@FreedomMobile I’m travelling to the US tomorrow. Trying to add US data to my plan. Being told there’s a technical fault that will take 24-48hrs to resolve. Paying $80/mth for a brick that doesn’t work outside Toronto. I never had issues like this with @RogersBiz

@RogersHelps waited on hold for over an hour to be told technicians would come to my area within 7 days to assess the problem in the area? Not good enough. The amount paid for these services is high enough. The customer service should be way better

@RogersHelps intermittent freezing noticed on channel 33, 26 x 2 weeks. Not my connections, all checked. Its your network. Cat sitting fir a friend in Kanata, identical issues. Nepean area & Kanata You really need to fix this on going issue, its damn annoying.

I hate Rogers so much. Like clockwork two weeks until the bill is due every single month the internet becomes significantly worse. Why the hell am I paying hundreds of dollars if I’m only gonna get two weeks of decent internet service. @RogersBiz
