    Any Rogers Ignite TV users in the Fredericton area having issues with channels loading slowly and freezing? We have since last night and multiple restarts haven’t solved the issue. Internet and home phone work fine. @RogersHelps

    @Rogers is continually dropping internet. Tech knows this issue and refuses to send a tech out. How is this acceptable when thousands are still working from home? We need reliable and affordable internet.

    @gmbutts @Rogers Too bad, Gerald. Maybe it's the difference due to living in a smaller community in the Maritimes, but I find that the Rogers support here is really good, though coverage is not as good as it should be.

    @CRTCeng looking for some help here. @Rogers customer service threatened us with the $300 bill and hung up before we could say anything else... We sent the modem back to Rogers per their instruction. We even got the Canada Post tracking showing that someone received it.

    @RogersHelps I tried. But you @RogersBiz have crappy service for cell out where I am. I live on Cooke Armstrong rd. Your coverage map says 4g/LTE. BUT I DON'T with constant disconnection. @Telus has better cell reception when hot spotting & it's little slower.
