Does @rogers employ people capable of completing simple transactions? It seems like every time you need to change something through them there are at least 5 mistakes and 5 hours on hold. Get it together. Also your support stinks.

@RogersHelps We called two weeks ago about service. We were advised there were community issues affecting service; you would investigate and correct. received text past three days all had been addressed. Service tonight says otherwise NOT GOOD

1-@RogersHelps I'm going through my 3rd Nextbox in a week. My 1st one lasted for years. Each refurb doesn't work. I've asked that a technician come to my house with a couple of boxes & leave w/my TV working. Told they only come out for Ignite. Been with Rogers from day 1.

@RogersHelps Tech support has gotten the PVR working slowly..so the only thing I can't do is record a series, only individual shows, maybe this is just the process of getting the machine working

@RogersHelps Chatted with an agent already. She said the signal is weak because there is an “outage in our area”(Markham Hwy 48 and 16th). Said I will receive a text msg when problem is resolved. Has been going on for 3 hours now.

2- @RogersHelps this service sucks. No reason a tech support can't come to my home with 2 boxes and leave with my TV working. This big about only coming to my home for Ignite only is bs. I'm charged for TV, and pay my bills. I want my TV working by later today.

@RogersHelps The sad part is I knew this would happen. I left it to the end because I knew it would be the most frustrating part of moving. You guys are a total waste of time. There needs to be a top down firing.
