    @ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Had Rogers for family cellular provider. In two consecutive contract renewals they verbally promised things over the phone that were not delivered in the actual paper contract. We cancelled all our contracts one by one and switched to Koodo. Never been happier!

    @KatieRossco @Rogers We had our modem fail, in a work from home household. Called Rogers to see if I could get data overages on my phone forgiven for the day. Their solution? Try to upsell me on a new cell phone plan. They are unbelievable.

    @RogersHelps Is your IT department ever going to fix the MyRogers site? I've been getting an error stating the problem is on Rogers' end when trying to change my flex channels on Chrome. On Edge, the site thinks I'm in Nova Scotia so I can't see my TV or internet usage

    @1marzipan @ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers That’s their game. Re-billing for services already paid or equipment returned. You’d be surprised how many people they double dip on. Used to work for their collections department. **** show.

Sadly government didn't listen to us when they auctioned spectrum for a 4th national player without strings attached then later allowed it to be bought back up by the other 3...
