No maps, no estimation times, nothing! Organize that lawsuit! Im in! I called, when they finally answer they hanged up!

@RogersHelps I just had the absolute WORST experience with Jay from home monitoring. I’ve never been spoken to so poorly by someone after having a burglary scare in my home. You guys need to train your team better. We don’t pay for service just to be berated by your staff.
