    The lady on call hung up on me when I asked her for a proper answer and eta or to forward to me to the manager. Great customer service @Rogers @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps My wi-fi is down since 7am. I work from home and I missed important meetings. Most of my phone's data is gone because I had to use the hotspot. Opened several tickets, nobody is able to provide an estimated time for resolution. Kitchener, Forest Heights area.

    @RogersHelps Somehow likewise sent my device to another city. I'm not sure how this happened considering my first device was sent to the correct address. It was sent to Melita MB apparently and I had to argue with the customer service rep before the case was opened

    @jaymart84 @Rogers My partner has been on hold with their retention department 1 hour 35 minutes. He is tenacious so he is prepared - is this how they treat loyal customers!! 27 years with Rogers - seems like a good time to drop them @Rogers ...

    Rogers @Rogers you guys are screwing me again. How come you guys suck so bad at customer service, if would like my advice stop subbing service calls, these piece meal techs have no vested interest in customers or your company. Bags are closer to the door now....
