    @RogersHelps @Rogers Ongoing internet dropping issues in @MidlandON Checked with multiple neighbours and similar issues. Someone needs to come out and check the main boxes as this isn’t ideal when paying hundreds a month. L4R neighbourhood. Have already DM. No chg.

    @Rogers I’m Reporting A Display Problem With Rogers Wireless LTE Display Of Usage Twice Now, I Signed Into My Rogers, Last Night & Today, Data Usage Disappeared Showing Unlimited & To Buy 3G For $15 I Rebooted, Signed In ~ I Currently have 27.80G left on this cycle out of 56G

    @RogersHelps Omg your dev team changed how to authenticate via the Rogers app and now I have to re-register my account despite having logged in for years using my credentials. From one developer to another this is a terrible user experience.

    @RogersHelps I can’t get to a customer representative. Every day it’s 3 hours of wait time. I know your Q3 earnings were awful, but cutting costs this way will only alienate existing by customers.
