@domainretail @RogersHelps There was a car accident somewhere in my city and the fiber cable got cut, according to an email Rogers sent me an hour ago. They should create failsafe networks so that one cable cut doesn't make neighborhoods go down.

@RogersHelps What is going on with your contact centre right now? I’ve abandoned 3 calls today on hold for 30mins, one phone call and 2 on chat. Never seen it this bad. I want to ADD service and pay you more each month and you can’t even pick up the phone and take my money?
