    @RogersHelps - I've been on the chat waiting for an agent for a while now. No response. It is like a ghost town. My internet service has been slow since the afternoon. I have a 300Mbps connection. On a wired - I get no more 15Mbps. Help? Restarted modem/router. No dice!

    @Rogershelps how come a 20 year customer can't get a reasonable price but you give great deals to new customers? Try asking management over phone and even they hang up on me. Almost like it's on purpose 🤔 #unacceptable

    @Rogers between the full day with NO service and the lack of this customer service you’ve made the choice pretty easy to switch. It’s disheartening how the manager was not solution oriented. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while #suptelus

    @Rogers first day with Rogers ignite and your internet is down , kinda wish i had my old PVR , and not this could based PVR, unbelievable service

    @Rogers Had issues with modem....Rogers replaced it in 72 hr and recommend to replace the TV box. Might be a minority in this tweeter post...but a satisfied customer since 2001....good time passes so quickly 🙏👏👏👏👏
