    My internet/cable has been down for 24 hours. @Rogers (with Shaw). Never had this happen before. I actually appreciate the updates - apparently a cable was cut by a third party contruction but, 24 hours is a really long time. I feel for everyone in my area who works from home.

    @RogersHelps please connect me to an agent. It’s really frustrating when I moved 11 days ago to my new address and still don’t have home internet. I’m trying to keep calling and I’m holding for at least 45 minutes but nobody is connecting. Am I paying for this service?

    @RogersHelps @Rogers - we've been on hold for 2 hrs every day this week and instead of talking to someone, it hangs up on us. One of your wires is hanging on our property and we need help sorting this out. It is starting to become a hazard. Pls contact us ASAP, thx

    @RogersHelps It was abundantly clear what I wanted to do that day, and if she had told me what I would need to do that from the minute, I walked in and had clarified that half of what I wanted to do was not possible at that location I would have never started dealing with her
