Ted Robak (@tedrobak) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick@gmbutts @Rogers Too bad, Gerald. Maybe it's the difference due to living in a smaller community in the Maritimes, but I find that the Rogers support here is really good, though coverage is not as good as it should be.
-
Graham Neill (@Kingsclear) reported from Doak Settlement, New Brunswick@RogersHelps Service still unstable. Do you have a timeline when this issue will be fixed...now 3 days.

Nikki L-Mac (@NicoleMac19) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick@Rogers is continually dropping internet. Tech knows this issue and refuses to send a tech out. How is this acceptable when thousands are still working from home? We need reliable and affordable internet.
-
Chelsie (@chelsie) reported from Killarney Road, New Brunswick@Rogers I just saw your commercial where you claim to be everywhere AND you even mention Fredericton. However, my sister just moved into a new development IN Fredericton and was told by Rogers that they don't provide service in that area. In Fredericton. That is false advertising
-

OttawaKevin (@OttawaKevin613) reported3 times i’ve called @Rogers to inform them of my move and the need to cancel. 3 times Rogers has straight up hung up on me. “We’re experiencing higher call volumes, good bye” WTF. Rogers, fix your ****.
-
CPost2020 (@CPost2020) reported@RogersHelps After 65 minutes on hold I gave up and resorted to X. If there is that much crime in Ottawa it takes that long to even speak to someone, we have a more serious issue than most realize.
-
Shelley Duggan (@drslmd) reportedHey @Rogers, are we ever getting internet service back?
-
Shelley Duggan (@drslmd) reported@RogersHelps So I was told my service was fixed. It is not. And the first available time for someone to come is July 31. Fantastic service Rogers. But keep calling me several times per week to upsell for service you dont provide.
-
Vivere sine timore (Live Fearlessly) (@Joseph2653) reported@RogersHelps @drslmd Outage pages doesn’t load due to the …..outage!!!
-
Sanka Jayasundera (@Zenblime) reported@Rogers This organization is a thug! The call centre and online help say one thing and then the organization does another. They asked me to open a dispute ticket and give me all the ifnormation that i should add to it and when I do they go ahead and reject it. GARBAGE!
-
@416ash (@416ash) reportedWhat happened to @rogers??? They used to have people you could talk to. Just want to renew my $230/mo+ bundle, and I can't get any help except from a dumb voice agent. They used to have better call response times than Bell, now they may be worse.
-
Vivere sine timore (Live Fearlessly) (@Joseph2653) reported@RogersHelps If @Bell has any actual usable service in the area we would definitely consider switching
-
GoodMorning 💋♥️✨❌⭕️💫👠 (@LJW61) reported@Rogers your service is horrible. Customers use internet 24/7 and your support should also be 24/7. Get with it and do BETTER!!
-
comm eng (@CommEng) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps It "fixed itself" at 20:20 PDT because upstream rerouted to Cogent. Rogers did nothing. Second occurrence in one day means it's a pattern not a blip. Are you monitoring your PCCW peering at all, or is your outage detection just waiting for customers to tweet?
