@RogersHelps you have no service in Lillooet BC and have not addressed the hundreds of complaints and reports and do not even show the weeks long outage on your site... this is a serious safety issue for wildfire services right now and unacceptable. Fix IT! #rogerssucks

@RogersHelps I pay forward, not backwards, since Rogers took over Shaw's service area here. I don't trust you to actually apply a credit, especially since technicians have said continuously "Ignite TV is working fine" even in the weeks after the initial outage and that not being the case.

@RogersHelps when i signed up for my account i was told i was given a free tablet (that i didn't want, i already have an ipad). looking at my bill I've since been charged over $100. When I called for a refund I was told I couldn't get support. How do I cancel my account?
