@mrmikeMTL @Rogers I bought a refurbished phone outright from GAME online and then asked my network provider to give me a quote for a sim only deal with the data/text/mins I wanted. It was a bit more than I wanted and when I told them that they knocked a bit more off.

@RogersHelps Called support (again) for an issue I've been having for about a year. Told there is no issue when there clearly is, and then the upselling begins. Is that how customer service works now? We can't fix your issue, so pay for a more expensive package to solve it.

@RogersHelps on Rogers Ignite, the BBC Canada channel 87 states they stopped offering service. Do customers have an additional channel swap availability because of this situation as channel 87 is still on my swap listing to change ?

@Bell 2/2 the test is showing me we are getting 4.4 download and 0.6 upload???? Seriously? @RogersHelps where you at? Lets talk, my neighbour beside us 20’ away has zero issues. @bell has come and tried and failed many times, with an avg 2 hr phone call each time. Pics to follow
