@Rogers will a rebate for lost service be given to everyone experiencing no service. With the critical need for some and the businesses needing the cell service we should receive something

@Bonelloonstilts @RogersHelps If this is a ransomware event, it could be many more hours before service is back to normal.

@charityjkeller @RogersHelps This seems much bigger deal than just a few bad lines... Maybe aliens shot down one of their satellites. 👽

@RogersHelps You guys TOTALLY SUCK! Can't wait for other providers to come into the market. I've been with your "service" for 20+ years, considered leaving several times but both major suppliers are the same, high prices, poor service. Canada pls open the market NOW to new providers.

@RogersHelps Thanks for keeping us in the loop and hope things get fixed soon. Disappointing that certain people tweet at you when your service is down for less than a day but likely wouldn’t voice genuine appreciation when things are going well 99% of the time.

@RogersHelps I hope you consider some compensation for the business we lost today, last time I forgot to pay a bill after so many years, I was hit by a penalty... Kidding, I know that won't happen, just fix it quickly, I couldn't call neither my client nor the bank today and the day is gone!

@peter101s @rohan__singh1 @RogersHelps If you brought your phone from another provider, Wifi calling will most likely not work. Corporate plan switched from Bell (worked) to Rogers (won't work). Known issue/complaint

@RogersHelps I sure damn hope y’all don’t slow down the internet once someone is past their 10 GB. Shouldn’t have done that in the first place during this pandemic.

@Cbab_ @RogersHelps As of some many hours now, my family cells can’t even connect to their service. Mobile was the last service we still have with Rogers and this is a good reminder to self to not extend the contract. GG
