Chelsie (@chelsie) reported from Killarney Road, New Brunswick@Rogers I just saw your commercial where you claim to be everywhere AND you even mention Fredericton. However, my sister just moved into a new development IN Fredericton and was told by Rogers that they don't provide service in that area. In Fredericton. That is false advertising

Manavmeet Singh (@Manavvv31) reported@tobi @Rogers This is a user-reported service disruption highlighting how carrier or network updates can sometimes unintentionally break common device features like hotspot tethering, which then directly impacts real-world usability @tobi

phantom (@rebellion__scum) reported@RogersHelps I have, on a iPhone 15 it works fine, on a windows computer its fine so it appears to be a compatibility issue between the app and TCL

Bill St. Arnaud (@BillStarnaud) reported@RogersHelps It’s almost impossible to get through to wireless tech support. Twitter is much more responsive. I guess I will have to switch to Starlink - too bad. Rogers was great for a while

❀ Mark ✿ (@GreenPixelField) reported@Rogers I promise you I'll never get your services. You have some of the rudest salespeople I have ever experienced. All so damn pushy and rude. How is mocking me supposed to be a sales tactic? It could actually be the best price locally (though I severely doubt it) and I won't

Matheson Steplock (@MathesonStep) reported@tobi @Rogers Have you had the issue on 26.5?

✡Lauren Jacobs✡ (@laurenrjacobs) reported@RogersHelps I don't have the device because customer care can't seem to help or understand what I want.

✡Lauren Jacobs✡ (@laurenrjacobs) reported@RogersHelps But it's not a new service and it literally says I can get it via live chat at the link I shared. I'm keeping the same sim card and putting it into a new device and changing my plan, much like if I bought a new phone and wanted a new plan. This is so frustrating.
