  @RogersHelps It is a construction caused outage around 8 am. The call was placed by the paving company.

  @RogersHelps I need help with registering my online account. I don't have access to my account number & I don't have any way of retrieving it from any of the online services. Also, when I insist on getting in touch with a customer service person, the AI assistant disconnects the call.

  @RogersHelps On chat, yes, not on the phone. Stubborn not to declare an outage, but we got a tech call for Saturday afternoon, and the 2nd chat agent diagnosed a lack of speed to the modem. This should be a must-do for TODAY, not Saturday.

  @RogersHelps Nope. Sorry but I want nothing to do with a tool that is going to give me more runaround and being bounced around more that I have been over several hours. I have a service appointment but they made a mistake and keyed in June 3rd instead of June 2.

  One thing for sure is that @Rogers has the absolute worst customer service. 115min waiting in a que get down to #2 only to come up chat session ended. Their wireless service in this area is absolute garbage as well
