@RogersHelps Outage apparently in Tillsonburg ON (N4G) area, more than an hour now...all Ignite services, cannot access any Rogers websites either eg. Outage, community forum??

@RogersHelps called @Rogers for help. (Ya it’s funny). They rebooted modem. Pods don’t work. They asked me to try again. Pods don’t work. ANOTHER technician now booked because the first one that was completely incompetent left us stranded. 30 minutes on hold for customer loyalty
