    @Rogers I’ve never been more dissatisfied with any service as much as yours. I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes with literally no response. The way you treat your customers is abysmal.

    @RogersHelps Yes and the transfer fee of $80 is completely RIDICULOUS! How would I know if they did it by mistake. I CLEARLY asked him AND my son as well. He responded on more than one occasion “ YES NO PROBLEM” Yet he did. So he is now a @Bell customer & will be joining him. “Sorry 2cu go”

    @RogersHelps And this particular Motorola is a piece of garbage. It has so many issues that I don't even have time to list them all but you think that I can't return it. Well the government doesn't know I have it. The government doesn't know that they are apparently paying you for it.

    @RogersHelps And yet the connecting families doesn't know about it because you don't report when you are starting to carry that customer with the government's connecting families program. Which is essentially illegal. Not you not Rogers. Neither have registered me and CF number
