It would be great if @Rogers would honor, and encourage their marketing partners to also honor, customer requests to be put on the do not call list. Multiple calls per week is bordering on harassment, a complaint has been made with the CRTC.

@RogersHelps Hi , the possible problem is-the Rogers uses Chinese made routers. Besides the fact that routers are made with stolen by China Lucent and Nortel technologies . They leave the back door in the router. So Chinese government can control Rogers network.This 2nd massive outage.

@RogersHelps Hi @RogersHelps , please take care of Canada you supposed to be largest operator in the country and this is doesn’t make sense to be full day out of coverage. Last year we had same issue and this year also!!! There is something wrong you need to monitor.

@CRTCeng not only did @Rogers cost their customers a significant amount of money (due to being unable to collect payments), they put every single one of their customers lives at risk with the lack of 911 service. There is no excuse that can justify this.
