    @Rogers is really making it difficult to cancel an nhl subscription that is no longer wanted. Bought a subscription on this day last month, second payment came out today will not give me a refund for todays payment or a cancelation. Really not impressed

    @Rogers I’m APPALLED at the back and forth on trying to get an issue straightened out with my senior parents’ account. Meanwhile, they are being overcharged every month. Apparently it’s too much to ask to be transferred to the “Bulk department”.

    @RogersHelps ignite wifi keeps dropping and all parental controls are not working- 3rd day straight while restarting and rebooting without success. This service is not cheap and is archaic. I can’t get in touch with a representative at all. Please assist

    @Rogers I have moved from British Columbia (BC) to Ontario. Still on my bill I am charged taxes for BC. I called in twice and requested to speak to management team but call is kept on hold without any response. Very poor customer service experience. Not expected this from Rogers.
