@RogersHelps @Rogers Ongoing internet dropping issues in @MidlandON Checked with multiple neighbours and similar issues. Someone needs to come out and check the main boxes as this isn’t ideal when paying hundreds a month. L4R neighbourhood. Have already DM. No chg.

@Rogers the worst coverage I have ever had. How can the service be so poor in southern Ontario? I had @koodo and rarely had issues with signal. Barely works between #Barrie and #Orillia and so many dead spots inside each city. It’s 2021, do better!

@RogersHelps there seems to be issues with the sports app on ignite tv. Doesn’t show scores while a game is in progress and shows games that have already occurred available to watch. These issues have been ongoing for a few weeks. I rebooted!

@RogersHelps I tried to use App on my ipad and, it asked for Apple credentials which enabled it to load But, when I start it up It requires me to log in to my Sportsnet Now account. The only “login credentials “ I have are the Apple one and, it won’t accept that.

Absolutely floored by garbage customer service from @RogersHelps over the last week. If I showed this level of disdain for my paying customers I'd have been fired a long time ago.
