    @RogersHelps Its very unfortunate! It’s not just about notifying me directly. It’s about proactively notifying all @rogers customers when service is out. There’s a significant lack of customer relations. How are we compensated for cellular data we used in place of our home internet today?

    @RogersHelps Just answer this: are your employees supposed to refuse to cancel service until we raise our voices? Cause that’s what it took. We made it clear we did not need services and your employee refused to listen until we wanted a supervisor. Only then did she finally transfer to cancel

    @Rogers Called about abetter rate (LONG time customer)1 Hour. Was promised somethingNext bill was MORE than before and less services?Called again-1 Hour. Told promised rate would be honoured. Rec’d confirmation email - STILL not correct. Now waiting 2 hours for callback! REALLY!
