    @Rogers @RogersHelps 1 hour 47 min on hold to be told a tech will have to come tomorrow between 4 and 8 pm.... for an issue that's not caused by me. Great service.

    @RogersHelps I don't see any response, but there's no internet connection, the device's yellow light is flashing continuously, and I can't get through to customer service either

    @RogersHelps It was door to door sales and I ended up switching my; cell service (2 numbers), internet and TV service to Rogers based on the salespersons GUARANTEE that Rogers would pay the penalty to leave TELUS. I explicitly with emphasis told him I had JUST renewed with TELUS and there

    @RogersHelps when will internet service in Bankview, SW Calgary be restored please? I waited online for 3 hours to talk to your tech support. Went from 432 in line to 13 and then got disconnected. Great service there!
