@3rdtimewalter @dianemariereid @Rogers No issues with Telus... ever, 9 years and counting. I'll revert to smoke signals before I ever subscribe again to either Rogers or Bell.

@RogersHelps @louvegh A friendly reminder that our society considers "Being so big to the point where you can't communicate to humans like a human." as not being an actual issue whatsoever.

@RogersHelps Ignite Internet has been out for over 24 hours in L1M (Brooklin, ON) area. No updates or anything from Rogers about status of issue. Hard to work from home with no connection. Hotspot data almost used up already! Not impressed.

All the big communication companies @Fidomobile @rogers really do not help their staff support their customers. 4 days without internet and all the staff can give is 5GB bonus. After 4 days you would expect the companies to have a better solution. #ottawaoutage #fido #Rogers

I wonder how much @rogers will make off late fees, we all know they will charge us for not paying on time with a service we cannot access yet pay for.

Hey @Rogers, I know that last weekend’s storm in #Ottawa created serious damages & that your teams are busy… But as a client, I’d appreciate receiving updates on the service outage without having to call multiple times (using my cell phone… cause my landline is down) Thanks!

@Rogers I love you so much for having a competent Twitter support system. It almost makes up for the prior decade of pain and suffering. The gigabit deal I was offered over the weekend might just make it up entirely.

I rag on @RogersHelps a ton, so something positive. Thanks to Jason (the Twitter support) for helping us get reset and back online! Guess I can get back to work. Ugh.
