Don't do online payments on @rogers They charged me multiple times in a minute until it was blocked. And they all went through but they claimed they didn't get my payment. Disgusting. Horrible start of my day.

@RogersHelps Second time calling Rogers since the weekend and the issue is I got two pods for better reception. The ignite app does not recognize the Mac number provided. They are not the ones located on the pods. They are in the equipment section of my Rogers app. These are the gen 2 pods

@RogersHelps I’ve been on hold for an ignite live agent for 45. because the first technical agent for whom I held for 15 minutes wasn’t the right agent. After holding for 45 minutes I was hung up on. Your customer focus is so amazing.
