@3rdtimewalter @dianemariereid @Rogers No issues with Telus... ever, 9 years and counting. I'll revert to smoke signals before I ever subscribe again to either Rogers or Bell.

Call Support # of @Rogers website and it says they consolidated all phone lines and to call some other number. Lol? Then I do that and it tells me to "Submit a Review Request" online for my bill issue. I click "Request a Review" and the AI Chat Bot tells me it doesn't understand

@hollyanndoan @Rogers @peternowak Why can in the US a cell provider like Mint Mobile pop up with $15 plans from scratch While we in Canada allow moats around everything Legacy and settle for inferior overpriced service

@RogersHelps my home internet and cellular data are not working properly. Home internet connection is weak. I have checked all connections and restarted the modem numerous times using the app and unplugging. Any other suggestions?

@RobertChaulk @DaveJSullivan @Rogers I'd say it'll be in a band that goes with one of the carriers. So Rogers may offer it as an add on service

@Rogers Then I’m told to call back in 2–3 hours—no option for a callback either. Paying premium prices, but this definitely isn’t premium service. @Bell be seeing a new customer in the near future

@RogersHelps Correct. And Rogers support somehow transferred me to 4 different non-business technical support staffers who were unable to help. I’m now on hold on 1-866-727-2141

  • cy686phtsl
    Peter Young (@cy686phtsl) reported

@RogersHelps I demand that this unauthorized suspension be cancelled immediately and my original service agreement be maintained. Furthermore, I expect any 'suspension' or 'restoration' fees associated with this error to be waived or credited back to my account immediately.
