    @RogersHelps @Rogers Why do you make it impossible to return my old phone for save and return? horrendous. I am on the verge of cancelling everything. Please mail me a damn return kit for the old phone so I dont get charged the save and return.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Yesterday marked TWO WEEKS of intermittent mostly out Internet, home phone and TV service. Lots of apologies and hours on hold listening to crap muzak. Called customer service and was disconnected. Yesterday's appointment was a phantom, didn't happen. Bell ?

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps it took over 6 hours but I finally got someone to help, meiji, a rogers specialist figured it out for me. Bills paid in full. F you for making it so difficult to accomplish (satirically, I don't really mean f you) I hope I never have to go through this again.

    Shame on @Rogers @Sportsnet for shutting down CKNW and Sportsnet Radio in Vancouver. Not many radio stations left and these were two of the last good ones on AM.

    @RogersHelps I can’t even connect to a live agent for 11 days. Today I just connected to one and they said because of an internal system issue they cannot access to my account. I’m paying money for my internet and I cannot use it

    My colleague @RachaelThomasAB is right. @Rogers can't be allowed to receive lucrative benefits to "protect local journalism" only to turn around and exacerbate Canada's news desert problem. I echo her calls for @MarcMillerVM to investigate these station closures.
