@RogersHelps A ticket was already opened and got an automated call this morning that it was still outstanding. When I phoned support they said there is a cabling issue affecting the area for the past 3 days and still unresolved

@peternowak @Rogers @Bell Set her up with Ooma. VOIP, about $5/month, $10 for the premium service. She keeps her #, and uses her phone exactly the same as she does now.

@RogersHelps Chatted with an agent already. She said the signal is weak because there is an “outage in our area”(Markham Hwy 48 and 16th). Said I will receive a text msg when problem is resolved. Has been going on for 3 hours now.

@RogersHelps gotta love rogers rep telling me that Apple Watch can be added to my plan for free then go buy one and proceed too add it and get told no $10/month and $50 activation fee. Client retention don’t care to try to help. Maybe the reps need to be told to give right info
