@3rdtimewalter @dianemariereid @Rogers No issues with Telus... ever, 9 years and counting. I'll revert to smoke signals before I ever subscribe again to either Rogers or Bell.

@RogersHelps so it's now day 5 and I still have no internet. You asked for DM's, I've done that twice and no response at all. Cancel my service! I'm going to Virgin today so I can finally work and get paid to do my job which you have greatly hindered. Not a happy FORMER customer!

@Rogers @RogersHelps I hope you reconsider the joke of a credit you are offering. Nothing less than one month free is enough, and we should all demand no less. When I had to pay for my mistakes, I certainly tried my best to never do it again. #rogersoutage #Canada

.@Rogers .@RogersHelp - FOUR DAYS & STILL NO IGNITE SERVICE. That’s over 100 HOURS and still you dolts can’t fix it AND you cut off access both online & on the phone due to high volume of calls. Guess what? There’s a cure that - FIX THE SERVICE! Am I the only one affected?

@RogersHelps I know Rogers is telling people they will be giving everyone a refund for the outage time… but current download speeds are under 15 mbps. That is not the service that I am paying for, so I don’t believe the problem has really been resolved.

@MAAWLAW @Rogers When I sign up for any cell service I understand their could be glitches. When I buy a new car, I realize there will likely be maintenance issues. People are so intolerant of any inconvenience. Its technology, it will screw up from time to time.
