David "Stargate Genius Leader" Hewlett (@dhewlett) reportedNot if you've got the wrong address as we've been trying to explain to your tech support...day 2 back on hold waiting for you, @Rogers!
-
Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@RogersHelps It’s fine to empower your customers, but it’s extremely poor Customer Service when they cannot reach anyone on the phone without being on hold for an hour. There is no excuse for that. We are paying very high prices for the services you provide in Canada.
-
Jeffrey Bannon (@JeffreyBannon) reportedHands down the worst attempt at any level of service is @Rogers From the daily phone calls that get rude when they don’t like what they hear to over 30 min on hold! A telecommunications company makes you wait over 30 min on the phone! Customer service is dead at Rogers!

FTP/ACAB 🍉 (@bluesparky666) reportedI just switched my phone to Fizz from rogers and now pay 50% less. Just wanted to share. Im not going to answer your calls @Rogers, you can **** all the way off. Next up, @TELUS internet, your time is up *******.

Free & Fair (@CanadaMate) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers what a disappointing experienced conversation with your top rep today. Never have i thought Roger's CS support level has gone to so low quality now What a terrible start of the day speaking to someone from Rogers this morning 👎
-
Esselment (@njdessie) reported@letaindomain @Rogers Don't do it!!!!!! You will be on the phone trying to fix the bill for months!!!!!
-
Scott (@ScottPolhamus) reported@RogersHelps For one of the largest companies in Canada I’m shocked at the service tbh. Sometimes I think bell and rogers take too much advantage of their government protected monopoly
-
HighHorse (@FringyFarm) reported@Bratt_world @Rogers Fido continued to withdraw money for 7 months after the account was closed from my 86 year old dad until I discovered it while he was in the hospital. Still can't reach them for resolution @FidoSolutions
-
Ranjan Soni (@_RanjanSoni) reported@aangelic491 @Rogers Nope. The only solution is to call them and go through the whole ordeal. They don't have a simple call back solution to prevent their customers from staying on hold (you cannot attend any other calls for hours if you are on hold) and then get 'disconnected' automatically.

Jason Hoffman (@EMSIJason) reportedI was wondering if @RogersHelps could advise as why on Xfinity box the Fox Sports 234 is so pixalated like old dial up. Been that way all the time. Is it a Fox issue?
