@Rogers your internet service is a piece of crap and your customer support is just as bad! Every goddam night for the past two weeks your service dies and I can’t get support.... useless company

  • billy03942105 qishan (@billy03942105) reported

@Rogers the most ridiculous part is that I have been with your company for over 6 years. I was told that my promotion cannot be extended due to “new policies” which is false as my friend extended his recently with no issues. You are telling your customers different info.

@RogersBiz get yo **** together. Twice now I’ve been without internet in Mississauga area because of outages. It’s a pandemic people still need to work!!!

  • millsss_xo Camilla Morais (@millsss_xo) reported

@Rogers is the worst company. Called in for a better plan and after almost cancelling they offered me a 55 dollar deal for unltd internet. A month later I get a bill for $323. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. What a disservice to loyal customers!

  • MyHappyFace0 Don’t worry, be happy! (@MyHappyFace0) reported

@Rogers I love these stupid companies that pay for something like this to be promoted but leave it unchecked. This tweet is filled with replies from unhappy current and former customers yet it gets reposted over and over.

  • bdecopp Brandon (@bdecopp) reported

@RogersHelps since my father doesn’t have a mobile device what exactly would he do when his Ignite stops working? Having issues all night and a reboot hasn’t helped. 🤔 seems pretty flawed.

  • jacquiestevens Jacquie Stevens (@jacquiestevens) reported

@Rogers I’m a new customer and have to pay a set up fee in addition to paying for your services? What gives? Makes me want to switch providers.

  • CraigWester Craig Wester (@CraigWester) reported

@Rogers my internet goes down every single night and requires reboots of the modem. Now tonight it's not coming back up at all, can I get a new modem, and by new I mean not another refurbished one

  • urdeep Urdeep Singh (@urdeep) reported

@RogersHelps Internets down since about 7am in Brampton. Reading the tweets it looks like its not the only area. Confirmed the outage on the Rogers site. Any ETA? Not acceptable in our "work from home" environment! Are you going to cover my data overage fees from hotspotting?
