@RogersHelps How about you fix the phone system I had to wait 3 hrs for a callback then it told me I was next in line and then stated there was too much call volume and hung up on me instead of putting me through to the tech I was supposedly next to talk to

  • ANight92 Adam Nightingale (@ANight92) reported

@RogersHelps my Ignite TV is down (possibly related to the whole debacle yesterday?) But was working this morning. I'm getting error code XRE 03137.

  • TravisPenasse Travis Penasse (@TravisPenasse) reported

  • RonnieKinggg Ronnie King (@RonnieKinggg) reported

@vote4robgill @Rogers Is this a joke?? The amount of money it cost me for not having service compare to what Rogers will credit is thousands apart. No more Rogers for me!!!

  • s_mogdan Shelley (@s_mogdan) reported

@RogersHelps What about those of us still without internet/cable that can’t reach a live agent to find out if it is just our modem or part of larger issue still? Blinking green/orange light. Two days without service is a lot to expect us to accept with no resolution or support!

  • WRMII WRM2 (@WRMII) reported

@vote4robgill @Rogers Won't even cover the gas I used to find locations running the more reliable Bell network. This isn't the first time recently that Rogers has had a massive outage. I wasn't able to work and you're offering $3? Go F yourself. You're a corrupt and predatory org. Shaw purchase? F off

  • 905Habfan Mr. Rottenborn (@905Habfan) reported

@FPOnTheDL @Rogers @MManagerMike He is an awful person

  • PythonBagpiper PythonBagpiper (@PythonBagpiper) reported

I used to consult with companies like @Rogers on how to avoid exactly what happened yesterday. The likelihood that the whole thing was caused by a perfect storm of bad communication, understaffing, shallow risk assessment, and lack of expertise is very high.
