    @RogersHelps @andi_wats76 What percentage? What regions are restored? What’s the issue? Why were the measures you took after your last recent MAJOR OUTAGE insufficient to safeguard our services? Lack of transparency, empty apologies and a menial credit to half of the people affected is not going to fix it

    @duncandee @Rogers It was a BGP routing outage. Rogers as an ISP was removed from the rest of the internet.

    what really sucked wasn't the outage, that can happen, it was the lack of communication at the start of the outage, it was hours before an acknowledgement yet when my bill is due in a weeks time I get a text reminding me. #rogers @RogersHelps @Rogers
