@RogersHelps @marmalak03 You better believe Rogers will be compenating customers for this crap. If they don't i can see a class action lawsuit for lost business across Canada.

@Rogers @RogersHelps What are you going to for your customers who didn't have cell service and rely on their phones for work?

@Rogers Empty apologies for 12+ hours & counting of no service is not acceptable. What do you intend to do about the social impact that this #rogersoutage #rogersfail has had? Nothing..... yeah, I figured because how dare a huge monopoly take responsibility?!?!?!

@RogersHelps Your chat bot says service in my area has been restored and I’ve followed all your other instructions and I still have no service. Your chat support has kicked me off twice. Help!

@CarymaRules @Rogers I mean sure the government would put a ton of lives at risk by emergency communication going down to shut up one person amd not do any of the other options the supposed “communist dictatorship” would have ... because that makes sense

@Rogers So what would you do about clients like me, I lost my job on pandemic and I’m working as delivery driver now, today I couldn’t make money because of your service and I lost at least $200, I have all documentation, who is responsible for my loss????

@WearyKirin @RogersHelps Also, there are many things that are considered an emergency without the need for 911. If my child’s school needed to get a hold of me or a family member etc ... not to mention the amount of business people have missed with no text/call services.
