@Rogers a 5 day credit isn’t sufficient. I was one of those people who had a medical emergency. This is the second time. If it’s unacceptable as your CEO states then why aren’t you giving everyone a free month? 5 days isn’t even a dent in profits and doesn’t say sorry at all.

@AboutRogers @Rogers @Rogers this is the second time you have effd people over in a span of 1.5 years , where businesses suffered people suffered , you’re credit ain’t gonna do nothing the only solution I see is free service for every Rogers customer and product for 1.5 yrs

@AboutRogers @Rogers 20+ yrs Rogers customer here. If I see a $5.50 / one day credit on my next bill, I’ll simply assume that you don’t appreciate my customer loyalty, and search for someone else who will.
