    @RogersHelps your cellular network is down in Gunter Ontario. You make it IMPOSSIBLE to report it. Everyone I’ve asked on the lake has the same problem. Your network tracking page says there are no issues.

    Does anyone actually work at @Rogers anymore or is it all crappy AI? Ive been waiting over 2 months for a check and no one there can tell me if its been sent or when it would be sent. Customer service clearly no longer exists there

    Just had time to digest the HNIC cancellation news. Seriously, **** @Rogers and their corporate greed. They effectively just cancelled a Canadian cultural tradition without even a goodbye.

    Getting a lot of reports of @rogers outage which seems wide spread - at least in Ontario. Calls failing to complete at high rate.

    @Uncle_Jed_1 @RogersHelps cant just blame 1 party when there's multiple that have done nothing when we have been headed down this road for a few decades now the shortage on housing was presented to the government as early as mid to late 90s. and it said 2020 area would be the start

    Hey @RogersHelps I’ve been trying to discuss my account with someone for the last 3 days. Every time I call, I am told that you are experiencing extremely high call volumes and then I’m hung up on. Your staffing problems are not my problem. Stop relying on AI and hire staff.

    @RogersHelps how long does it take for outages to be reported? there is nothing listed for my area despite being told there is an outage by your support staff. I've been without the service I pay for for over 6 hours now
