Barely works between #Barrie and #Orillia and so many dead spots inside each city. Itβs 2021, do better!

I guess they donβt see the severity in #infrastructure #blackout <not 100% but substantial> The cause is a mystery & more importantly backup processes failed!

When I called yesterday they said we weren't in contract and have to pay the overdue bill before they can cancel again. Do you keep records of all phone calls so I can get them to check December?
