What difference does it make if they tell you YOU specifically don't have service....like someone else said if you don't have service use common sense and figure out that you are in the percentage that is still without service...

    So @JustinTrudeau ....with that big @RogersHelps outage, are you finally ready to address the big telecom issue? How about getting those greedy SOB's to lower their rates to something even close to reasonable? That would be nice. Screw the @CRTCeng for not putting Cdns first.

    @RogersHelps @AboutRogers I have phone and data service. No cable or wifi as of now. I have reset the modem and it didn’t help.

    @RogersHelps Toronto: 30th hour of no ignite services and apparentlly a 3 hour waiting time to hear from a live agent … a vast majority of customers are still waiting to get the band aid fix

    @RogersHelps Because of your outage, as a delivery driver, I lost about 200$ because I couldn't work, on a Friday... I sure hope you will be compensating those who depend on your cellphone service for their work.

    @Rogers’ outage is THE MOST IMPORTANT INDICATOR that the #CRTC and @Canada need to address the monopoly that exists in the #CdnTelecom sector.
