🇨🇦 Peter 🇨🇦 (@peter101s) reported@RogersHelps I’ve Had nothing but problems and contradictions dealing with Roger’s. I’m done being told to call here call there print my own label … you do your jobs and serve us, the customers. And if my deceased dads account has a balance with equipment not returned that’s YOUR PROBLEM
-
Emmett McEachern (@EmmettMcEachern) reported@RogersHelps my internet (home wifi) is down again
-
iVu (@WhoCntrl) reported@RogersHelps I will go today again, but if they don’t solve, what should I do next you cannot leave the customer like that. What more a customer can do than visiting themselves with identification. Whatever it is, it is ridiculous and I hope @CRTCeng will take some action on it. Report filed
-
Noah sans Ark (@lunchbox_23) reported@RogersHelps It’s intermittent. I spent over an hour waiting for tech support for them to say “welp, looks good on our end!”
-
Bert Scott (@gopherhound) reported@lawandchocolate @bluejays @Rogers They need to get this jack *** to settle down. He’s very distracting while watching the game. 😡
-
Sanka Jayasundera (@Zenblime) reported@RogersHelps Doesnt help i still having issues that I am getting tossed around in. Very disappointed in this service
-
Ranjan Soni (@_RanjanSoni) reported@stitchlady @Rogers I would if I could. It is at their end. Their system needs to re-provision my wifi. I reset my network settings (just because their 'AI bot Anna' asked me). Then Anna told me that I need to call them. Called them about 4 different times and waited each time between 90-120 minutes

Alison (🇨🇦) 🍉 🌻 (@ggreeneyes1975) reported@RogersHelps Yes, and I finally got some help yesterday. After an hour and a half. That is 6.5hrs over 2mths waiting for help. This is NOT acceptable! I'm pretty sure the only reason my call got picked up is because I started swearing on hold.
-
Soul Supplier (@soul_supplier) reported@RogersHelps I've done this already. They last told me that I would have to update to a more expensive plan ( a business router) in order for my service to work consistently. Sounds like u guys are trying to scam

Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@RogersHelps It’s fine to empower your customers, but it’s extremely poor Customer Service when they cannot reach anyone on the phone without being on hold for an hour. There is no excuse for that. We are paying very high prices for the services you provide in Canada.
