    Finally got someone and they had the audacity to say we have to use a DIFFERENT box from the one we already set up. How the hell were we supposed to know that? Now the other box isn't working. @Rogers I'm not a happy customer. This is terrible customer service. Absolute trash

    @RogersHelps All day spotty service - internet and ignite tv. Even the Ignite app. Getting a little sick of a bill for crappy service. Tonight TV is frozen, no sound or both. #rogers #rogersoutage

    @RogersHelps @Sportsnet Now app is just awful. How do I cancel and get my money back. It freezes everyone 10 seconds. And I have to back out and restart it.
