  • bdizzy012 devils12 (@bdizzy012) reported from Brantford, Ontario

@RogersHelps This is a front. Your job is to literally save face on the internet. Rogers needs to step up and take initiative to retain decade long customers rather then forcing them to cancel then pretend they care on the internet.

  • bdizzy012 devils12 (@bdizzy012) reported from Brantford, Ontario

@RogersHelps literal photos of technicians entering homes. About to post because your retention team sucks. #ripoff #forgetrogers #bullshit

  • CanuckSportsNut Adrian Hiscox (@CanuckSportsNut) reported from Brantford, Ontario

Your internet and wireless consistency is mediocre at best, your download speeds are never as advertised, your customer service is atrocious and now this. Good riddance @Rogers you’re f***in trash

  • BryanRumble R. Bryan Rumble (@BryanRumble) reported from Brantford, Ontario

It would be great if @Rogers would honor, and encourage their marketing partners to also honor, customer requests to be put on the do not call list. Multiple calls per week is bordering on harassment, a complaint has been made with the CRTC.

  • bugsy1234 J҉a҉s҉o҉n҉ ҉G҉ ⚜ (@bugsy1234) reported from Brant, Ontario

Yup same here. So annoying. @RogersHelps fix your network !!!!

  • ETHAN_BALICKI31 Ethan Balicki (@ETHAN_BALICKI31) reported from Brantford, Ontario

Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • BEVIH201 BEVIH20 (@BEVIH201) reported

@rapsdiehard @RogersHelps They’ll upgrade you to better service for only $5 additional per month for 6 months, then only $97.50 per month after that trial window ends. But remember, it will be “better”

  • GerryTimbers Gerry Timbers (@GerryTimbers) reported

@CBCToronto @Rogers is so, so sorry but they’ll be ready to rudely harass me for money again starting in two weeks time and it will be as though this major inconvenience never happened.

  • TasteTh47499224 Ems1985 (@TasteTh47499224) reported

@RogersHelps Folks, read the terms and conditions you agreed to when u took their services. They do not have to accept liability for disruption in their service or to compensate for losses as a result. Make your calls and t Nexts from home wifi if you can.

  • AB45086343 AMOK AB DUBLA (@AB45086343) reported

@Rogers Where is the redundancy in your network? Oh! that's right it's on my bill.

  • cold_hungry HungryColdCat (@cold_hungry) reported

@PaulChato @RogersHelps I agree. Look, problems happen in the real world. I'm sure everyone at Rogers is super stressed and working as hard as they can. People seem to think that if they just complain and shame them more that will somehow help things.

  • 3kilo003 3kilo003 (@3kilo003) reported

@rcmayer13 @Rogers @RogersHelps Did you read your service agreement? If you signed it, you understood that at times circumstances beyond a service provider's control may cause outages. Your monthly contribution is nothing compared to the cost of running a cellular network. You're not entitled to anything.

  • kevrevrun Kevin Revelle (@kevrevrun) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Rogers needs to issue a statement. Everyone needs to bombard Rogers with call, tweets messages until they answer. Contact the CRTC your MPP and MPs this should not be happening. This company has a responsibility to issue a statement to its paying customers.

  • Lori_Kneedash Lori_B (@Lori_Kneedash) reported

@RogersHelps It’s not wireless interruptions. I haven’t had any phone service with my business at all for 6 hours!

  • cardinaalll h (@cardinaalll) reported

@RogersHelps y’all better not slow down the internet after today. This is bullshit.

  • patschurman Miss Chloe (@patschurman) reported

@Chilli_Momma @RogersHelps Lines are down across Canada. And Rogers wants new business???
