This @Rogers outage is a direct result of oligopoly. Few telecom companies control all Canadian communications. No competition equals bad quality of service and ridiculous prices. Canadians pay one of the highest rates per Gb in the world and still get this awful service.

@RogersHelps This is an absolute joke first i get my bill and and lied to about my finance fee and now my 3 phones i pay over $300 a month for are useless...been a customer for almost 10 years. I think I'll be switching to another provider when my contract is up..absolute JOKE!!!!

Back in the day @Rogers had no issues slapping roaming charges on us when their network was unavailable... ...now, they would rather not service us at all, than let @Bell do it! Ted oughta be rolling in his grave... all about money, never service! #rogersoutage #rogersdown

@RogersHelps An apology, as sincere as it may be, is just not enough. The impact is huge.....impact on physicians “on call” and paramedic services that can’t communicate with them! And a total communications fail!!
