    @MapleLeafs @Rogers Why am I being served by Indians when reaching service desk? Do I live in fking India or Canada? Do I pay you scumbags in Indian money or Canadian? People should just start canceling their contracts. This is outrageous to be served by Indians as a Canadian paying customer

    @RogersHelps In a garbage bag. I can’t believe how Roger’s has treated me. Bad enough I have my dad’s death to deal with but I have Roger’s on top of things. I was told his balance would be written off after we return the equipment. I have spoken to people on the phone and online and given up

    @AkquireMike @Rogers @CRTCeng You are not the only one they have done this too. Poorest service quality and security in Canada. I spent 6 hours online fixing with Rogers with minimum resolution.

    @Rogers NEWSFLASH: I’ve contacted them NUMEROUS times over the years … and am always mistakenly (or intentionally) deferred to my Cable TV provider to help with YOUR substandard service. Also, by the time I receive an email response that might actually help the program will have ended.
