@RogersHelps @Rogers This is completely unacceptable!! Among other things, this has a direct and negative impact on emergency medical services and acute hospital care in the middle of a raging pandemic. And for a communications company, your “communications” on this issue have been a total fail!!

@RogersHelps is there any chance I could get cell service soon in Calgary? Kinda sucks going to McDonald’s to check my email and go back to work.

  • D6K9S Dexter Singh (@D6K9S) reported

@kanacha90368508 @_ihteshxm_ @Rogers Its been about 9hrs for me. Still no service and no light seems visible at this time for the network to be back up.

  • chaire_jeu Chaire_Jeu (@chaire_jeu) reported

@RogersHelps Could this be due to a security issue? Has people's data been compromised in anyway? It seems quite strange to happen all of a sudden ! Doesn't it?

  • DRonholm dale ronholm (@DRonholm) reported

@RogersHelps When do you guys belive we will have this fixed and what's the cause of the issue

  • mahammjx Maham (@mahammjx) reported

@Rogers It is absolutely insane and ridiculous that there is no service for over 12 hours. Cannot make or receive calls or texts. How are we supposed to work from home when we CANNOT work from home? And this is supposedly the best service-providers in the country? What a joke.

  • Bapper111 BP (@Bapper111) reported

@newhavenmax @RogersHelps @Rogers Don't worry in the pages of Terms of Service you already gave up any right to hold them responsible.

  • MARKC0WAN Mark Cowan (@MARKC0WAN) reported

@Rogers When is this going to be solved? I am now missing out on VITAL medical appointments as they are all via cell and your damn expensive network is down

  • ddddmmmmtttt dude (@ddddmmmmtttt) reported

@RogersHelps you promised regular updates? When do the regular updates begin. Lying about how bad it is and not telling any details is not regular updates FYI. We all know as soon as we pick our phones up that the service is down so regularly telling us that is a waste of time.
