@RogersHelps Can you let us know when you will be ditching the atrocious 30MB upload speed which hasn't changed since 1999? You have gigabit packages with 1000mb down and a tiny 30mb upload. MS Teams video calls use more than 30MB or do I switch to Bell after 20 years with you

@cbnl84 @Rogers What really ticks me off is that customer loyalty means nothing. You can be a long time customer, always pay your bill on time and be treated like this. New customers get this great promotion while loyalty means nothing

The fact that I had 3 @Rogers agents lie to me about when a promo ended and they still won't approve any kind of credit is astonishing...you make how much a day? And you still won't help a customer that has been around for over a decade and even put in years as an employee... 🤢

@RogersHelps Just curious if we are, as appears, part of a wider outage or has our modem gone kaput. Only power on symbol there after rebooting it. Been down an hour or so now. Twice a day it's been down the last two days.
