    @RogersHelps 2.5 hours on the phone today. The agent says she will get someone to help as there does seem to be an issue, comes back and says..we are very busy today, call back tomorrow. HANGS UP!!! TWO AND A HALF HOURS!!! FIX YOUR SYSTEM

    @RogersHelps My solution to this problem is I assume they are all scammers so I don't engage in conversation with them. There is no way to know for sure if they are legitimate calls from Rogers. Or is there ?

    @Rogers dear Rogers/Shaw. Your customer service sucks. 1 month I have been trying to get into my shaw email account. CIRCLES. You are NO help. How can sending a code to the email I can't access be helpful???? Please please hook me up with someone who can actually help. FtrXcstmr

    @Rogers My Vodafone TURKEY bills - paid every month from my address in ANTALYA, TURKEY. Phone number: +90 544 ******* - the SAME number I called @Rogers from to CANCEL in July 2025. I was living in Turkey. My Vancouver apartment was EMPTY.
