    @Rogers crazy that when I call the help line to speak with a real person the message you get is too busy and then your help line hangs up on me. INSANE behavior for a help line & a company whose motto is “with you all the way”. I guess not eh?

    @RogersHelps I need some help. I called Rogers looking to reduce my bill. The first chat girl gave me Essentials. Next chat changed it too Popular. On the phone offered a new package Ultimate with Netflix and Apple. Call lost while waiting. Just want Ultimate back.

    @Jay_D_Rosehill Nothing to do with CBC and everything to do with Sportsnet and @Rogers desire for a monopoly. It’s disgusting and they need to be shut down.
