name can't be blank (@J0hnHaw3s) reported@Rogers Why do you make it so ffff'ing difficult to solve a problem? The only way is by phone, no email, or that ridiculous AI bot chat feature. We need a new TV box, so wife calls and waits, and waits, then gets a guy who says he'll fix it by reprogramming it, and to call back if further problems arise...which they did the first time we tried to use it. Now it's another phone call and a wait..WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A CALL BACK FEATURE?? You're supposed to be a communications company and you SUCK at it. You NEVER follow up...

Classic Valve Design (@ClassicValveDes) reported@RogersHelps Yes. It's the basic monthly internet service that's going up.
-
Lalala (@Lalala40426422) reported@Rogers hey rogers when are you going to start hiring agents who speak English as their first language so us Canadians can have good customer service again?! The service I received today is horrid. The amount I pay every month should warrant training CANADIANS. About to cancel!

name can't be blank (@J0hnHaw3s) reported@TheYokedEgg @Rogers They SUCK..their service is pathetic.

Duchess of Pleasant Piazza (@Naliabytes) reported@cshanny56 SN sucks but ESPN sucks more. US surpassed CA in hockey coverage b/c @Sportsnet @Rogers too stupid to air games in primetime on CBC. they are trying to kill hockey in Canada
-
C Wagner (@colingwagner) reported@RogersHelps You could properly staff your help desks. I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes to chat to someone online or on the phone. Top notch prices from Rogers and bottom tier customer services.

Tammy πͺπ¨π¦πΊπ¦πͺ (@Tammyocanada) reported@CaptainDick12 @Rogers Oh I agree with you. They suck so bad!
-
Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reportedWhy is it that I had to call @Rogers THREE times before they would admit that there is a problem in my area and they need to open a ticket? This is NOT a good first impression to make with a customer! #CRTC #CCTS

C Wagner (@colingwagner) reported@RogersHelps I've been with Rogers for a long time but they couldn't waive that to keep me a customer. So I walked across the street and signed up on Freedom. I did pay a fee to do that but it was half of the Rogers fee. So you lost a customer. Because you can't provide customer service.

Terf of the north (@terftasticwoman) reported@globeandmail It's absurd that they have to do this. @Rogers makes it nearly impossible to cancel. They probably owe me $500 and I'll never get it back. It's offensive.
