    @RogersHelps Not a small number in SW it is pervasive based on those I’ve spoken with. So the marker on the website calling this a small SE problem is not true.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps is the biggest rip off in Canadian history! Literally spent 2hrs on the phone waiting for an available service rep. to only suddenly be told "high call volume, call back later" I WAS IN LINE!!! Waiting for my turn. Cancelling is now my next move.

    @RogersHelps I have done that. Hopefully they will fix this mess before my bill is due. I have no intention of paying roaming charges.

    @RogersHelps my tv and internet has been dropping on and off all day. The outage site says there isnt any issue.

    @RogersHelps - No phone, email or internet service since 3:01am this morning in SE Calgary. What a lousy start to a Monday. I’m sure you’ll be pro-rating everyone’s bill the eta for services being restored is 10pm? Right?
