@RogersHelps hi there I can’t connect a friends phone to my wifi? I’m on my wifi but their phone shows wifi but it has an “!” Beside it? Can you help me out? I know you’re busy with the outage right now but I hope you can help me.

@JacqOutOfTheBox @RogersHelps Okay. So it really is the ENTIRE network then. This happened with all the major carriers in recent years. But they know people are often trapped because a lack of options, and don't want to buy out their contracts. Hopefully service is restored soon.

@ryanlocking @Jadenstate @RogersHelps When I tried to turn on Wifi calling it told me I had to contact the provider. I can’t call them so I go online with my computer to their help chat. The response? Not Available. Sadly not an option today.

@RogersHelps All 6 of my Rogers lines have been offline all day. Tried to book a COVID vaccine this morning, but need to verify my phone number and can't do it via call or text thanks to this #rogersdown outage. I'll be at the back of the line now.

@kelly13lynn @RogersHelps @Rogers You’ll have to reach out to them to enquire about it, but they will give you a credit. I do it every time there is an outage of any of their services. This one is a doozie though. Going on nearly 20 hours of no cell service or data.

@RogersHelps I’ve been having issues since March with service and a tablet that won’t connect/text I was promised now I’ve gone a whole day with no communication to anyone and I’m 8 months pregnant with no way to reach anyone. I hope there will be compensation for my issues.
