Coming @Rogers I've been out of internet for 4 days...we had a technician do nothing yesterday...and next available person isn't till Thursday...and it's not the area as countless phone customer help has told me...

@RogersHelps Not entirely clear on the new “Pay more, get less” plans that you have on offer. And Customer Retention doesn’t empower reps or care to keep clients with 5 services???Moving over to @bell I guess….
