  @RogersHelps Everything is correct and automatic time is toggled on. It eventually corrected but it seems like it’s a network problem?

  @RogersHelps I understand that and I did try all of this while I was travelling. What I’m asking is that it’s not fair for me to pay the kind of charges levied to me when the service was barely used due to these issues. I raised a ticket and no one seems to care about that.

  @RogersHelps “Off peak hours”. I’ve been on hold for 1 hour and 5 mins now. It’s 10:48pm and I need to go to bed. Total time spent on phone or online waiting to get help from Rogers for a simple issue today = over 3 hours. Not fair and pathetic

  I don't like nor trust Keith Pelley. He's a corporate yes man, MLSE and ownership is more worried about the bottom line than winning a Cup. When the company I worked for 18+ years was bought out by @Rogers it was never the same afterwards, happy I got bought out. #leafs

  @RogersHelps Hurry up and get this **** fixed. 4 days in a row now if random internet outages. 3rd time today since 10. Like 5 times yesterday. Had to watch half the race on Friday night on my phone cus the internet kept going out.
