@RogersHelps NOT ENOUGH. You're repeat offenders and do not have the customer interest top of mind. Canadians > shareholders.

  • catladymom24 Mom to 3 (@catladymom24) reported

@RogersHelps Ignite still NOT working properly. Still...this is day 5.

  • JuniorBalvinn JR Balvin (@JuniorBalvinn) reported

@Wazzy24 @RogersHelps I would accept this as well but you know Rogers are crooks they will never offer this

  • hurricanejane26 Lauren McPherson (@hurricanejane26) reported

@RogersHelps What about all the people who couldn’t call 911 in the event of an emergency? It’s not only about monetary loss or inconvenience. Your outage could have cost someone their life. $50 a household isn’t going to even begin to regain my trust in you.

  • facchini98 Jason Facchini🇮🇹 (@facchini98) reported

@Rogers refusing to give me full credit for a call that was made to a “public school in the US” which I clearly never made🙄The only person I called at that same time was Rogers tech support.Well time to look for another provider!14 yrs with them was long enough.

  • dereksalinas D S (@dereksalinas) reported

@MjbOriginal @RogersHelps Same here issues .. Ignite still glitches, black screen, volume mutes, it takes a while for it to look for the channel. I rebooted also and still the same problems .. in no way has Rogers rectified the situation as I can see with other people having the same issue.

  • Melliejayne Melissa (@Melliejayne) reported

@Rogers maybe you should consider that 5 days credit doesn’t pay the salary of many of us for one day we had to be off due to your outage. A month credit is more reasonable. I pay you a lot of money for reliable internet, you failed. Own up and reimburse us so we don’t leave

  • treena8799 girlnamedbean (@treena8799) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps is there a way to get in on your cell plan that's $57/month?! ($3.80 per 2 days if service). I was thinking of changing carriers but nevermind please sign me up for that plan! #rogersoutage #rogersletsnottalk #CustomerService @ShieldVoC
