    @RogersHelps it has been more than half a day and my husband can't use his phone for business. What's going on and why's it taking so long for the problem to be fixed? It's been a major inconvenience and continues. Will you be refunding a day of lost service to your customers?

    @RogersHelps What's the point of telling us that "wireline" services aren't impacted? Are you trying to low-key sell us wired services because you're so crap at the wireless? Will customers be getting any kind of credit for the entire workday they can't make a phone call?
