkDay

@Rogers: I depend on my cellphone to help run my business. Please don't pretend the #rogersoutage is fixed. Internet and email still aren't working. Your customers deserve to know this.

@vote4robgill @daphatves @Rogers What do you want? It was down for 2 days, you don't have to pay for those days. Your home internet/ phone has no guaranteed up time. Same with the small biz lines. If you want a guaranteed service up time you can get it but there is a lot more to it than 50$ a month will get you.
