    @narchematics @Rogers 2 - Also, I pay handsomely for this service and expect it to be available at my convenience. I can understand a short outage (< 2hrs) but not the entire day. Why would I pay for a service that was not delivered?

    @RogersHelps @Rogers cto and svp kyle p, share common responsibilities for wireline outage. #RCA should focus on how money spent elsewhere contributed to outage. Their lack of wireline experience simply can not make #more-possible

    @Miss_Debbie @RogersHelps I feel that,our internet is still completely outand yesterday our fedex package gotdelivered but no item was inside it got stolen or fell out wehad to drive out far to the branch only for them tosay make claim online during outage/my partner had heat exhaustion from work to.

    @Nicco2288 @RogersHelps Call them when you can! I’m sure they’ll understand and reschedule. The outage was nationwide and made international news.

    This was a real eye opener on how Canada has forfeited it’s safety and communications to big media. No payments, 911, and 24 hour outage is practically criminal @Rogers
