Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported@Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.

Dean Sarnecki (@sarneckid) reported@RogersHelps No - despite talking to IT four times. Also, I have been told I must return old equipment and would be sent a return label 3 times but never received the return label despite having the correct email address - and yes, I have checked spam and junk

Michael Konikoff 🇮🇱🎗️🧡🧡🧡 (@loyaltybuff) reported@toddamus @Rogers @Bell I think the sad truth is that both do not deliver a level of service commensurate to the cost of their services. They defy loyalty logic and the knowledge that change doesn’t help is part of the catalyst IMHO!
