@RogersHelps Customer service now says our credit was for the double billing. But that’s not correct. It was for not getting full service at the new address! So why am I also billed for the old address I didn’t use in august? Hope CEOs office will do something. Why is this so hard? (2/2)

@RogersHelps After 2 hours waiting on Live Chat I'm giving up. I'm getting 20MBS download when paying for the 500u plan. Every few months it gets fixed then breaks again. I have to call every few months to have them fix it again.
