  @RogersHelps Hello- I sent a private message. Would someone please help? I’ve tried every support avenue available without response, and in store and phone reps say they’ve submitted escalation tickets because they see the problem but can’t help. Thank you.

  @Martyupnorth @Rogers are the biggest peices of **** Cell providers. I remember back in the day when I had a Sony Ericson when data was charged by the KB. Rogers used to send me advertising txts every day or so, and was charging me data charges for them to send me ads. Soon as I noticed I got more than $120 refunded from being nickled and dimed by their shiester fraud, then cancelled service and never looked back (20 years ago).

  @RogersHelps It’s fine to empower your customers, but it’s extremely poor Customer Service when they cannot reach anyone on the phone without being on hold for an hour. There is no excuse for that. We are paying very high prices for the services you provide in Canada.

  @RogersHelps I need help with registering my online account. I don't have access to my account number & I don't have any way of retrieving it from any of the online services. Also, when I insist on getting in touch with a customer service person, the AI assistant disconnects the call.

  Despite requesting service disconnection and being assured by customer support that the SIM would be deactivated and charges adjusted, I continue to receive bills with additional charges. Please investigate and resolve this immediately. @Rogers @RogersHelps #rogersscam

  @dhewlett @Rogers This sounds like it should be something simple to fix but if they are having this much trouble it might be time to find an alternative provider! Hope you get it sorted for your mum asap!

  @RogersHelps 1st never was asked about being former shaw customer and now even your app won't load. Been kicked out of support chat too. Now just give me a link or phone number to get someone here to bring new equipment or someone to call not chat with

  @RogersHelps The app kept buffering or freezing for most the game. And it wasn't my internet (BW and latency were fine) or the Smart TV I have the app on. All the other streaming apps like Netflix, Prime were perfectly fine. This is a constant problem I have with your Sportsnet app.

  @dhewlett @Rogers I have big problems I have found here in Poland guy who can shapes shift etc and changing colour of eyes. I guess that Goulds and entire sci - fi saga is somehow true and this sick action about goulds too.
