@RogersHelps after being on hold for two hours instead of assisting you going to transfer the call and hang up?!!! Really?!

@RogersHelps Third party vendor but the only channels affected are three Sportsnet channels East, Ontario and SN1 carrying the #BlueJays game are experiencing the problem, the two SN channels with hockey, the TSN channels and every other channel I've tried are streaming just fine.

@Rogers I have an email from Rogers proving that I have an overpayment in my account when I terminated my contract in Dec. I called customer service to follow up and my refund balance just magically disappeared from your books. Will you be able to trace which pocket that went to?

  • TrevorSScott Trevor Scott (@TrevorSScott) reported from Lorne Park, Ontario

@RogersHelps been on hold for over 2 hrs after having calls dropped and being bounced around from department to department. Can’t say this is giving me the warm and fuzzy feeling that you are going to resolve the issue

  • LinzAyearst Lindsay_Ayearst_PhD (@LinzAyearst) reported

@RogersHelps Hi Rogers - why do I consistently pay for a service that is provided so inconsistently? Phone, internet, TV out AGAIN! Going on an hour now. Been happening all week. 🙁 Will there be reimbursement for service outage time - nope. Makes #workfromhome very difficult.

@Rogers It is frustrating to have so many Internet issues. They ALL have frequent outages. I had my Internet and cell go out for a day or more with Blue and switched to Red and the next year had the same thing. The smaller carriers depend on the big ones, so poof as well.

@RogersHelps hey! is there an internet outage in the west end of Toronto? our wifi is out and hasn’t turned back on despite us resetting the modem a few times

  • johnnyjoseph joey (@johnnyjoseph) reported

@RogersHelps My box wasn't getting a signal; it came back with the assistance of the operator. Constant service disruptions! Why am I still with Rogers?

Inbox email: "@Rogers and @ShawInfo are now one company" (after we bought them for $26B) and together we still do not offer cellphone service in the subway in the biggest city in Canada // #TTC #Toronto

  • JoeColangelo7 Joe Colangelo (@JoeColangelo7) reported

@Trinity50436567 @RogersHelps Rogers doesn't care about ANY of their customers, ...we're down in Markham Ontario as well. They only care about playing Monopoly with our enormous monthly subscription fees (see Shaw acquisition) instead of investing some of those fees to stabilize their infrastructure.
