Chelsie (@chelsie) reported from Killarney Road, New Brunswick@Rogers I just saw your commercial where you claim to be everywhere AND you even mention Fredericton. However, my sister just moved into a new development IN Fredericton and was told by Rogers that they don't provide service in that area. In Fredericton. That is false advertising

Mertecracker (@JWatson42) reported@RogersHelps I am trying to dispute some charges for US roaming. I was told a block had been put on the account when I had the same issue last year, but it appears more got through again later. I've never visited the US during the timeframe but was working an hour or so from the border.

Brandon Balfour (@BalfourBra62003) reported@Rogers Rogers customer services absolutely sucks
-
Ali Hasan (@AliHasa_n) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Yes, exactly. They make millions or billions, but their customer support is often outsourced or centralized, so the person handling your case may not understand the specific local rules, regulations, or problems in your country/province.
-
Just me - Jamie (@JustMeJamie64) reported@RealKingiman @Rogers What does that have to do with it? The fact that to deal with a “Canadian” issue I was speaking with someone from another country. Rogers should be investing more in Canada with more Canadian call centers.
-
magenta72 (@valleylily56) reported@Rogers doesn't have customer service on Sundays now. Their service continues to get worse, more unsolicited scam calls, with fewer options in doing anything about these issues. Not pleased!!! @CRTCeng
-
🏳️🌈 Spencer Keaton 🧀 (@SpencerRose3) reported@Rogers you are a piece of **** organization that steals people’s money and provides them garbage service
-
Daniel Voisin (@nailedvision) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers There are several factors. Cost is a big one. The wages are far less elsewhere. As are the expectations of wages and benefits. And it's the work. How many people here would even be able to handle being yelled at by a customer? Or taking back to back calls for 8 hours solid?

Yegor Sharangovich replaced Breadman (@FierySharky) reportedSportsnet really wants people to pay more for way ******* less. Once again, **** you @Rogers @Sportsnet
