    Why oh why does it take so damn long for my Apple Watch I ordered to show up at my local Rogers Mobile store? It’s been over a week. I’m really regretting not getting it off Amazon. I get **** 1 day later off there from all the time @RogersHelps @Rogers

    @Rogers @Rogers are you able to make changes / cancel to Ignite internet as I have been informed that only a select few can handle those inquiries?? As I now have 3 accounts in error and your hold times for customer service at 2 hours and 20 mins to 3 hours and 27mins.

    If you are a @rogers #Ignite customer & you internet/tv keep disconnecting with error code RDK-03117... I think we all need to get together & complain to the @CRTC... & @BBB You’re paying for a service that DOESNT work.. it’s a well known issue

    @rogershelps I had some major connection issues at home. After some troubleshooting connecting my computer directly into the Rogers modem in Bridge mode, I found that your IPv6 is offline. IPv4 traffic is fine. I had to turn off IPv6 on my router to get back to browsing.

    @rogers Big shout out to Nika for solving my problem ... kind of. I mean, I got my credit but it was more like out of an "inconvenience to me" than because that's what they owed me ... but I'll take it.
