dineshjagasia (@dineshjagasia1) reported@RogersHelps Hi Rogers, can you explain this? Our office number is still showing previous business caller id after 4 years of us getting the number. Despite repeated calls and follow-ups, we have not got any resolution. What kind of business do you run?

Thoms Foolery (@ThomsFoolery) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Rogers outsources their help desk to someone else. It is not a Rogers employee you are talking to, but a call centre.

Daisy E. Birch (@DaisyBirch59) reportedSo I was part of internet outage that affected parts of Ottawa. @Rogers claimed the outage was due to vandalism. I called the Rogers 800 number and was greeted by an AI chatbot. Rogers has laid off 900-1000 employees and are now using AI. Not cool.
