  • JBPVFM Malbec (@JBPVFM) reported

    Always good getting a call from security saying they've lost connection....at 230am. Not... Glad they called....then. Dealing with another outage now. @Rogers

  • SandySpiro Sandy Spiro (@SandySpiro) reported

    @Rogers I’ve contacted you twice in two weeks to be told we know there is an issue but no idea when it will be fixed! I need wifi to work and kids for school! I am about 5 mins away from calling Bell…at least they will care at the beginning!

  • TiredCommuter AvoidingRona (@TiredCommuter) reported

    @RogersHelps One specific person as far as I know. But they don't have that issue with anyone else. Don't think data issues; it's often when I'm at home.. I can't be sure if multiple because I don't text with many

  • joyceyvr Joyce (@joyceyvr) reported

    @RogersHelps - I'm bring given an incredible deal at Bell trough their EPP. I'm a loyal Rogers customer. Can you match? Or do I have to leave and go to Bell?

  • VRLowKey Stephen Gibbison (@VRLowKey) reported

    @levinepmc @Rogers @gmail Before 2000, I had Rogers' service for two years. It was inconsistent and of poor quality. I gave them a long time.

  • DonPablis Pablo (@DonPablis) reported

    @Rogers (2/2) customer support to get better speeds and even sent technicians over.. no one talked about the modem. Their modem broke a while back and got one that still didnt align with the plan. I called to suspend service - 1 hour wait. This is how seniors get treated here?...

  • 2019Stevenixon SteveNixon_2019 (@2019Stevenixon) reported

    @levinepmc @Rogers @gmail Our Rogers high speed internet is pathetic. Support? - useless. “Oh sorry we just stopped outside and did tests but didn’t tell you while you were waiting” “Oh it’s an area wide problem - not a priority” “Oh the new modems are on back order” It’s been a biblical sh**-show

  • Ephnandez ephraim (@Ephnandez) reported

    @RogersHelps fix my internet dude

  • CallMeDynamite2 dynany (@CallMeDynamite2) reported

    @RogersHelps It’s not that people won’t pay for streaming it, but when you charge and it’s a garbage product compared to the free versions, expect less customers. Most would happily pay for a good service just for the convenience, but the current stage of it is an absolute joke
