    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers There was a documentary a while back which companies use AI to change and hide most of their foreign employee's accents. This has been a trend for most big Canadian companies hosting their support in these countries.

    @Rogers And now I'm being told to call a different phone number. Ridiculous the amount of time that I'm wasting on these issues. I always had to be called to be transferred to a different customer service number to fix the address issue that I've been trying to resolve for over a year. Guess what, I'm on hold, again.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers One of the most unprofessional ways to get in contact with customer service. I need to talk to customer service to discuss a few things about my account. And they decided to hang up on me, because they said, there's high volume calls at this time.
