@RogersHelps Okay but what good is the page if it hasn't been updated in 3 hours and still says TBD for timing? I appreciate technicians are working as fast as they can but how can we get a realistic update for when service will be restored?

@Rogers We have had intermittent internet outage over the last 3 day here in Aurora. Was told last 2 days it was due to maintenance. Today I was told it’s a rebuild of some sort. Would be nice if you guys gave your customers a heads up. Truly disappointing
