Good thing I switched to @VMediaTV which runs on the @RogersHelps infrastructure, now I'm paying 65.00/mo for no service instead of 120.00/mo for no service.

@mcknight_david @MonctonWildcast @nick_ph7 @alangdon17 @Bell @Rogers That’s very true, and something you don’t think about until u move from the region But streams are a way to watch for sure, but most games that are “regional” are starting at 11pm soooo it’s not the worst haha

  • vincepower
Vince Power (@vincepower) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick

Dear @RogersHelps why can I not upgrade my phone within 30 days of changing my address? I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and that loyalty is worthless apparently. This is not how you keep customers. @telusmobility might be getting a new customer tomorrow

  • vincepower
Vince Power (@vincepower) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick

@RogersHelps When I go into downtown Moncton with my new iPhone 12 it switches to 5G but I can’t seem to load any data when I’m on that network. Do I need a new SIM card or something?

  • dougrcollins
Doug Collins (@dougrcollins) reported from Riverview, New Brunswick

@RogersHelps Got it working again. Simple fix. Thank you 👍

  • pdbuick
Patrick Buick (@pdbuick) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick

@RogersHelps DNS is broken again. I can't resolve some sites using the Rogers servers, but if I force a different DNS server in nslookup, it resolves just fine. Usually, they end up scheduling a reboot I believe.

  • PhysicsIsMyGame
Rusty Shackleford (@PhysicsIsMyGame) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick

@Rogers This is the third time this week your shotty internet services are down. It's impossible to work from home like this. Your partial credit for every day that it's down doesn't cover mine or my spouse's lost wages. Get it together, please!

  • AspieAndy
Andrew Wade (@AspieAndy) reported from Dieppe, New Brunswick

@RogersHelps Hi I was just wondering if there are any known outages in Dieppe, NB? My internet and cable are down and I'm trying to figure out if it's an area issue or if I'm having technical problems. Thanks

@RogersHelps I have a review number and I have information from the customer service team. This billing was done in error and I won't pay it.

@RogersHelps chatr is not receiving all messages and today a message was sent to a contract that I did not send. Chatr is **** #chatr #rogers

  • rhibbsy
    Ryan Hibbs (@rhibbsy) reported

@RogersHelps This is ridiculous. I just got through to a chat specialist, and they ended the chat immediately when I tried to report the fraud. It was 2.5 hours just to contact them and they immediately ended the chat. Absolutely rude.

  • RoastedKeyboard
    Ria Riaz (@RoastedKeyboard) reported

Out of all the telcos @Rogers by far has the worst customer service. Consistently

  • Skeets593
    Skeets59 (@Skeets593) reported

I see a new line item on my Rogers cell phone bill. “Wireless rate adjustment “ $5. I call Rogers. They are experiencing higher than normal call volume and to call back later and they hang up on me. Nice. Well you just lost a customer @Rogers. I’m now with Freedom

  • cwiltzy
    Caitlin (@cwiltzy) reported

.@Rogers really sent me an email saying that my bill is going up $5 so I can “continue to support Rogers investments and 5G” like I somehow owe them an extra $5 monthly contribution?! My contribution is MY MONTHLY BILL?!

  • SturdyHugh
    Hugh Sturdy 🇨🇦 (@SturdyHugh) reported

@Dave_Sandford @RogersHelps I had the same issue with Bell back when I lived in Toronto. It boggles my mind when companies that are all about communications fail customers who want to communicate with them. It’s basically their one main job.

  • alpdenizdeveci
    Alp Deniz (@alpdenizdeveci) reported

@RogersHelps My mobile service, calling from Germany about my Canadian account, maybe called 7-8 times waited quite a bit, so I am guessing I will be charged around a hundred euro without being able to talk to anyone
