    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers There was a documentary a while back which companies use AI to change and hide most of their foreign employee's accents. This has been a trend for most big Canadian companies hosting their support in these countries.

    @ccoutu1 @Rogers @RogersHelps Telus is worse , fyi. Rogerโ€™s was the only company with service while I was away this past few days meanwhile I had 0. Itโ€™s not a single companies fault itโ€™s the entire infrastructure in the North. Maybe call Chris Scโ€ฆ.oh wait

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Yes, exactly. They make millions or billions, but their customer support is often outsourced or centralized, so the person handling your case may not understand the specific local rules, regulations, or problems in your country/province.
