I have been trying to call for weeks now for something your FAQs and AI can't help with, yet everytime you're experiencing "extremely high call volume" and hang up on me. If you're that busy why don't you HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!!

We had a Rogers outage for a full day last week-Internet, cable, phone; the guide button hasn't worked since. Pls help.
