@RogersHelps I called ur CS# multiple times, only be told that there is a high call volume and have the phone hung up, and the live chat repeatedly directs me in a circle without any resolution. The least I would expect is some sort of notice that the internet in my area is out

@RogersHelps Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever. I have been trying to report an issue for over 18 hours. Rogers support web site does not list my area as having a problem. I just can't get a hold of anyone. 20yr multi service Roger's customer moving on to a competitor.
