    @RogersHelps If someone looses one day salary then your 5 day credit is not worth it. My husband lost hundred of dollars due to outage. You have to credit for full month otherwise be prepared for lawsuit.

    @RogersHelps Considering the outage affected people who aren't Rogers customers as well, Rogers should be compensating EVERYONE affected by the issue! A little transparency as to WHY this happened would be nice as well. Being a little vague there Rogers as to the readon for the outage.

    @paigesellis fyi my son is a gig worker in Vancouver and service was also down most of Sunday and part of Monday .. far more than the 19 hours @RogersHelps keeps saying … they say most customer restored … thousands still without service

    @RogersHelps You didn't care about my trust when you couldn't be bothered to work out why I had poor internet for 14 months. Until I filed a complaint with CCTS. You only "care" now because so many users were affected.
