@RogersHelps why is the internet down in NB and how long before it is restored

The minimum wage in Canada is a real joke when you look at each province. It is nowhere near keeping up with livability. So many children live in poverty because of it. I earned minimum wage from @Rogers . Yes, that is what they pay thier customer service workers, and the best you can get is a 10-cent raise.

@ShamirIdit @Rogers @Rogers is it time to cancel and move to a rational provider?

@adamndsmith Ugh! I have the same type of issue with @Rogers cable TV. The new system moves to a standby screen at 5 hours if it thinks no one is watching it. My old mom does not know know how to channel the move the remote to stop this from happening. It has ruined TV for her.

@RogersHelps No it’s not being corrected calling to cancel today and switch to Bell as well as my neighbours are all doing the same thing

@Rogers @pozpiggy86 @Rogers outsourced support is so bad they literally gave me the 4-digit PIN I forgot. Nothing like compromising customer security in a time when hacking is everywhere. I was happy and angry at the same time.

@sidseixeiroshow @Sid_Seixeiro @Rogers is going to treat #leafsforever like they did with the Blue Jays for a long time: squeeze it for every red cent they can get. They know the Leafs print money. They know people will pay $100 for a selfie. Get ready for corporate malaise.

@RogersHelps There has been internet outage for multiple customers in Belmont SW, Calgary since today morning and the issue hasn’t been resolved after 8 hours. Surprisingly the Rogers website says there is no outage anywhere. We are still out of internet and no way to track the progress

@Rogers The issues seem to have stopped, tho most of my signal readings are over 11 and should be no higher than 10 because the idiot technician removed the much needed filter, then didn't bother to check the line after he installed the temp line... Now I need a second tech.
