Alright, so, let's get a @RogersHelps summary Its been 8 days. I had a tech at my house, then over the next week watched two tickets get resolved without actually fixing anything. It took me diagnosing the issue myself to (hopefully) get them on the right track. After a week.

@RogersHelps I am extremely irritated by your services. I don't have internet connection and due to the systems maintenance I can't get any help. I called previously this week and was informed "there is nothing wrong with your services." I would really appreciate some help.

@RogersHelps Seven hours wasted over five calls with your “customer support” team today. Final call with someone in the escalation department who dropped my call twice and then never phoned back. You’ve lost a 16-year customer today.

Day 8 update: @RogersHelps tech just left. He was very helpful but not useful. Walked him through the entire issue, showed demonstrations, etc. I have a new ticket. My God. I just want to die at this point.

@DurrHurrDurr @RogersHelps I mean at this point you just shitpost and start gathing those tweet impression stats so you can talk to customer service. I mean, they wont care but you can make a youtube video out of it as a skit at least.

Day 8 of no internet: After @RogersHelps closed and resolved all of my tickets without actually fixing anything, I sat down and figured out the issue myself. They are sending another tech today. If this round fails I'm going to begin calling Rogers support VPs off LinkedIn.

@RogersHelps I really wonder where you find some of the customer support representatives, I am an Ignite internet customer, there is no direct way to contact them without dealing with "legacy" first, some of them are not trained properly or are poor choices.

@Rogers Four days in a row losing internet connection. So frustrating! Yesterday a technician was sent out and he said there was noise on the line. He called it in and said it would be fixed right away as the entire block was affected. And yet…I am having the same problem now.
