@Rogers the worst coverage I have ever had. How can the service be so poor in southern Ontario? I had @koodo and rarely had issues with signal. Barely works between #Barrie and #Orillia and so many dead spots inside each city. It’s 2021, do better!

@RogersHelps Are there current issues with both your smartphone and ignite hub apps as neither are signing in? Just got ignite 2 days ago and all was working the last two days.

🤔 Social Media making fun of @Rogers issue leaving millions <people & businesses> without cell, internet and 911 access. I guess they don’t see the severity in #infrastructure #blackout <not 100% but substantial> The cause is a mystery & more importantly backup processes failed!

@RogersHelps interestingly I have just spent the last 1/2 hour going back and forth with Kevin on DM and he literally came back to me with " I see you have an appt booked for Friday" which is what my original tweet said! unacceptable @RogersHelps which should be @rogers doesn't help!

@RogersHelps @Rogers I am quick to criticize when I have issues so should also provide positive feedback when it occurs. Great service from online help this am. Mahmoud processed something for me without me having to call in. Thanks.

@h_n_z @Rogers So which podcasts are Rogers launching in BC and Alberta? The “business” was fine, they were just too stupid/lazy to figure it out.

.@Rogers @RogersHelps I’ve been trying to get through to a customer service rep for 3 days now to register a move. I’m told the call volume is too high and drops the call after being on hold for hours. At this point, I want to cancel my service.

  • fuhago
    fuhago (@fuhago) reported

@RogersHelps I prefer to cancel the request, and the e-mail I received the phone on it is no longer valid. I know the credit you do. And I will end paying the total.

@Rogers continues to do irreparable damage to the @NHL brand. What an absolute clown show Rogers is. I hope we as tax payers aren’t giving them millions of dollars in tax breaks….

@RogersHelps I am livid and hate Rogers but it’s who bought Shaw communications and that’s what I have to deal with even after leaving them for Shaw, Can I get some support that’s not coming from your call center in India?

  • GunGnome
    Gun Gnome (@GunGnome) reported

@Battleship63 @Rogers Starlink would be better, yeah. As much as I'm annoyed with this 5G unit having frequent service interruptions I have to give it credit for being inexpensive. It's only $40 a month. It's also convenient because it's relatively small and I can take it anywhere with me.

  • AtomicSh0cker
    Atomic Sh0cKer (@AtomicSh0cker) reported

@1CanadianPilot @GunGnome @Rogers If you don’t have fiber Starlink rocks. But expensive! Also goes down in storms

  • YukonSteph
    YukonSteph (@YukonSteph) reported

@GunGnome @Rogers I have virtually no issues with starlink unless a bear knocks my dish over or a horse stomps my fibre optic cable really good or the only happened once time that i ran over fibre optic cable with a snowblower.
