    @NASA just flew a little helicopter to mars and has a live video feed, meanwhile @Rogers can't even give us an UPDATE or a CLUE as to why cell service has been down for over 12 hours ...

    @RogersHelps I have been a loyal customer for over many years, I am deeply saddened. This has damaged my ability to do what I do for a living. I may pull my account after this, I have yet to see how long it lasts.
