    they never gave me the solution and proper info. even the customer service agents used to tell that they are not responsible for the delays and they dont know anything. when i asked to transfer to higher people, they put on long hold and disconnect. @Brightstar @Rogers

    @RogersHelps - My internet has been down for over 31 hours. I've talked to support 4 times and they have no idea what the issue is or when it will be fixed. 3 of the 4 agents have stated it's an area outage. Ticket number is C162821381. How can this be?

    @michie_frank @Rogers Absolutely call and discuss this with them, because there are other providers. See if they'll put a monthly credit on your bill so you don't have to go through the hassle of switching. If not, I've been very happy with my Bell Fibe service

    .@Rogers Ignite sucks. We recently switched our internet to Ignite and have had nothing but issues. I'm glad I didn't cancel my other provider yet. Very disappointing. #ldnont
