    @REWoman @matdech @Rogers I was overhearing her conversation and yes, she had to repeat the issue 4x times to 4 different people, it was a simple billing error and no-one could see it on her account/bill. was absolutely ridiculous.

    @Rogers what a brutal time my mom is having with Rogers. Since Dec 31 trying to get help Finally decided to go to Ignite. Took almost 3 hours for Rogers tech to set up and 3 modiums later not all the channels are working. This is ridiculous customer service. DO BETTER ROGERS!

    @RogersHelps No. I can't now. Now I have to use someone else's reliable internet. The past few weeks outages have been houuuurs. Maybe after a looong day away from home I can slide into your DM's. But surely it'll magically fix itself by then.

    @REWoman @Rogers I spent 4.5 hours on hold Friday night trying to cancel. Three separate people in customer care, none could actually do the cancellation. Had to go on to their Chat at 7 am and got it cancelled in about 45 mons. Brutal company

    @REWoman @Rogers I can totally relate to this. Truth is Telcos want to get new customers to keep their stock price up but does a poor job of paying attention to customers needs.

    Love when I call @Rogers for a billing issue, spend 33 minutes on hold and explaining the issue, they tell me this is beyond the scope of their authority and transfer me to @Fidomobile

    Ok last complaint/question and I’ll put my phone away lol. Why is it that @rogers customers aren’t actually watching “live” sports? Drives me nuts when my @bell friends are celebrating goals on our group chat before I even see them!
