    I swear if @rogers craps out tonight during stream I am gonna freak out. Their tech fought me this morning trying to swap out the modem before even checking for an infrastructure issue in the area. When he did, he found an issue then told me a week to fix it! #KanataNorth

    Totally pissed at @Rogers this morning. Received my monthly bill and it claims my payment for last month was late. Guess what? My bank shows the payment made last Fri. July 8 - one day early. ROGERS SERVICES WERE DOWN! Rogers didn't process my payment until July 11! + late fee!!!

    @RogersHelps Let me get this straight, Rogers charges me almost $6 for being late by 2 days BECAUSE OF THE OUTAGE, but not one cent off my bill FOR THE OUTAGE. Oh, and no human will answer the Rogers' phone line to hear my complaint about it. Going a long way to "regain trust".

    @RogersHelps I just received an email from Rogers saying there's a service disruption in my area. Never seen this before. Is this to be expected going forward? Service is perfectly fine

    @RogersHelps 21 hours later....I did finally get an appointment for a technician to come this afternoon. One thing you may be able to assist with is: why have I not received any of the chats with online help over the last 3/4 weeks when I request it every time?

    @CapitaJim @Rogers @Bell_Aliant If BellAliant offered me free internet for the rest of my life, I'd never go back. They magical created a third account in my name and never told me, two years later I had a ding on my credit for a missed payment on an account I never knew about. Customer service is crap too.
