@3rdtimewalter @dianemariereid @Rogers No issues with Telus... ever, 9 years and counting. I'll revert to smoke signals before I ever subscribe again to either Rogers or Bell.

Finally did. After going at @RogersHelps the past couple years for terrible RocketHub service and costs, we finally pulled the plug on our home internet. Just couldn’t justify $200+/month for slow, spotty service.

@RogersHelps internet is still going off intermittently. Was fine all morning then twice in last 10min has gone out for about 1min each before coming back. This has to be a Rogers issue.

Hi @Rogers fix the internet in Kitchener-Waterloo already. I don't pay my bill every other month, so let's get this stabilized!

@RogersHelps Last Sunday, service was slow. Tech confirmed issue from head end. Tech attended. Speedtest unchanged. Service intermittent all week, worse this morning. Ottawa Glebe neighbour: same problem. Download below 5Mbps isn't unlimited Gigabit service!

@RogersHelps my router crashed yet again this seems to be an everyday occurrence again what gives? It’s putting out signal but it’s not connecting to the internet. It was working just a minute ago. I am sick and tired of this unreliability.

Most reliable service my A$$ @EdwardSRogers @Rogers you have no problem taking my money monthly yet I can't have relatively stable Internet services! Tired of calling, tired of having to ask for credits, just plain tired.. If nothing else I want to Run this mdm over with my car.

@RogersHelps Can you please let us know what is happening? One of your Techs was on my street on Friday fiddling and my service went out. Now mine has been out since 8:05. Please tell us when service will be restored.

@RogersHelps hi. Can you advise on any internet issues as we keep losing it. Is fine then goes out for a minute or so before it comes back.

@RogersHelps Oh dear I'm so sorry, I see to have missed your message today. Twitter needs more bandwidth than your throttled service allows for all customers. I'm hearing grumbles about the some way mobile carriets throttle customers. Is there better equality than in a race to the bottom?
