@Rogers I haven't had service for almost 8 hours now... just checked my profile online, and there doesn't seem to be an issue. I've tried turning my phone off and on, taking out my SIM card, and turning Airplane Mode on and off. Any other tips?

@RogersHelps You're charging me $6+tax more than I was quoted for my services. I called. The CSR saw it & put in a request for a credit for my last 2 bills. He says I will have to call each month to request a credit. He says that's the way it is. Please help. That's crazy.

I only use 2GB instead 10GB on mobile wireless data, yet it's now slow as heck. I did signed for unlimited 10gb data. Is there a reason for that, @Rogers ?
