@MPAVictoria @Rogers I had such an appalling experience with @rogers customer service earlier this year I switched to Bell - after 20 odd years. Sad because Rogers used to have good customer service.

Alright @rogers, coming to you for a new phone and a refund for lost network time and lost productivity. Hope for your company’s sake this wasn’t because of an undetected hack or summat. Costs quickly escalate in such circumstances.
