@RogersHelps Thank you. Finally, I got an email with the final bill today. This May/20, it will automatically be paid, and I will cancel my bank account. Thanks again for your effort.

@BlueJays And @Rogers with another big **** you to their fans, gotta buy an absolutely useless @Apple membership to watch 4 games a month. What a ******* joke!!!!!

@tobi @Rogers A silent carrier update breaking hotspot with zero release notes, discovered while stuck in traffic β€” that's a genuinely terrible way to find out. Carrier software QA is some of the worst in the industry precisely because customers have nowhere else to go.

@Rogers ChatGPT has pointed out another available ISP that is cheaper than your ridiculous $145.50/month (150gb). to "keep me satisfied" & keep me as a customer, match $45/month (equipment included) for unlimited 120gb wifi & lock-in the rate for 5 years, or else i bolt πŸ‡

@mikeszeller @Rogers The NEXT box was just plugged into the TV and a cable cord. The Xfinity doesn't work without connecting to Rogers Internet. I already have Bell internet. I'm not paying for a 2nd internet connection just to watch TV. That just seems like a cash-grab for cable-users only.

@RogersHelps My Rogers bill is around $1000 a month. I went to a Rogers store with a hardware issue, they told me I have to call on the phone. I have been on hold for 90 minutes now on the phone with Rogers, still holding. Is this the best you can do?

@RogersHelps Not working and not helpful!! There is a glitch and no one at Rogers can help!!

@RogersHelps It was tied to canceling internet and TV services. Charging $745.80 after 20+ years as a customer feels excessive, especially when competitors cap these fees far lower. I’m asking Rogers to review this situation and provide a fair resolution for a long-time customer.

Your choice may not be mine & that's ok! πŸ’™πŸ’šπŸŒ¬ (@jmw52) reported

@Rogers the downside of you now having the majority of broadband services to Canadians is that you have the shittiest customer service. Your agents might be okay but I'm sorry over an hour on hold to speak to an agent
