Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • MrValvetronix Tony (@MrValvetronix) reported from Québec, Québec

@Rogers That's to late @Rogers , you've been making too many mistakes on my account and bills. That's why I will never go back to you. Furthermore, this add is shady af. It really sounds like unlimited data. Borderline false advertising.

  • dmmacinnis David MacInnis (@dmmacinnis) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@LeeEllen Dear LeeEllen, keep sending bill payments. We care. We’ll get to your little issue eventually. You are in our thoughts, @Rogers

  • StephanieMacas Stephanie Macas (@StephanieMacas) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps We'll be watching something like CNN and the visual will start stuttering, then the audio will begin to cut out and then will just completely stop, but the video keeps going, happens with both tv's. I do believe we've got someone coming tomorrow or Tuesday to figure it out. 👌

  • mike_ras Michael Ras (@mike_ras) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

Things I love about Rogers ... their basketball team, hockey team ... things I hate about @Rogers: Ignite TV, especially on busy nights when everyone is watching. Pic quality is horrible and keeps cutting out. I'm paying more for lower quality...

  • TheHowitzer9000 TheHowitzer (@TheHowitzer9000) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

Hey Sean, add @RogersHelps to your @DAZNSucks twitter page... just as bad, actually worse as people can’t even log in! @RogersHelps sucks! Never thought I would say a company is worse for media streaming than @dazn_ca but here we are!

  • Renoversity Duane Grady (@Renoversity) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Rogers Everyone should drop Roger's (and Bell for that matter) and RUN to the nearest @FreedomMobile store. Rogers bragging about these absurd prices is really bad comedy. I left Roger's after renewing for three years. I had to buy my way out. It was WELL WORTH IT. #FreedomMobile

  • justmenatural Denise (@justmenatural) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@CheyRatnam @_StephenKLP @RogersHelps I’ve had nothing but amazing customer service with @RogersHelps over the years. They have always worked with me. Not everyone is going to have the same experience.

  • mlgregoire Marie-Lauren (MLG) (@mlgregoire) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Rogers @RogersHelps I need a new number for technical support. When asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold for 12 mins. Need internet now. #firstworldproblems

  • PhillipdH Phillip denHollander (@PhillipdH) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps @meow173 Nice copy/paste response, but you don’t have the best deals out there. That’s exactly what was said to me when I switched from @virginmobilecan to Rogers, now I’m paying twice as much as I did with Virgin. Counting down the days until I can switch back.

  • deeolworld Dee Olson (@deeolworld) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

Well done. @Rogers. Finally introduce unlimited data, then make it impossible to change plans via either desktop or phone. I tried both. Repeatedly. *slow clap* 👏
