    @Rogers @pozpiggy86 @Rogers outsourced support is so bad they literally gave me the 4-digit PIN I forgot. Nothing like compromising customer security in a time when hacking is everywhere. I was happy and angry at the same time.

    What kind of bullshit is this @Rogers. I'm overpaying for a plan that's 6 years old, while new customers are given a plan that's offering literally 4x the amount of benefits for 1/3 the price? Then your representative is trying to force me to move to Fido after I repeatedly told them that's not an option? 4 lines - 18 years of service and this is how you operate. I mean, I'm not surprised but I'm still pissed. Now I wait for your automated BS reply that'll say Oh, we can look into that for you...

    @RogersHelps I have reached out to tech support on previous occasions when this happened and all they do is reauthorize my modem etc etc. The issue keeps happening! Its always during a game on the 4K channel so obviously this is part of the problem!

    Yes, they were finally able to resolve the issue. That’s said, @Rogers @RogersHelps need/s to seriously look inside, to address the intrinsic arrogance & the staffing issues if you all wish 2 really retain your customers! These gaps will surely move the customers away from u! Bye
