@bleasdalefamily @Rogers Funny, we had the opposite experience. Longtime Bell users, internet started getting spotty a year before the pandemic and unbearable during. I’d have to hardwire to use Zoom, despite several tech visits & hardware swaps. Switched to Rogers a few months ago, and 0 problems!

Hey @Rogers I’ve DM’d you again... you still have not fixed my billing issue from January, even though I’ve spoken with three people now that tell me it will get fixed on “next billing term.” Please stop wasting my time and fix it.
