    @Rogers I just saw your commercial where you claim to be everywhere AND you even mention Fredericton. However, my sister just moved into a new development IN Fredericton and was told by Rogers that they don't provide service in that area. In Fredericton. That is false advertising

    @Rogers its very unprofessional and irresponsible to mess up another customers @Bell_Support wifi line when your fixing your customers Wifi line. I work from home and this is a huge issue for me. #Bell #Rogers your rivalry shouldn’t affect consumers. We pay for it. #Toronto

    So @RogersHelps finally sends a technician out to look into our problem. He walks in, touches nothing and says "That's your problem, your cables are old and your furniture is in the wrong place." So he can tell all this without even stepping 3 feet into my place.

    We have been waiting since March and @RogersHelps sends in this *** hat, interior design,technician that left after 10 minutes. What a complete JOKE of a company this is. Take my money every month but never really help the customer.
