    @Rogers what happened to Rogers customer service. It was so good for so long. Now they’re back to long waits, having to call in 3-4 times to get your issue fixed! And constant referrals to their idiot Anna! Who is useless!

    @Rogers can you please help me with never having to deal with you again! I have a refund due, the wait time to speak to customer service is 2 hours and the stupid Anna chat doesn’t work. Please just give me my money and make this stupidity end
