  @Rogers Team, hello team, i lost my sim & wallet including my ids, debit-credit cards. Pls do needful to block my sim on priority. a scammer will try to re-issue my number with the help of their networks inside roger’s shop. Im not in canada now & i wont come back to canada.

  @RogersHelps I have the matter sorted - after 2hrs on hold, and a total of almost 3hrs to resolve the issue. For the amount of money I spend on @Rogers services, I would hope you'd hire more support members to reduce wait times.
