    @dondarlingSJ @Rogers Like most call centers, they set a budget for how many people they want to pay. Then they squeeze them to work harder. Hiring more people when service levels are bad is not an option. Any company that tells you customer satisfaction is their top priority is lying.

    @rogers provides dismal service. House has had no useable WiFi since Friday. Rogers van parked outside house but didn’t come in for appointment on Monday. Now saying no appointments available until Thursday evening? Shame! Seriously considering a switch…

    @FidoSolutions Guys please help its nearly a day now with intermittent wifi and it disconnects every 10 mins... @Rogers Next time kindly have some concern towards the neighbor who is sharing their fibre optic connection... No place for good ppl!!!

    @Rogers sucks. I never had so much problem with Bell as I do with Rogers. Every now and the the network trips👎
