@Michelle801Ape @Rogers Same thing happens to me last year bought at Staples paid upfront for the protection plan to replace phone if broken. They told me they would give me a $400 gift card not even enough to buy a new phone. Extra coverage is just another way for them to gouge us

For the 3rd time in 2 weeks @Rogers is down again in Pickering, internet and TV. And now I get a text alert for data used on cellphone......maybe because there is no wifi! Do better @rogers, and fix your service.

@Rogers service completely down _again_ after being "fixed" earlier this week. Fibe install is Monday, I'm done with this. Non-stop decline in quality since the massive outage earlier this summer.

@Rogers I've been having connection issues all day today. We need to come up with some way to hold these companies accountable when they just flake out constantly. If any other service was this consistently bad they'd be out of business.
