@RogersHelps 6 days of Internet outage i think is too much. Most of us at home are “working at home” and we have been spending so much in cafes to do work. I understand the technicians are doing their best but in this is the 21st century.

@RogersHelps it’s odd why, as a “preferred customer” you require an additional $5 a month for waiving the automatic withdrawal but as a regular client, there is no such request to waive or fee.

Our @Rogers internet has been restored in Brooklin (L1M). In total, a 4.5 hour outage but the bigger lesson here is that @RogersHelps canned responses do NOTHING to help the situation. Be human, not an autotron.

. @RogersHelps You guys really don't have a clue what is going on do you? My service was restored this morning and I just got a text apologizing because there is a delay in fixing the issues at the location I informed you about. What is happening over there?

@RogersHelps This takes too long to confirm how long the outage will last. There are numerous reports of an outage in Whitby. We don’t need it confirmed. We need a timeline for fixing.
