    @Rogers @yayvey Thank you for your reply. Another question is that if I'm on a " legacy plan" and switch over to "ignite" would my internet interruption happen again. Your technical support person made it seem that it wouldn't. Is this correct ?

    @RogersHelps @thapa_vishal @RogersHelps Why do you keep saying there are a “few” outages when I am seeing people with all different postal codes saying they have no service? And, if it is only a few outages, why is it taking so long to fix? Approaching day # 4 with no internet/cable/phone.

    @RogersHelps I get there are outages due to the storm, but why can’t you post outage areas? Status? Anything? Don’t make people log onto your site to get updates when there are OUTAGES.

    @RogersHelps The fact that I had to take this to Twitter for you guys to even investigate says a lot. Basically @Rogers will not provide true customer service unless it's taken to a public platform. Before Twitter, I had spent many hrs on phone with you guys and nothing was done.

    @Rogers I understand we had a huge storm, but no power since Saturday, no internet or TV since Saturday also. We got power back Monday night, still No Internet. All our neighbours have internet, except Rogers. It’s only Rogers down. Updates !! Anything.

    @RogersHelps I managed to chat with a rep about the issue. He's escalated to your engineering team, as most folks in the units around us weren't affected by the storm.

    Day 4 of @RogersHelps @Fidomobile home internet being completely out. Website says no known issues. No communication on FB or Twitter about the outage. No estimate for resumption of service. I'm pretty patient and honestly thankful we didn't lose power, but this is ridiculous.
