One of the worst things Canada has is the service of telecommunications. I have @Rogers business, and not only is it EXTREMELY expensive, but the service is the worst I experienced in my life ( lived in many countries ). THE WORST My only hope is that the government fixes it.

@RogersHelps called Rogers to help an elderly friend 3.5 hour wait it says! Went online - chatbot live chat says not available!!! Tried to change package ourself cant be done says we gotta call someone ! Schedule a call - says it is having technical difficulties! Really??

@Rogers never have I ever been disrespected like I just was on the phone by one of your 'live agents'. On top of finding out someone was added to our account without information and other things, this further disgusts me with your company. And makes me want to go elsewhere!

@dukeofducks @RogersHelps Don’t hold your breath waiting for them to fix it tried using live chat it’s unavailable had to wait an hour to get technician spent an hour working with him still not fixed he blamed it on my cell phone and iPad then my internet provider which is Rogers so no help
