Chelsie (@chelsie) reported from Killarney Road, New Brunswick@Rogers I just saw your commercial where you claim to be everywhere AND you even mention Fredericton. However, my sister just moved into a new development IN Fredericton and was told by Rogers that they don't provide service in that area. In Fredericton. That is false advertising
-
Ted Robak (@tedrobak) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick@gmbutts @Rogers Too bad, Gerald. Maybe it's the difference due to living in a smaller community in the Maritimes, but I find that the Rogers support here is really good, though coverage is not as good as it should be.
-
Andrew Kelly (@sameasforever) reported from Fredericton, New BrunswickIf you’re into disappointment, or wasting your money, sign up for a cell phone with @rogers and business internet with @Bell_Aliant. No signal anywhere outside of any community ever and 18mps upload speeds. 🤘🏼
-

MO (@mkmaster0003) reported@hindsightjane @RogersHelps @Rogers I call 611 or 18887643771 that's the number I got off. The website, but every time you try calling now. They'll say that they're facing high call volumes right now. And then they'll just hang up the call. They say, call back at a later time. Very unprofessional, for a multi billion dollar company
-
Larry West (@LarryWe53486866) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Never talked to any in Africa before but many other countries. I don't think there's any that aren't overseas anymore. Even many banks
-
iSource Solutions (@isourcesafety) reported@RogersHelps when is the service coming back to Livingstone Ave M6E2L7. Since yesterday and the timeline keeps changing.
-
Lady Centrist (@ladycentrist) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Called last week, on hold 1hr 25mins. Agent did not resolve issue. Its absurd and unacceptable that Canadians are held hostages by these telecoms. They have no problem taking exorbitant fees from us but have issues providing the service that go along with the cost @FP_Champagne.
-
angela stow (@AngelaStow27270) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Our call centres have been managed for decades this way. It was always a long hold on the phone for technical support. All the best on hold. It can be frustrating but help awaits...
-
Ds (@Sky__16__) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers 5-hour outage. $250+ lost income. $2 credit. Then Rogers tells me I should pay another $15/month for backup internet. Imagine causing the problem, offering less than 1% of the losses as compensation, and then pitching a subscription as the fix.
-
Tracey Brooks (@Traceybaby) reported@Rogers has been messing me around for a month. Hours on hold only to have them drop the calls. Payment arrangement made only for them to disregard it. How can I rectify these issues if I can't get through?!
-
stella vellani (@StellaVellani) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Even Banks have customers services in other countries I guess it’s cheaper for them ? not to discriminate but I am paying for a service in Canada I would like them to employ Canadians
-
Kartz (@Lord_Kartz) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers When I have called in the past, support would say, “This is <name> from Rogers in <Canadian city>.” In some cases, it was true. Anyway, for Robbers to employ CS staff in Canada, they’d have to pay well which they (and others) don’t like to. Hence the outsourcing. Cheap labour.
-
Chris Hayes (@chrshys) reported@Rogers phone AI is just plain hanging up on me. What's going on over there guys? Fraud on my account I can't get anyone to deal with so I'm trying to cancel. Agent says, "Too busy, call back later." Comical actually.
