@RogersHelps I am not a tech person but wasn't it easier to reboot the systems to the last working settings? Even an hour after you discovered the problem, the lost of a few transactions would cost everyone much less and why Rogers didn't open Bell's network for us to use, even as roaming?

@Dh2410Hayes @keeptheasp @RogersHelps Tell that to the person who couldn’t get through to 911. Also 1/30 is not the service that was lost. That’s the pro-rated amount of the service that was paid for. Big difference.

@AboutRogers @Rogers @RogersHelps what about the Canadians who aren’t your customers who couldn’t buy food or care for themselves? Like you took down the nations debit capabilities - are they back now? You’ve not helped anyone with this statement.

@LadyEvalle @RogersHelps How was Rogers able to send tweets when all Rogers customers (cell and internet) didn’t have service? And did Rogers that we will see that tweet when we had no service??? Our stores lost a whole day of business but we will have to pay our employees - will Rogers compensate us???

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers You twit... 911 has been off for these customers because of this. People might have died or are in serious trouble... people obviously in today's engineered society cannot live without it because it is the most crucial service for a functioning modern society. Monopolies are evil

@RogersHelps We only have 3 Major Service Providers in this vast country of ours; whom are stifling competition amongst smaller or medium size Service Providers. The U.S. has 20. We have much less than that. Its all about the mighty 💵 & nothing else. Its only going to get more inconvenient
