  • fortwodriver Frank Heisler (@fortwodriver) reported

    @kdangerfield @Rogers Any providers running on Rogers are affected. If you hear from Bell users, it's because they can't reach Rogers users because the Rogers network is completely borked. Rogers just turned back on some voicemail boxes, though.

  • BODowda Braden O'Dowda (@BODowda) reported

    @RogersHelps @phil_jacobson Your team never works quickly. Your company ******* sucks. all your doing is mitigating. I'm seriously done with all the ******* bullshit you throw at people when you **** up. Phones are necessary and you're taking advantage.

  • dgirlcan27 Daena Belisle (@dgirlcan27) reported

    @RogersHelps All your customers are dealing with this outages..wtf.. get your collective shiat together

  • Omarcito105 Omar Espinoza (@Omarcito105) reported

    @Rogers I had to make very important calls this morning but because of service down I am not able to complete, it’s very frustrating because we don’t know what time this issue will be resolved.

  • rdshahpuri Raman Singh (@rdshahpuri) reported

    @Rogers any updates when the service will be restored???

  • itsnavvirk Nav Virk (@itsnavvirk) reported

    Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps not to be annoying but do we know how much longer we won’t have service ?? Okk thanks

  • howeller44 Lawson (@howeller44) reported

    @Rogers ... If I'm late on my payment, you shut off my services... When your network goes down can the 10.8 million Canadians that rely on you sue you for breach of contract? I hope so.

  • madniahmedani M Madni Ahmedani (@madniahmedani) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

    @Rogers @RogersHelps When u gonna fix it?

  • mor10 Morten Rand-Hendriksen (@mor10) reported

    @TomGreen @Rogers @RogersHelps Core system failure. Considering how these systems work, system-wide issues are not surprising at all. Many single points of potential failure.

  • NJCthoughts Neil Carroll (@NJCthoughts) reported

    @RogersHelps @hangingardinPry The way you put the word "some" instead of most is the worst type of gaslighting. Your company screwed up and it is having a major impact on a large number of people. Fully admit your mistake and then fix it. Enough of this "it's not that bad" or it's "only affecting some people"
