@RogersHelps I’ve had no access to my Rogers email since Mar 5th. No updates on why this is happening or when it will be fixed. Put in two support calls and only being told Rogers Yahoo services are affected. Emails are important lifeline why is it day eight with no care?

@RogersHelps I've had no access to internet on cellular data since the 9th. 2 tech support agents weren't able to help me. Should I try calling or physically go into a Rogers store?

it took me 4 days and 12 hours on the phone to cancel my @Rogers service. All they had to do was email me a shipping label and end of service confirmation. its been 4 days. has @rogers done this? of course not.

Today’s @Sportsnet Now issues - Log in (and yes, I still need to log in every time the app is opened, unlike all apps in the world right now) and verified the account just to have the app freeze and crash. Another game another tweet. Not worth the 249/year @NHLPA @RogersHelps

@Rogers Thank you! It was resolved; it just took two hours out of my short enough weekend. May I make a suggestion? Keeping people on hold for about 90+ minutes whilst trying to fix an error that is clearly Rogers fault, seems really foolish, and not customer focused in the least.
