    @RogersHelps home internet down again In brampton. Seems like internet interruptions are the one thing rogers is great at. Such an expensive monthly charge just to be disappointed.

    send the minions in the giant closet you guys have to the wifi towers and tell them to get to work @Rogers cause its makes me sad to see people leave you guys when ur having problems and you cant fix them in a snap i get it it takes time to fix stuff like this so i trust u

    @RogersHelps home phone, internet, tv down since this morning. After 2 hours on phone with Rogers told earliest they can send someone is Wednesday evening. Kids in online school, 2 adults working from home. Not sure how this is a reasonable service standard.

    @RogersHelps Speed pass? How much is that and do I have to pay for it right away? What if I needed a mobile internet plan with at least 100gbs at max speed or something like that. Your internet really sucks once you go past your limit. This never happened in the past.
