    @Rogers well you’re 0/2 this month. For the second time in 6 months my experience dealing with Someone at your Courtice location was so unpleasant and unproductive I’m switching a $1000/month corporate account to Bell… your customer service is LITERALLY NON EXISTENT

    @RogersHelps To some extent, they got the contract back in place with 5$ increase since old contract stands invalid and there is outstanding case as of EOD yesterday w ur DBI team as seemingly only then can reverse the 400$ fee given the confusion around cancelation req. which I never raised

    @RogersHelps I can receive calls but cannot make calls. What do you mean "if I switch to a different network"? I only came here with my Rogers sim.

    @RogersHelps Elderly Mother trying to reach Roger’s customer support as had been scammed by phone by someone impersonating Roger’s. All her personal information had to be changed due to the fraud.
