@RogersHelps 911 doesn't work with the network service down. Do you have a back-up data, phone, wifi service? If there was a fire, I couldn't call anyone for help. Suggestions?

@RogersHelps I am fed up with your service. I have made at least 20 calls for help in the past four months. A tech came but the problem still presisted. I pay an agregious amount every month considering what I get in return. FIX IT!!!!! 😠🤢
