@Rogers I just saw your commercial where you claim to be everywhere AND you even mention Fredericton. However, my sister just moved into a new development IN Fredericton and was told by Rogers that they don't provide service in that area. In Fredericton. That is false advertising

@RogersHelps It better be good for people to forget their frustrations with the poor handling of the situation (just giving the same line over and over) and no services

@RogersHelps Your reply asked for a form to be filled out which I saw after speaking with tech support. I have been told I have tickets numbers attached to my concerns. One on Saturday and one last night.

@dalybeauty @RogersHelps Not just this. We were without power for days relying on what was some of the worst cell reception I’ve ever experienced in suburban Toronto. I had to go to Oshawa before I got clear reception.

@markdugas @RogersHelps Dawg leave the rep alone, you're not gonna gain anything by trying to dunk on them on twitter for no reason. Different ISP's have different infrastructure, main reason that people don't have service currently is due to local hydro

I think I found out why my @rogers service is so ******. I'm not singing to it. "Sing into Ignite WiFi Hub on the app or Ignite WiFi hub website."

@RogersHelps can we get at least a rough estimate of when to expect our internet to return? 3 days of no service and the most youve said is "we are working on it" which tells us nothing. Are we expected to not have service for several more days or sooner? Set some expectations gd
