@RogersHelps It took over an hour at 10 pm to get help itโ€™s normally 25-30 minutes

@Rogers absolutely terrible customer service via telephone support. On hold to arrange the transfer of service to a new address and hung up on after 3hrs and 20 minutes. How is this acceptable?

@RobFai @Rogers Do you really think @rogers cares about customer service? None of them care... it's all about money to them and nothing else matters.

@Rogers @RogersHelps is the biggest rip off in Canadian history! Literally spent 2hrs on the phone waiting for an available service rep. to only suddenly be told "high call volume, call back later" I WAS IN LINE!!! Waiting for my turn. Cancelling is now my next move.

@lamphieryeg @Rogers @RogersHelps Customer service in telecom companies in Canada is practically nonexistent, their monopoly allows it. The threat of taking your business elsewhere is a joke and they all know it.

@RogersHelps I have done that. Hopefully they will fix this mess before my bill is due. I have no intention of paying roaming charges.

@RogersHelps @Vishhvfi Can please address any mobile service interruptions? I went to a third party website that showed a spike of service interruptions for Rogers in the past 30 min. Iโ€™d go to Rogers website but I wonโ€™t load.

@RogersHelps everyone in our Yaletown neighborhood group is talking about no Rogers service in a 4-block radius for the last 5 days. Why do you keep telling me itโ€™s just me? Itโ€™s almost like you donโ€™t actually careโ€ฆ

Gotta say The new @RogersHelps technical support AI actually makes calling for help more difficult. A simple request to exchange equipment took me repeating the request 6 times

@RogersHelps We've been a customer of yours for 40 years. Spoke with someone 2 months ago to lower the cost. All was done & then 2 months later you raise the price we mutually agreed to. Not Good & I don;t want a text book answer from you. Enough with you reading from your script.
