I go outside for 3 minutes. @Rogers @Sportsnet NOW randomly signs me out, and makes me reactivate but I can't enter the new code. You guys really now how to **** over your customers.

@long_daze @adolwyn @RogersHelps Twitter can be hit and miss as well, and can in fact take longer depending on how busy they are and what the issue is. If it's a quick thing, fine, but otherwise it's better to call.

@RogersHelps once again Rogers has the worst service ever. Scheduled a new move in for 12. Tech left saying he couldn't do it. Never came back. Spent 3 hrs on hold & was assured tech would come to fix it. Wrong tech comes & can't fix it. Bad bad service.

@FlyYYC @RogersHelps Rogers service/reception at YYCis absolutely atrocious. 1 bar of LTE in 2022 while paying hundreds of dollars for service.

@RogersHelps I have lost so many hours of my life on phone with your customer service opting out of Roam like Home, having it “confirmed” and then being charged for Roam like Home when I travel. EVERY TRIP this happens. Solve this once and for all or I’m out forever, period.
