@Rogers I just saw your commercial where you claim to be everywhere AND you even mention Fredericton. However, my sister just moved into a new development IN Fredericton and was told by Rogers that they don't provide service in that area. In Fredericton. That is false advertising

@Rogers still no internet this morning after being told by customer service that they “hoped” it would be fixed overnight. I work from home and need my internet!!! I need a real answer, not “we hope it’ll be fixed soon, sit tight”I’ve dm’d and no response. #RogersOutage2022

There is No excuse @Rogers needs to own there mistakes and compensate customers a month. Rogers broke regulations and took away the ability to reach 911 service which is a right we pay for. Rogers also advised themselves as the most reliable network.

@Rogers @RogersHelps 4 days later, my internet speed is terrible and my Ignite TV is undependable. I can’t work at home. I expect at least a week’s refund. I expect this to be fixed and I expect transparency instead of lies.
