Watching #CelticsVsWarriors on my @rogers cable and it sucks! Freeze screens and poor pic quality! Maybe it’s time @Bell ?

  • DaphneSchibler Daphne Schibler (@DaphneSchibler) reported

@DjLSD65 @RogersHelps The canned responses even after the realization that it’s more than a local problem is mind boggling.

  • troubador9Neo Lee Lane (@troubador9Neo) reported

@RogersHelps Rogers ignite outage since 0700 this morning. Apparently planned 0700-1700, but now almost 9pm (2100) and still no sniff of service. Postal code L1R in Whitby. #patiencewearingthin

@Rogers We tried. Nothing. Spent 50+ minutes on hold but finally got through to tech support. They rebooted and synched our router. It is now working. But our extenders aren't picking up the signal.

@rouquinne @RogersHelps I know! I was looking forward to that as well. Do you have ignite by chance? It seems to be a problem with that system

  • FionaCTweets Fiona (@FionaCTweets) reported

@RogersHelps Thank you, you too! I rebooted the box earlier but it didn’t help - all good now - thx!

  • lawsylvie Sylvie Patenaude (@lawsylvie) reported

@christinamakar @Rogers I’m told they know and are working on the outage. Ugh. But could be worse, could be the internet too!!

  • rouquinne rouquinne 🇺🇦🌻 (@rouquinne) reported

@RogersHelps Well.... my TV box turns on by itself ALL the time - at random times. It's only turned the TV on with it at the same time once that I know of. I've learned to turn the volume down to 1 before going to bed, because it's attached to my speakers. How can I make it stop?
