    @Rogers I just saw your commercial where you claim to be everywhere AND you even mention Fredericton. However, my sister just moved into a new development IN Fredericton and was told by Rogers that they don't provide service in that area. In Fredericton. That is false advertising

    @RogersHelps Maybe be more transparent with your subscribers? I had to wait an hour to talk to a senior manager. He knew exactly what the problem is and the exactly radius. Meanwhile you have your reps telling people to reboot modems. Wasting everyone’s time. #rogers #rogersoutage

    @RogersHelps @RogersBiz my work is getting impacted because of the fluctuating home wifi. so when i asked to bump my phone data(rogers) to 50gb,so that i can at least work with the hotspot.i was given 5 gb for 2 days! WTH! you definitely dont know how to deal with client issues!

    @RogersHelps I’ve canceled my home internet and returned devices using @canadaposthelps shipping label provided by you. Tracking shows it was received but not delivered. My bill is not adjusted and is due in next 3 days. Please help!!!

    @RogersHelps I don’t understand. Biggest cellphone carrier in North America and nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone or chat. Terrible customer service!!

    @RogersHelps I was a 30 year customer who switched to Bell because of Rogers outages and a deal made by Bell after they added Fibe in my area. Since switching, I've gotten 2 calls with deals asking to come back. Where were these deals when I was a customer? #rogers #barndoor

    @Rogers Not one service rep is able to help out. How is this right? Having someone wait for an hour to switch over. So regretting this move. How do people put up with this kind of service? How is this acceptable?

    @RogersHelps @RogersBiz @Rogers im so annoyed with your home wifi services that if there was any other mode of escalation i would have taken it. i have been complaining since 11feb on the issue.everytime im told its the region's issue and is resolved but it is'nt!!!!
