    Ok @RogersHelps @rogers I have been without access to my email for weeks. I've spent at least 2hrs on the phone with you guys trying to fix it. Can you please get someone to help? I can't get to bills, I can't get in. I am completely unable to receive the MFA. HELP.

    @RogersHelps You could properly staff your help desks. I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes to chat to someone online or on the phone. Top notch prices from Rogers and bottom tier customer services.

    @RogersHelps I’ve been a victim of what appears to be a fraudulent transaction on my Rogers Bank Mastercard. I was forced to withdraw cash from an in-store ATM due to a “digital payment not working” situation, and ended up being charged excessive and undisclosed fees. @Rogers

    @RogersHelps i don’t know i called the customer service number showed them everything, i didn’t even know there’s a win back team and customer care. They are supposed to tell me the difference not otherwise
