@Sportsnet @Rogers Fix the NHL playoff format. Colorado@just proved that Edmonton had no right being in semis when teams like Tor, Bos, Pit, Wash, Minn and Florida all were so much better but had to play harder teams than pathetic LA and Calgary

Rudolf on the Edge of Never (@criticus667) reported
Two weeks trying to cancel a @Rogers account for my demented FIL. They signed for my express delivery of Power of Attorney & then conveniently ‘lost’ it. Emailed them another & still no ack. 3-5 business days & you do that enough you can steal more coppers from a dead man’s eyes.

Craik Pyke (@craikpyke) reported
@RogersHelps goddamnit. My internet has cut out no less that 5 times today, for anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. The past two weeks has demonstrated your absolute incompetence.
-
La Jefa (@MzDaviis) reported
@RogersHelps That’s definitely not an answer, you guys claim to be the best and have the best service and yet every other week there is something wrong. What is @Rogers doing to resolve that? You charge ridiculous prices for this kinda service?
-
Neil Morrison (@ndmorrison) reported
@RogersHelps Thanks but after devoting 60 mins to a simple issue with no resolution, I am reluctant to start again from scratch. My suggestion: don't worry about the exact issue, look at the broad issue that interactions with Rogers tend to be difficult and disappointing.

Nigel Wallis (@nigelwallis) reported
Meanwhile, attempting to get @Rogers customer service to help thru a LiveChat failed, because the connectivity from my tethered phone is having latency issues - b/c the internet is down. Which seems like a service problem a phone/cable company should possibly design around?
