    @lissa77 @hydroquebec @Rogers Living is Southern California I lived through multiple power outages where I had to empty a full refrigerator which naturally the power company would not reimburse. The worst was when the electric went out on a day when the temperature hit 108. Had to go to a hotel to stay cool.

    @rogers can’t believe it been 3 days- we a generator and have had power the whole time and still only occasional cell service and no internet Cancel the Shaw deal and fdcking fix what you already have

    It’s been 2.5 days since internet went down in Ottawa on the @Rogers network. Still only getting “timeline for restoration of services is TBD”… very frustrating.

    @RogersHelps- you dug up everyone’s lawns in our midtown Toronto neighborhood to put in cable last year- could you let the public know when you will fix the damage? Spring is here and we want to start yard work but what to do with the protruding cables and unsightly gravel

    @RogersHelps When are we going to be able to use Outlook again. I didn't buy Outlook only to have to use Webmail to get my email. How long is this going to take?? First there was trouble getting my mobile devices to get email and now this. Who's taking responsibility for this?
