Hey @RogersHelps @Rogers why have i needed to speak to 10 agents, 5 times to the validation team and yet no one seems to able to process my upgrade to ignite tv and internet? How can i get a hold of someone from the management team to help?

@Albert_Nobbs @Rogers Yeah, that sounds like Rogers. One of their reps referred to me as "it" in response to a publicly viewable bad review. Needless to say, it escalated from there. The only company worse than Rogers is Telus. #NeverRogers #NeverTelus

@Albert_Nobbs @Rogers This one time, I bought a new phone and both the old one and new one would ring. This was before sim and unlocking.. they straight up said to me that it wasn't happening. Went in gave them my new phone. Then had tech support call me back. Witnessing, still saying impossible.
