    @RogersHelps Can you give us an eta on when services will be restored in Tay twp? Been down 4 a couple of hours. No internet & tv, & mobile data is up n down. Becoming a very common theme in recent weeks. Very frustrating. Especially those of us working from home.

    @RogersHelps Don't matter if, it was a motor vehicle accident, this time. What about ALL the other times.. July was a joke with a crappie refund...Always problems, gonna cancel my home services, I had enough, thank gawd my cell contract is up in Oct

    @RogersHelps I tried calling 3x in the last 3 weeks for tech support, can't get through. Went to Rogers store today, not able to assist w Ignite. Called # given to me at store; apparently wrong department, transfered to tech. 90 minutes later, now waiting for a technician visit. Wasted time!!
