    @Rogers just cancelled my service. Tried twice to have a new phone delivered , @PurolatorHelp has lost the second one.

    I just canceled my phone service with @Rogers mostly due to @PurolatorHelp not being able to deliver a parcel in canada in less than 2 weeks. Really for $100.00 a month for an inflated cost who needs a phone . Send me a letter it will get here quicker

    @RogersHelps over 48 hours and the @Rogers still has an outage. Long weekend screwed over and Guess what it's not even because of the weather. A construction company cut their fiber network... Love how we get zero updates and zero communication from Rogers. Bell looking real nice

    @RogersHelps Update from Rogers - Overnight, on December 25th, our crews determined that the damage to the fibre was more extensive, requiring more time to complete fibre splicing. High winds have also impacted progress. Fibre splicing entails linking broken fibre strands together to restore

    @Rogers I called again to customer care to know why did I get Tex when it says it being resolved. Sari ta the manager and gagan the rep they do not have any answers . I don’t know who they are working without any information and not knowing the basic .
