Vince Power (@vincepower) reported from Moncton, New BrunswickDear @RogersHelps why can I not upgrade my phone within 30 days of changing my address? I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and that loyalty is worthless apparently. This is not how you keep customers. @telusmobility might be getting a new customer tomorrow

Andrew Wade (@AspieAndy) reported from Dieppe, New Brunswick@RogersHelps Hi I was just wondering if there are any known outages in Dieppe, NB? My internet and cable are down and I'm trying to figure out if it's an area issue or if I'm having technical problems. Thanks

Patrick Buick (@pdbuick) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick@RogersHelps DNS is broken again. I can't resolve some sites using the Rogers servers, but if I force a different DNS server in nslookup, it resolves just fine. Usually, they end up scheduling a reboot I believe.

Vince Power (@vincepower) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick@RogersHelps When I go into downtown Moncton with my new iPhone 12 it switches to 5G but I can’t seem to load any data when I’m on that network. Do I need a new SIM card or something?

Rusty Shackleford (@PhysicsIsMyGame) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick@Rogers This is the third time this week your shotty internet services are down. It's impossible to work from home like this. Your partial credit for every day that it's down doesn't cover mine or my spouse's lost wages. Get it together, please!
-

-
WeTheNorth (@deeprathi) reported@RogersHelps That speed test can’t even connect to Rogers; so it is connecting to Bell server. To make it even worse, home internet is down for over 2 hours and counting . Complained and agent confirmed your old ticket is also open . Phew 😮💨
-
Shreyas S (@Shreyas87139893) reported@RogersHelps @RogersHelps Network showing SOS for one of lines. Store could not help. Asked me to call tech support. Been trying for 10 days to get hold of 1 agent. Cant call, cant text, cant use data. And i am paying for that line. Very bad service provided.
-
Marielle Taylor (@MissMJTaylor) reported@RogersHelps So those who have cottages or live near algonquin park are now outside your network? Never used to be an issue. So you no longer cover cottage country? I know others also say they have same issue. Bell has network fyi.
-
DTAmerikka (@Ferreira_nszuki) reported@RogersHelps does Rogers still have a retention department or do these Customer service reps take care of that?
-
Aileen O (@AileenMAO) reported@RogersHelps @Sportsnet the unhelpful tech support just yold me "if you want to watch the complete game, record it". THEN WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING THE GAMES "ON DEMAND"? It is WILDLY false to advertise, and have people pay for, cable packages that include "on demand" replays of nhl games
