Not sure what kind of "specialist" she was as she advised cannot do anything to keep me as a customer!! Just confirmed she can help me cancel so I can go to another provider. Disappointed.

I’m an INSTACART gig worker and had serious issues with mobile internet Sunday after 11am PDT .. had to cancel jobs and lost income. Maryddd (@tennisp) reported@RLadhaniCTV @RogersHelps no thanks but they are calling it a one day outage, I was without 3 services for 2 full days and day four I am still without most of my cable, took 2 hours to get through to technical support yesterday, no help but the guy was really concerned with me giving him a good rating lol
