@Rogers I just saw your commercial where you claim to be everywhere AND you even mention Fredericton. However, my sister just moved into a new development IN Fredericton and was told by Rogers that they don't provide service in that area. In Fredericton. That is false advertising

@RogersHelps I have no landline internet connection, your outage reports require a sign-in, the virtual assistant is useless and most annoyingly. Your pinned tweet with a link to "check status" is a recurring loop.

@RogersHelps internet has been down for at least 30 minutes now. Jane and Bloor area. I tried using your “Anna” virtual assistant, and it said no issues in this area. Just seeing from the comments, that’s clearly not the case. Any updates?
