@adunnewold @RogersHelps Same K1V postal code & also experiencing an outage. I managed to open a ticket. I hope it gets resolved soon. It’s hard to work without internet access.

@Rogers @hils4 How is this power saving feature not fixed yet. Give the damn option to shut it off. My grandmother lives with dementia and it’s hard enough for her as is trying to work the controller and it’s annoying for the average person. Figure it out.

Hey @Rogers been on hold for nearly TWO HOURS with my senior dad to help him resolve his internet issues. Do you honestly think people have this amount of time to waste? We already used the "call back" feature...useless.

@RogersHelps @Rogers your home monitoring system is really horrible. I don't get pictures and it disconnects often. This is ridiculous. So many issues with this system.
