  • NicoleMac19
Nikki L-Mac (@NicoleMac19) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick

@Rogers is continually dropping internet. Tech knows this issue and refuses to send a tech out. How is this acceptable when thousands are still working from home? We need reliable and affordable internet.

@gmbutts @Rogers Too bad, Gerald. Maybe it's the difference due to living in a smaller community in the Maritimes, but I find that the Rogers support here is really good, though coverage is not as good as it should be.

Andrew Kelly (@sameasforever) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick

If you’re into disappointment, or wasting your money, sign up for a cell phone with @rogers and business internet with @Bell_Aliant. No signal anywhere outside of any community ever and 18mps upload speeds. 🤘🏼

.@RogersHelps is the worst internet provider. They have cost me money and time. The internet has been intermittent since September. I've got a new modem, router, cable, three technician visits. No follow up calls. I'm switching to @Bell. Bell any Boxing Day specials for internet?

  • pamelamacn
    Pamela MacNaughtan (@pamelamacn) reported

@RogersHelps The first and only invoice should never have been charged on my card since I returned and cancelled less than a week after activation.

  • related2karma
    Victor (@related2karma) reported

@CRTCeng And yet, in Canada, both @Bell and @Rogers can one, charge way over the true market value for a phone, then put in place a "Device return Policy" which leaves the customer with nothing? T-mobile for an example. Unlimited everything and four lines for $140 a month.

  • pamelamacn
    Pamela MacNaughtan (@pamelamacn) reported

Proof that @Rogers is still horrible... I picked up a second phone last month, but a couple of days later I changed my mind, returned the phone and cancelled the plan/account. Rogers charged $216.40 on my Visa for 1st bill, AFTER I had returned everything!! Now ... 1/2

@RogersHelps Why does your ‘self-service’ web portal not allow me to make any changes, but instead tells me to call your toll free number?

@AboutRogers @Rogers @CWTAwireless Improve your customer service. It sucks. Time to find a new provider.

@Rogers 'Most reliable' has to be a joke. I switched to bell in 6 months. Rogers internet was always down for whatever reason in Toronto downtown area. Too many outages, horrible customer service.
