@RogersHelps my monthly bill has gone up twice in the past year & my “special pricing” is shortly coming to an end. I’m a customer for over 30 years. Fewer options, higher costs. Cant afford this anymore. #RogersHelpsThemselves

@Rogers And you won't fix a damned thing, everyone with a consciousness knows that. I'll give credit to your marketing department though, they're doing a great job getting others to drink the kool-aid.

@Rogers Your partnership with Brightstar insurance is a complete rip off and joke. My 2 year old phone, after 1 year of insurance equalling $150, will cost that, plus $175 "processing" fee to fix a cracked BACK! Cheapest 15 min repair with a $10 Part. Samsung Can, only charges $128

@Rogers Because your prices are so god damn high

  • VaughanErik Evaughan (@VaughanErik) reported

@Rogers you have tech to notify specifically affected customers of household internet service interruptions through Cel #’s. It’s painfully obvious u could use same tech to forgive data usage during an outage but choose to take from customers while failing to deliver service.
