BrianM (@briangm11) reported@ShiDavidi Such a bad team this year. No better next year, either as all responsible are on long contracts and @Rogers is laughing all the way to the bank with 41,000 tickets sold for every game!
-
Rick1983🇨🇦🪬🌎 (@ricksvelo) reportedIf you ever switch from @Rogers to @Bell you’ll realize how amazing Roger’s is! Bell might be the worst reception ever. I’m not sure why I even pay for it. Unreal
-
Medeiros M (@Medeiro34452245) reported@RogersHelps I am sure I am not the only rogers customer that has this problem
-
🇨🇦 Peter 🇨🇦 (@peter101s) reported@alancross @Rogers That’s what’s happens when you lay off your staff and hire 3rd world countries to run your customer service. After 45 years as a customer I cancelled all my services with Roger’s over their “new” customer service
-
Gabriela Cecilia (@gabycecilia82) reported@RogersHelps Next bill arrives July 15 and I am not on a bundle. Everything is regular price and the bill is insanely high. Called asking why and apparently my modem was never received and so my bundle was next applied. This was not disclosed during the initial conversation.

Tim (@TimJArmstrong) reportedThis is what happens when you do business in an monopolized environment. @rogers and @bell have horrible customer service because they do not give a **** about customers. They are only concerned with quarterly profits!
-
pivnicek (@pivnicek) reported@RogersHelps Hi, I am unable to login the the rogers website. It accepts my credentials but goes into an infinite redirection loop. Can you help?
-
East meets West (@KeeperOfSheep) reported@RogersHelps If you can definitively state it is or isn't a scam, that is the problem.. your processes should give clients a clear way of determimimg why @Rogers is calling. Or a log on our online account that shows When, How, and Why a rep tried to contact the customer.
