    @RogersHelps I need to know when this outage is going to be dealt with, I am a disabled person who relies on communication to keep me cared for and safe. I don’t think Rogers is going to want the bad publicity due to harm coming to people because of your shortfalls.

    @RogersHelps Well well well. They should compensate us for losing service in every minute. I am very frustrated since last night when i found out this issue. I hope my comment will reach Rogers CEO.

    @Rogers i sure hope you will be crediting all accounts for this service interruption. Considering we are in a lock down in Ontario and people can't even call the grocery store to let them know they are there to pick up their contactless order. What a joke.

    @Rogers any idea on when this will be fixed? Not good for such a large "redundant ridden" company to have an outage of this nature.
