    @CheriDiNovo @Rogers Well been with @rogers very long. Had no cable or internet for 3 days. I am looking for two action. 1. Fair compensation 2. Service going forward. Government needs to setup independent enquiry to how Canadians won’t have information blackout again, security, monopoly and cost.

    In 2022, there is absolutely NO excuse for a major media company to not have an emergency contingency plan. Another reason to scuttle @Rogers

    .@RogersHelps still waiting for any response from your support team. Half my texts are coming through. The others aren't. A four dollar bill credit isn't going to cut it.
