    @RogersHelps People calling me pretending to be Rogers to get me to upgrade my device. I was promised a free phone, which happens, so it sounded legit, but when I got it, they insisted I not call Rogers. Now I'm just trying to return the phone and cancel the order. I have their info.

    I see a new line item on my Rogers cell phone bill. “Wireless rate adjustment “ $5. I call Rogers. They are experiencing higher than normal call volume and to call back later and they hang up on me. Nice. Well you just lost a customer @Rogers. I’m now with Freedom

    @Darth_Pingu @Rogers It all comes down to money. Its costs more to have everything canada based. Which means Mr. CEO and senior executives would get less money / bonuses and we cant have that now can we?

    @RogersHelps I am moving and need to set up a service transfer. I was on hold twice this week for over 2 hours before a forced disconnection. Today, not even allowed to enter the queue. Live agents can't help me, your local stores can't help me. What am I supposed to do?

    @RogersHelps Over an hour late for a technician and when I call I’m on hold & forced to listen to the torture of bad music-that sounds like you recorded it on to tape from a bad AM station and you wonder why customers are upset when the agent comes on line!!
