So, I appreciate this, @RogersHelps I receive my bill today for the cycle during the outage and to my (not actual) shock, there’s no credit. 🧐 Wasn’t it suppose to be automatic so that I didn’t have to call?? @RogersBiz #rogersoutage

@rogers how on earth can you take money from customers without providing a service and then not return those funds for three + weeks? It is absolutely insane the lack of customer service !

@Rogers I called them, they scheduled a tech coming in today. Since yesterday, I noticed that, Rogers has done a hard credit check on me. I called in today, the lady says, when your service changes, you will be hard credit checked. It’s unacceptable,I need this to be reversed!
