    @RogersHelps @johnny4646utah @MjrPerrella people complain too much xplornet or bell would never apologize in the manner Rogers has xplornet would give me less than 5down on a daily basis everyday during peek times it would sometimes go down to kbps

    @Rogers No thanks. Never staying with this conpany again. You pay premium prices for sub par service with minimal effort to resolve an issue, even for a customer who has been with you for 20+ years and not even to offer a credit for months of issues. Thanks but no thanks

    @Rogers Hey Rogers—how is it taking over 2 hours with your reps just to transfer a number from one Rogers plan to another Rogers plan? You should set the expectation with customers from the get go that they should cancel their plans for the day to get anything done with you.

    @RogersHelps Anna is useless. 3rd time today trying and saying no representative available so terminates the already bad automated chat. I have an interaction ID to upgrade my phone done with an agent just last night who couldn’t submit and said connect via live chat today
