Good thing I switched to @VMediaTV which runs on the @RogersHelps infrastructure, now I'm paying 65.00/mo for no service instead of 120.00/mo for no service.

@AreOhEssEyeEe @Rogers Got my ‘no contract’ ‘bring your own phone ‘ service from Fido 10 y ago, still on it (getting my own phone, better deals with more data etc) and haven’t regretted it a bit, sure 50$ a month is 3 time more than I was paying in Europe but better than hidden fees from bell or others

@RogersHelps why can't I walk into one of your stores & have someone sell me what I want? Why do I need to call your service line and wait for hours on hold instead of doing it face to face? This is horrible service.

@Rogers After spending 5.5 hours on hold and going into a store to upgrade and after speaking to customer retention only to find out that the ridiculous request on my account for any upgrade cannot be removed. Goodbye and good luck Hello Bell!
