    @Rogers seeing intermittent pausing on the ignite TV service. This is happening on different tv's and on different channels. Should I report or just associate to the internet outage?

    @Rogers called tech service to detail intermittent TV. Gave number for call back as was 1.5 h wait and then was told remain on hold. Seems automated service support is intermittent as well.

    At $3500 a year for 2 phones line and 1 internet line and possibly the worst customer service on the planet, @Rogers needs to step up generously yo make this latest fiasco right.

    @RogersHelps Your ignite TV service in Whitby is still glitchy. Channels are slow to start, screen freezes and audio cuts out. Same thing if I try to watch ignite thru the internet on my iPad.
