@RogersHelps I would appreciate that. Like I said, I'm in Guelph. I can't get my tv to turn on and stay on, and then it starts to download again, every time. My co-tenant got hers on and can get MSNBC but nothing else. Is this just us or a general outage?

@TELUS @TELUSsupport you guys are charging me hell lot of money every month. You are the most expensive carrier in canada. I really want to get out from your contract and want to switch to @RogersBiz or any other carrier who are much cheaper than you& provide same quality network

@RogersHelps This looks to be the exact same problem that affected my STB & internet service last Sept 2021. I'm too tired now to DM you & do troubleshooting tests with you so I'm going to sleep & hope that you guys fix your network distribution problem overnight wherever it is happening.

@RogersHelps What's going on with @Rogers Cable TV & internet service tonight in downtown Toronto? STB has been pixelating & stuttering since around 9:30PM and my desktop PC speedtest just now only had 2.1 Mbps upload (normally around 30 Mbps) & 11.4% packet loss. 😡🤬👎
