    @Rogers why is even the top package you offer so small compared to other countries? 1.5 gig up and 1 gig down is nothing. You guys should really increase it. Even in the states you can get up to over 100gig up and down for less than the price of your highest package.

    @RogersHelps We have been waiting for a refund cheque from @rogerrwireless for nearly 3 months now. It never shows up. We call, go through hours of holds, some confused person tells us to expect a cheque within 4 weeks. We call back, get promised one week. NOTHING EVER COMES.

    @RogersHelps the ignite service has been horrendous in my neighborhood for weeks now. Disappointing service, especially with this “WiFi Promise”.

    @RogersHelps its been almost 2 days your wifi is down in Moncton. Its so frustrating now that everyone works from home and has to rely on internet to get their work done. Not paying my bills this month!!

    @Rogers there seems to be some serious issues with your service. I can connect via mobile to all services but if i connect via wifi nothing connects on cellsphones. Other devices are having no issues with wifi? Customer service was no help. I think we'll move to BELL shortly.

    Internet still down about 22 hours later with @FidoSolutions on @Rogers' wires. No email from either of them, and neither their chat bot nor their Twitter could tell me if there was an outage. I had to call and get an automated message with no info.

    @TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care
