    @Rogers can you explain why my cable is not working? Why when I select a channel it indicates, “Please try this program again. Still having trouble? You may need to choose another program.“ I don’t want to watch another program, I want to watch the one that I actually pay to for!

    @RogersHelps I don’t think I will be a Rogers client anymore. Last year when that happened I lost money. And again yesterday I lost money. I could not get call because of no network. They won’t pay me 8 hours of work for the day. I will go back to Koodo or Telus.

    @RogersHelps DM’d you my a/c#. My cellular and home internet is restored BUT Ignite TV is freezing and lagging with error messages, as good as not watching. I followed all troubleshooting instructions in your support faq but no yield. May be still a signal issue from your end.

    @vote4robgill @Rogers That is appalling! This company that makes huge profits can get away with a paltry little payment of under 5 bucks a customer. Believe me most customers were out that by having to go out of their way to find a working bank machine
