I guess they don’t see the severity in #infrastructure #blackout <not 100% but substantial> The cause is a mystery & more importantly backup processes failed!

Someone needs to come out and check the main boxes as this isn’t ideal when paying hundreds a month. L4R neighbourhood. Have already DM. No chg.

Barely works between #Barrie and #Orillia and so many dead spots inside each city. It’s 2021, do better!

Lots of apologies and hours on hold listening to crap muzak. Called customer service and was disconnected. Yesterday's appointment was a phantom, didn't happen. Bell ?
