    It would be great if @Rogers would honor, and encourage their marketing partners to also honor, customer requests to be put on the do not call list. Multiple calls per week is bordering on harassment, a complaint has been made with the CRTC.

    @RogersHelps This is a front. Your job is to literally save face on the internet. Rogers needs to step up and take initiative to retain decade long customers rather then forcing them to cancel then pretend they care on the internet.

    @Rogers Texting about the broken green box that covers the writers . The lady that lives next door at 46 Bishop Street has it sitting on her porch. It needs to have a new cover on it to keep our wires safe from the weather.

    @RogersHelps Still correcting things from the outage? Ignite still freezing frequently, modem has dropped connection a couple of times since the outage.

    I'm now getting #phishing e-mails with subject "@Rogers Outage Information for @RBC Clients" with actions for me to take. I know it's fake because it was sent to an e-mail address I don't use with @RBC. Also had a PDF attached, which I didn't open. #InTheBin

    @RogersHelps is beyond pathetic :( I've been trying to close my account for several days now and have been trying to get the outage credits applied to my existing bill but no!!! They ask if they can close my account in xyz street where I've never lived!
