@RogersHelps I keep getting error message #835MC when trying to access my Rogers on demand content. I have tried rebooting my box several times, waiting several minutes before starting the Rogers PVR up again. Please help. Thanks.

@Rob16921 @Rogers The company we have installed a land-line which has a huge battery on the wall...so we can call 911 anytime we need it. We never use it, except for the buzzer for getting into the building.

@rogers Day 2 without internet, no TV. Very disappointed in your call back service that keeps hanging up and your chat that hangs up as well. When will our internet get fixed?? #terriblecustomerservice

I am currently on hold with @Rogers at the moment as my Internet has cut out three times in the last hour and I have now twice heard that all their CSR’s are “Canadian based”. I’m guessing thats a shot at @Bell who has a lot of their agents outside of Canada.

@Rob16921 @Rogers That sucks! We have a fiber optics company in Windsor...they lay their own cables. As far as I know they are independent. We switched over to them about 3 years ago and have never had any problems. And our internet, the only time is was down there was a city-wide 1/

@RogersHelps Apple TV, tried ps5, Mac as well. Also check Twitter…lots of people were complaining so not isolated issue. Looks back now. For missing key minutes of the game, this being a repeat issue, can I get a credit to my subscription?

Ever been a loyal customer of a company (say, for example, @rogers) for many, many years, and then they try to rip you off with unjustified charges, so you immediately cancel all services and go to their competitor (say, for example, @bell)? What a time for sneaky greed.
