    I go outside for 3 minutes. @Rogers @Sportsnet NOW randomly signs me out, and makes me reactivate but I can't enter the new code. You guys really now how to **** over your customers.

    @DrVivianS @Rogers At least they had a security guard something I have rarely seen in NS. However, the same issue arose for me and both the store and govt told me not their issue . I advised I had the right of self defense and they should send an ambulance for the guard as I am old and rusty

    @RogersHelps When is Rogers going to allow my iPad Pro 5G to actually connect to their 5G network? I have an Infinite plan with added tablet, but it’s only allowed to connect to LTE - very disappointing as your marketing features tablets being used with 5G!

    @Bell I can’t upgrade my Internet because #BellFibe doesn’t get into my house. Neighbours one street down from mine have Fibe up to 500mbps. The only way I can get that speed is by switching to @Rogers. I don’t want to switch, but may not have a choice with teens + WFH.

    What is happening to @Rogers been on hold now for 1hr 29mins for technical support to respond to my home internet down. Same thing happened yday and after 1hr 43mins the line suddenly went dead. @Rogers

    @Rogers ..(Cont'd): The other 2 sales individuals refused 2 provide their names, (but Hassan), but ALL 3 were RUDE(!), saying they're TOTALLY SEPARATE from Rogers over the phone, & ONLY directed the VERY SENIOR customer 2 LEAVE & CALL BACK Rogers 1-800#, 2 be serviced by a Rep(?)

    @RogersHelps we’ve been having problems with the voice command function on our ignite remote. Says “something’s not quite right. Voice commands aren’t working right now. Please try again shortly” Is this an isolated issue or something happening with everyone?

    @RogersHelps How do I get rid of the US calling plan? I don't see any option in the Rogers app. And when I click support it opens up Anna and the links don't work. Kindly help.
