@RogersHelps Services have not been restored. I've been without internet since 5am today. I've tried every possible fix with nothing working. I woke to two Tech's and had someone else I know within Rogers escalate and was told the issue is ongoing. No tech til Wed. What should I do?

@RogersHelps No one came I need to cut some dead limbs which will make that line drop when it does I’ll take the line down myself and leave it at the pole. I’m fed up with years of waiting for someone to come and remove it. Thanks for your help though

@RogersHelps No DM necessary, just hire humans to answer calls, who can direct those calls to the appropriate dept, instead of the 18 choices online, the crappy chat bot. Also, enable your store fronts to do more than sell sell sell. Worst customer service hurdles in Canada.
