@RogersHelps Called support (again) for an issue I've been having for about a year. Told there is no issue when there clearly is, and then the upselling begins. Is that how customer service works now? We can't fix your issue, so pay for a more expensive package to solve it.

@BellAliant Wish you guys provided FibeOps in my area, even though I live directly in the city I live in. @Rogers is giving very subpar service and excuses.

@GraysonPeddie Well I get worse than that with @Rogers Cable Internet, I have had a ticket open with them since October 19, 2020 they have acknowledged its a "backend" issue and that's about it they have provided me zero updates since then

@Bell 2/2 the test is showing me we are getting 4.4 download and 0.6 upload???? Seriously? @RogersHelps where you at? Lets talk, my neighbour beside us 20’ away has zero issues. @bell has come and tried and failed many times, with an avg 2 hr phone call each time. Pics to follow

When you have been having internet issues for months and you call @rogers to let them know and tell you "it's fine, nothings wrong"... tell that to my internet cutting out every 5min in an hour everyday
