    Hey @Rogers why is the preferred program experience so awful? I just spent 25 minutes with a rep who told me they couldn't get me the plan I agreed to. I shouldn't have to go to court to enforce a contract, but I will. I refuse to pay $80/mo when I signed for $45.

    @rogers back at it again with the poor internet Haven’t had anything since 3 am Happens once a month too. If it was my choice I’d be switching providers right now :|

    @Rogers I don't understand how your "preferred" program has significantly worse customer experience than your regular customers. I was happy with Rogers before I got the "preferred program". Or do you just treat us worse because we get a discount? It makes no sense.

    @RogersHelps Already DM’d with your team. I was told “too bad for me”. And that it’s my problem. I should read the Ts&Cs and I should have known that @Sportsnet wouldn’t work.
