@RogersHelps I was told the number of boxes I had would still be free in my new agreement but I guess that's not the case. I've been a long time rogers customer , even going back as far as the early 1990's I think but this has left me very unhappy. While talking with your agent they did

@RogersHelps The app kept buffering or freezing for most the game. And it wasn't my internet (BW and latency were fine) or the Smart TV I have the app on. All the other streaming apps like Netflix, Prime were perfectly fine. This is a constant problem I have with your Sportsnet app.

@Rogers I have been calling for the last two days regarding my bill. The wait time goes more than an hour then the CSR (mostly from India) finally attends and takes about another 40 minutes, putting me on hold in between multiple times and finally hangs up, without resolution.fyR

@RogersHelps Automatic puts me on t-mobile which is awful and connecting to the good one โ€œAT&Tโ€ takes so long. Itโ€™s annoying when it used to be a smooth transition after landing in the US

@RogersHelps Service is down in Whitby on Waller Street. Outage map is also down. Any info or ETA on this?

@RogersHelps @Rogers Had a home tech support visit for yesterday to check and maybe replace the modem, but the guy stood us up, didn't even call. This isn't something the twitter team can fix, so we have to try the phone again. Ironic the only call we got yesterday pm was from Bell Canada Marketing!!

@RogersHelps This was as part of the call with the customer care. When they reviewed my account they mentioned that it was wrongly done. Hence I reached out to the store multiple times. This was mentioned against the notes too. I can provide my account no and other details if you need.

@PsudoMike @Rogers @airalocom Roaming is outrageously expensive. No argument there. But general telco services have gotten very affordable and high quality in Canada. For example, plans are now in the $30-50 range for unlimited talk, text, and 100 GB of data. Iโ€™m not sure why youโ€™re complaining. Where are you getting better service?

Very disappointed with @Rogers experience. On May 1, I got 2 prepaid SIM lines from the Rogers Longueuil store and was charged $80 activation fee per line. Later, Rogers customer care confirmed I should receive a full refund and asked me to visit the store.
