    Amazing experience being a Rogers customer this weekend. After going 25 hours with no internet, Now (after a 45 minute initial wait) I am 72nd in cue to talk to a tech support re: a pay per view that started almost an hour ago I can’t access. Thanks @RogersHelps @RogersMediaPR

    So @RogersHelps I haven’t had access to my email since Friday night and now my text messaging is down so I can’t even text clients to let them know. Wish I had a fax machine still. Or a telex.

    @RogersHelps My Rogers bills is up without any notice of an increase. My rate is locked in for a year but my bill is higher without any change in service!

    @RogersHelps I have not been able to access my @rogers.com email since Friday night. I have spoken to a "specialist" twice. They assure me that when service is restored I will get a text message. But, cmon, 48 hours without email access?!?
