    @RogersHelps Can’t believe that in 2022 and after the very recent #Rogersoutage debacle, Rogers still does NOT prioritize their customers. My Ignite TV and internet is down and a technician can only come on Saturday (>48 hrs after) to check the issue!

    @RogersHelps Well, you haven’t been listening to us. FOR THREE YEARS. can’t reliably make calls. Took about 8 tries to reach YOUR 611. Internet either dead, sporadic and always slow. No FaceTime. Can’t get ANYONE at your company to help. So spare me the platitudes.

    @Rogers @PhilpottTennis @Bandreescu_ Never take Rogers Internet connection. They are biggest chitter, when you will take connection they will say there is no contract, but when you will disconnect they will say there was verbal contract and you need to pay cancelation charges. biggest chitter company

    @AboutRogers @RogersHelps Can’t make phone calls. Took multiple tries to reach YOUR 611. Can’t FaceTime. Internet either dead or at a crawl. Tweets, messages and DMs dead or at a crawl. No help from your staff. But they tell me many customers in this area are affected. /3

    @RogersHelps Now, after contacting me asking to DM, they’ve gone for radio silent because I keep countering the utter bs with facts. They don’t appear to like customers who won’t back down.
