    @RogersHelps What are you crediting to small business owners across the country who don't subscribe to your service who were affected with irate customers who couldn't buy things from us which caused large loss of sales and reduced tips for staff and high staff wages to cover with no lbrdlrs

    @AboutRogers @Rogers You can earn my trust again by installing Bell's Fiber to my apartment building before another outage. Why was a major update to your routers not tested on one router before rolling it out to every single router?

    @RogersHelps text people, or actually want to interact. I use my phone primarily for the net, which previously included topping up my phone or checking my account. I've been turned down for a contract because of being unable to get a credit card due to no job, and now I have zero net support?
