    @RogersHelps are you kidding me? Wifi problems for weeks. Senior tech attended home last Saturday. Hours and hours on hold. Ignite loaner modem was trash...reconnected old modem this afternoon, now my home security is not working!!!! No problem with your direct billing system!!

    @RogersHelps I replied back. However internet is on and off because of the exception service. Perhaps it will take a while to reach you. Carrier pigeon perhaps ????
