    @RogersHelps tried calling 1-888-764-3771 to cancel, but I've been on hold for over an hour with no response. Is this the level of customer service customers should expect? I want to cancel all of the services immediately. Please contact me and process the cancellation

    Does anyone actually work at @Rogers anymore or is it all crappy AI? Ive been waiting over 2 months for a check and no one there can tell me if its been sent or when it would be sent. Customer service clearly no longer exists there

    @RogersHelps is calling to a land line in Pakistan restricted even though you charge for the package ? It’s being few weeks the voice routing issue is not observed by anyone in your international voice team? #CCTS

    @RogersHelps how so? If you have automated systems to detect interruptions, would those same systems not tell you exactly where the service interruption originated? if so, how would reports from customers be of anymore help than what your systems are already telling you?

    @Rogers crazy that when I call the help line to speak with a real person the message you get is too busy and then your help line hangs up on me. INSANE behavior for a help line & a company whose motto is “with you all the way”. I guess not eh?

    Dear @Rogers and @RogersHelps your customer service sucks!!! I have spent 3 days trying to speak to someone on your live chat to resolve my issue. Every time I have been disconnected with less than 5 people ahead of me. This IS unacceptable!!!!

    @Rogers I have now been waiting for 1 hour 17 minutes just to look at changing my mobile plan and get a new phone for one of the numbers. If you don't fix this 100%, basically kiss my ***, then I am walking away form you and pray that you go under....
