@35Ayres @Rogers They don't honor anything they say 50 $ to replace one phone same insurance on another phone they said it was 50$ then they said 70$ then had to pay 220$ to replace the phone. @Rogers get your **** together !!!

@ellenroseman @RogersHelps Must advise that my specific problem has been resolve - completely & to my full satisfaction. I did make the suggestion that Rogers operational practices change so that clients can modifying basic services online, without employee intervention, regardless of the revenue impact.

Major fail @Rogers @RogersHelps. No wifi since 9:30pm last night. Spoke to 3 reps they send tech just now & of course he can’t fix as it’s street wide. Maintenance needs to handle. The reps knew it was Street wide yet sends tech instead of maintenance. 17+hrs and counting now

December 27th - Spoke with Cable Department (customer said internet was intermittent) December 31st - OUTBOUND - residential retention call (tech was not helpful, customer advised, processed to return 30 days) January 6th - Cut off my internet @RogersHelps #rogersdoesnthelp
