@RogersHelps - how can my internet outage be out for 4 business days and expect to ONLY compensate for the service? Either fix my internet before I start work by tomorrow or compensate my family for everyday we cannot work.

@RogersHelps my sister was on the phone with a sales rep of yours and he hung up on her. your sales rep was extremely rude, difficult and unprofessional. you’re losing another customer to @Bell. you need to train your employees better.

@CGlease @RogersHelps An hour at least and they gave us no time line. This is the fifth time since May that we have lost our service. Rogers has been awful lately.
