@Rogers I just saw your commercial where you claim to be everywhere AND you even mention Fredericton. However, my sister just moved into a new development IN Fredericton and was told by Rogers that they don't provide service in that area. In Fredericton. That is false advertising

I never stopped being surprised by how awful @rogers is as a business. My dad died 2 months ago, and the SOLE company that we have issues with is Rogers. Cannot cancel a plan despite having all the documentation enough for Banks. My mom gets upsold when she tries to call. AWFUL.

@RogersHelps I was little bit disappointed when I called Rogers this morning to make my payment and they're asking for money for India but they never ask for money for First Nations or support any indigenous events in Canada there's something definitely wrong going on here

Here to stress how horrible @RogersHelps is! I’ve barely had internet for the last few days and waiting more than 3 days to get a tech to see what’s up. Not like I have important work to do or anything. I’m less than a month into this service...and not pleased.

@Rogers @RogersHelps may be the worst company in Canada. I’ve never received such awful service. They promised me a credit of two months for bad service. It’s in their notes. When I phone to ask where it is I was told “they aren’t going to honour it”. WTF. #CancelRogers
