Any Rogers Ignite TV users in the Fredericton area having issues with channels loading slowly and freezing? We have since last night and multiple restarts haven’t solved the issue. Internet and home phone work fine. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps ignite box has cut out 16 times since 4pm in stratford, I have restarted it 5 times and it has gotten more frequent, and this typically happens two maybe three times a week but not this bad.

WOW Loyal customer of @rogers @MarthaLRogers for 20 YEARS. Because of my loyalty they have STOPPED giving me the discount. Incredible neglect of customers with no call backs etc, Fighting for a $164 credit of charges. Attitude - we don't do refunds. TOO BAD Could not care less

@Rogers brutal, early this morning Internet goes down. Without any notice and everyone working from home they decide to do a random system upgrade in my area… 12 hours later there’s no update. Always expecting us to pay crazy fees. Rogers needs to be better.

@Rogers It's clearly not an individual problem at this point when everyone's internet goes down at the same time. We recieved one 20% discount on one month which I guess is fitting when the internet doesn't work 20% of the time.
