    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps sent u a dm. we were asked to change from fido to rogers, and now u guys r asking to change to infinity ignite This is like blackmailing that if u dont agree to our rip off then you can choose to fail n not attend ur online classes?

    @RogersHelps tried to contact customer support but they were asking to upgrade package to ignite. we have 500 mbps currently, there is no probs with speed but disconnection is an issue. we dont have money to keep paying n being blackmailed to change from fido to rogers n now to upgrade.

    @Rogers Spent way too much time on the phone with Rogers today. We still have no internet or TV. To help facilitate a timely resolution they canceled our service call. Sarcasm. One rep said it’s a general outage and the next guy we spoke to denied it. Help please. Someone?

    Did the @TELUS agent really just tell me my best option is to switch to @Rogers because they can’t resolve my issue quickly? 🥴
