    @Dh2410Hayes @keeptheasp @RogersHelps Tell that to the person who couldn’t get through to 911. Also 1/30 is not the service that was lost. That’s the pro-rated amount of the service that was paid for. Big difference.

    @WSIB_Paralegal @RogersHelps Like last time, they will divide your bill by 30 days and get that amount as a credit. Not nearly enough in my opinion.. so much more than wifi & cable we’re affected by the outage! Ugh!

    @RogersHelps @XboxSupport don't know which one the problem comes from but I can't get into party chats, idk if that's from the outage still being fixed, or if xbox is messing up again
