  • tedrobak Ted Robak (@tedrobak) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

@gmbutts @Rogers Too bad, Gerald. Maybe it's the difference due to living in a smaller community in the Maritimes, but I find that the Rogers support here is really good, though coverage is not as good as it should be.

  • lainiebell73 Lainie BOO! (@lainiebell73) reported from Maugerville, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

Any Rogers Ignite TV users in the Fredericton area having issues with channels loading slowly and freezing? We have since last night and multiple restarts haven’t solved the issue. Internet and home phone work fine. @RogersHelps

  • NicoleMac19 Nikki L-Mac (@NicoleMac19) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

@Rogers is continually dropping internet. Tech knows this issue and refuses to send a tech out. How is this acceptable when thousands are still working from home? We need reliable and affordable internet.

  • badnboujee69 ok boomer (@badnboujee69) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

If anyone is ever thinking about getting a phone with @Rogers DONT DO IT I’ve never had such poor customer service my whole life. Period.

If you’re into disappointment, or wasting your money, sign up for a cell phone with @rogers and business internet with @Bell_Aliant. No signal anywhere outside of any community ever and 18mps upload speeds. 🤘🏼

Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • cimitsupport Sean Jennings (@cimitsupport) reported

@RogersHelps So it appears @RogersHelps did a software upgrade to the legacy cable boxes and have broken them. Now I wait days for them to figure it out since they won’t admit that their 3am software upgrade crashed the.

  • potf_racki 🇨🇦 Putting On The Foil 🏒 (@potf_racki) reported

Dearest @Rogers @Sportsnet .. you guys should really address your Android App for Sportsnet Now. Web version is great... pretty flawless, but the Android App is bad. Choppy framerate.. video quality not up to *****. Tried multiple devices, wireless + wired connections.

  • myfisher Myles Fisher (@myfisher) reported

@SMisir12 @RogersHelps Exact same issue this weekend. Is this being resolved anytime soon?

  • wallyweeins Wally Weeins (@wallyweeins) reported

@Rogers Yet they seek to place half the responsibility on me for not making follow up calls during the period when there was an open ticket and they were texting me saying they were working on the problem. The arrogance of this company is breathtaking.

  • wallyweeins Wally Weeins (@wallyweeins) reported

@Rogers #ServiceFail I ordered a NextBox 3.0 in late March 2022. It never worked properly, despite numerous phone calls and two service visits by technicians. I was ultimately told to upgrade to Ignite.

  • LuxxGoat Lux (@LuxxGoat) reported

@RogersHelps When I try to pay my bill on the Rogers app, it says "Something went wrong," and when I try to pay on the website, it says "We're updating our site to make it better." Is this a problem that only for me, or is for everyone?

  • SlutsOfBabylon Dutch Wheeler (@SlutsOfBabylon) reported

@RogersHelps @DragoonLowell Lol, it has been a known broken *** trash app since your big release last fall, and no one knows that better than you poor folks on the support team stuck dealing with it. @Sportsnet should troubleshoot what your Dev and QA teams did, or whichever manager approved the release 🚽

  • SenselessEarth Nick (@SenselessEarth) reported

@RogersHelps Problem though- your tech is not your own but licensed to you by Comcast (Xfinity). So you would be limited to the amount of adjustments you can do to their software/hardware. So unless you get everyone, including me on Rogers FTTH & turning up the speed to boxes, its futile.

  • DropNtheHAMM3R DropNtheHAMM3R (@DropNtheHAMM3R) reported

@RogersHelps I guess you haven't fixed the issue!!! Internet still offline constantly

  • belintoronto Linda Alvarado (@belintoronto) reported

@Rogers internet is down in etobicoke
