@Rogers Had issues with modem....Rogers replaced it in 72 hr and recommend to replace the TV box. Might be a minority in this tweeter post...but a satisfied customer since 2001....good time passes so quickly 🙏👏👏👏👏

@RogersHelps - I've been on the chat waiting for an agent for a while now. No response. It is like a ghost town. My internet service has been slow since the afternoon. I have a 300Mbps connection. On a wired - I get no more 15Mbps. Help? Restarted modem/router. No dice!

After starting an inquiry 3 weeks ago into why on earth my bill was $522 for 1 month of @RogersHelps service (tv/internet) they ACTUALLY pushed a $488.29 payment through on my credit card without even giving a ******* explanation on how the hell $135 service became a $488 bill
