🇨🇦 Peter 🇨🇦 (@peter101s) reported@RogersHelps @CrescendoCove Same with me. Their department that deals with deaths told me a label would be emailed and when they get the equipment they will write off anything my dad owes. No label and there collections is calling. I cancelled my services with Roger’s too over this issue I’m having

Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@RogersHelps I was told it was fixed. Unfortunately it is not fixed. And I will not waste an hour on hold to get through to technical support.
-
Prince Pahwa (@princepahwa2) reported@Rogers Why your 1.5Gbps Home Internet plan acts like dialup modem during days. Is it because you don’t care about CSAT or overleveraging infra or both. And play safe under the safety blanket of T&Cs.Come June 26 and I will switch the service.

Alison (🇨🇦) 🍉 🌻 (@ggreeneyes1975) reported@RogersHelps Sure have. I even spent 2hrs on Sun for help. Got a vmail yesterday that my TV was fixed. Not sure why I got that since it isn't the issue. NO ONE is helping me. I am beyond frustrated with you guys.

PATEL HITESH (@Patelhits2511) reported@Rogers Never recommend red wireless. Instead of giving discount to uber blue account holder they are looting their customer. First they have showed me that I will get mobile device plus plan for just $51.50. But what am I seeing that they are charging me $112.

Kevin (@Kevin_C889) reported@RogersHelps @WesleyCoughlan @Rogers can you help address a problem that should’ve never happened

AD (@iam_ad24) reported@RogersHelps Hello. I'm in Brampton and my mobile internet isn't working since yesterday. Is there any ongoing outage going on in this area?
-
Colin (@Colin__007) reported@Rogers @WRN828 Yeah, my unresolved issue is the number of Canadians you fired and went to Indian call centers. Rogers = Traitor to Canada.
-
Greg Weir (@CrescendoCove) reported@RogersHelps I've been through the ringer with the Credit Department, Customer Care, someone higher up in Customer Care. End result; I still have to pay, but I can launch a complaint against the first person I talked to--presumably to get her fired. She's the only one who was nice to me.

Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported@Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.
