    @RogersHelps This really should be something you can just check. I’m not going to give all my account info in a DM. I sent the link so you could see I’m not the only one with issue. I’m in Scarborough Ontario and on Cable not ignite.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers so 4 calls, 4 employees, 13 hours on phone. Escalated the call & Darrell, a manager located in Kitchener spent 2 hours (1.5 hours after his shift ended) & fixed the issue. For one, simplify the process. This should be your wheelhouse….

    @RogersHelps You are no help at all! I have been waiting for 3hrs now just to setup a move. You keep on putting me to the wrong department even if I selected the correct prompt! 4 callbacks with the wrong department and now connecting me to the "right" department for FOREVER! 😡

    @RogersHelps smart home monitoring app will not allow me to sign in, the sign in button is not working and when i take it to the website on desktop it does not work it says “ there is a problem on our end” its been this way for a couple weeks and i need it fixed.
