@Rogers Words, just words. Let’s see some action. Prorate my bill to reflect the loss of service.

  • Forberg69 Howard “Freight Train” (@Forberg69) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps What about lost business for many suffering during covid lock downs that are dependant on wireless service?

  • kodalux LO (@kodalux) reported

@Rogers Empty apologies. You let millions down.... and many. Including me lost a days pay. So take your apology elsewhere. I'll find another cell provider when my term is due in a few months

  • ifyoufallphoto If You Fall (@ifyoufallphoto) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Anything less than a one month credit will mean the end of my dealings with you. People lost a lot more than the equivalent of a one day service fee.

  • SeoaneWill Will Seoane (@SeoaneWill) reported

Rogers wireless offered me 3 dollars for the 800 I lost..eat **** @rogers get Telus..

  • MaxSter73108619 Max Sterling (@MaxSter73108619) reported

@ThatOldGoth @Rogers @RogersHelps **** those guys and their BS. I’m steaming mad at dirt now :(

  • north3rnMarc Marc (@north3rnMarc) reported

ROGERS & FIDO PEEPS: a 1 day credit equivalent to yesterday's wireless service fee will be applied to your May bill, according to @Rogers

  • ChrisHoey12 Chris Hoey (@ChrisHoey12) reported

@RogersHelps Why do mobile customers get a credit for one day without cell service but I got nothing for over a week of not being able to watch North Division games on NHL Live for that time period?

  • blazin_errl Blazin Errl (@blazin_errl) reported

@ellybabesxo @matt0126matt @RogersHelps I had the same problem with Bell, when it was all done through phone lines, my neighbor was one of the last neighborhoods in Scarborough to have the lines updated so anytime my bandwidth was being utilized the modem dropped signal and reset. Hope it all works out for ya!

  • AvaJeromeStan Ava Forever! (@AvaJeromeStan) reported

@wesbos @RogersHelps It was apparently shut off yesterday because people were overloading the Bell towers. The support guy said it will be either 8 tonight or some time tomorrow.
