@RogersHelps the ETA for the fix on the outage keeps getting pushed back, how can I know someone is actively resolving the issue?!?!?

@RogersHelps Why do I have a $5 "Wireless Plan Rate Adjustment" line item on my bill? Your coverage continually gets worse and worse to the point where I've had to purchase a Starlink mini so I have usable service on the road.

@Rogers prepaid box to send my S26 phone back so my bill will go down even more because I will not be paying for the it anymore. I did say no to the phone at the moment because it sounded to go to be true

@RogersHelps I cancel a phone from my ex wife, and you’re still charging me. Absolutely horrendous

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Called last week, on hold 1hr 25mins. Agent did not resolve issue. Its absurd and unacceptable that Canadians are held hostages by these telecoms. They have no problem taking exorbitant fees from us but have issues providing the service that go along with the cost @FP_Champagne.

@RogersHelps what’s the update for the central Toronto outage including Cedarvale Eglinton Ave West. No service since 800 am?

Hey @RogersHelps, waited patiently for a billing chat rep (75 ahead of me). Finally get on, basically tells me to wait for 35 mins only to provide a reference number to fix a simple billing issue. The level of service is at an all time low. What are you guys doing????

@cbcmarketplace @RogersHelps now being told it is 24 hours. Agent will not send me through the supervisors because there are “too many customers”. Sign of the times for Rogers Customer satisfaction?
