@RogersHelps @Rogers Ongoing internet dropping issues in @MidlandON Checked with multiple neighbours and similar issues. Someone needs to come out and check the main boxes as this isn’t ideal when paying hundreds a month. L4R neighbourhood. Have already DM. No chg.

@Rogers @RogersHelps You need to provide people with credits as this has had HUGE impacts on people's days. If the situation isn't fixed and people are compensated appropriately your going to have some big problems

Allow new competitors to the Canadian telecom industry, that would help to destroy the monopolies of big fish. It's almost 9 hours we customers are facing issue in voice and data services. Till now @Rogers is unable to fix the issue. #rogersoutage

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps For $150 a month to not have service for over 8 hrs to find out it's not local or provincial it's CANADA WIDE!!!! That's pretty ridiculous maybe stop investing so much money into sports advertising and buildings and start investing into your network and customer's
