As usual, extremely pathetic customer service b @Rogers, been on hold for hours since morning, call disconnects after half an hour. The last agent said 'I can't help you'. Shameful. And they forced me to get the ignite internet.

@RogersHelps I got forcefully upgraded as a result of signing a new contract for 12 months. Received the most pathetic customer service possible from 3 clueless technicians, 2 phone and 1 in-person customer rep. I have DM'd you but this needs to be posted for everyone to see😡
