Hey @RogersHelps is it part of your technical issue customer service staff training to make snarky remarks to your customers when YOU are the ones with the faulty products? Just wondering so I know for future reference when I call your line again.

no @rogers actually has the worst customer service in the entire world... they'll take my money in 30 seconds, no problem, but wanna have me on the phone for 40+ minutes to cancel ONE thing πŸ™„

Hey @RogersHelps, my internet has been in and out since last night and it’s making my work day INCREDIBLY difficult. Not exactly Igniting much other than frustration with my service. Trying to be patient as an alumni but this is getting ridiculous. @AboutRogers

@RogersHelps no surprise, @rogers β€œforgets” to add the credit for their massive outage on April 19th. What a joke of a company. $2 was insulting enough, now to not even apply it is mismanagement.

Imagine my surprise @Rogers and @RogersHelps, when I attempted to call technical support but instead was redirected to credit operations. See although I made an accepted payment plan on April 26 when I spoke to them by phone. Their system didn't see or recognize it. 🧡 🧡...

Received $1.70 credit on my bill after the April 19 country-wide wireless service interruption that lasted over 12 hours. Just keep your $1.70, I don’t need it. #rogers @rogers @rogershelps

@RogersHelps Especially during a pandemic! I actually had to suggest the solution of just get us a new modem. We also should not have to resort to social media to get help. Telling us to upgrade to get a more timely solution is unacceptable. Good enough but not great from a CS perspective.
