Hey @RogersHelps still on legacy internet, my modem is dying. Tech support only offered upgrade to Ignite, didn't mention the possibility of swapping modems in the mean time. Is this expected?

Hey @RogersHelps I keep getting notified that I am roaming, and I cannot connect back to the Canadian Rogers network. I'm hearing from others they're having the same problem. Currently have no service because I don't want to incur more charges. Fix this!

@RogersHelps I do have Sportsnet Now Premium yet I get nothing but a black screen when trying to replay last night's Philadelphia/Boston game on the Ignite app. I can watch it on other apps and I can watch everything else. Rogers needs to stop deflecting blame when it's their issue.

@RogersHelps Hope you get it right for this people unlike the outage across Canada. I’m still having terrible service from Rogers. TV freezes, channel won’t change, guide won’t come up and tv goes blank. So forget about all your ads telling us what you are going to do for us. No trust.

@Rogers @SamsungCanada Very disappointed with your service. My wife's Flip 3 cracked along the fold after 9 months and nobody could tell us if it's covered by warranty. Took it to a Samsung authorized repair depot and was told they don't deal with Flip 3. #poorcustomerservice

@RogersHelps I have been a Rogers customer over 10 years… the customer service lady told me I would get a better plan but she screwed it all up and I’m still waiting for a manager to call me with the audio recording and still waiting for the back end office to give me my old plan back
