I complained the other night about @RogersHelps cable lag, black screen, loss of sound, frozen screen, while watching the hockey game on TSN. It's still brutal, if not worse. Just letting you guys know, I can't see what can be done about it on Twitter, but it's just terrible.

Jeez, that @Rogers @Sportsnet App on my #AppleTV is absolute crap! - Crashes every 5 minutes - sound out of sync (play by play during commercial) -video quality fluctuates randomly between HD and LDTV - Freezes Can’t believe I have to pay for this garbage C’man!

@RogersHelps Thanks! That's who I was on the phone with, before being transferred to Technical Support (cold transfer, happened very randomly) and then disconnected on another hold. Finally got through again, and my file is locked. Someone is looking into it though.
