    You know internet service is a monopoly based on lack of customer service. I have been trying for 6+ weeks to cancel my @Rogers internet because I was eligible for another service *with Rogers* and after several full days on hold over that period they are now double charging me🙃

    @RogersHelps I have been waiting for an Ignite Service specialist for well over 2 hours on this live chat function. The initial agent initiated the transfer at 2:48 and I have got no other response. This level of service is ridiculous.

    @Rogers I have a return issue...returned a rogers phone at wow mobile boutique in Regina on Dec 30 and am still getting billed...talk to customer service a couple time and they told me they will reverse it next month so don't pay...today they sent me a bill of 1570 cad and

    @RogersHelps Why are network upgrades or connections not worked on or done overnight so you don’t disrupt hundreds of people and their work during the day? Internet has been on and off all morning. UNACCEPTABLE given this is a service we pay for. Please advise. Thanks.
