Just me - Jamie (@JustMeJamie64) reported@RealKingiman @Rogers What does that have to do with it? The fact that to deal with a “Canadian” issue I was speaking with someone from another country. Rogers should be investing more in Canada with more Canadian call centers.

Jagang (@JagangUS) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers The problem is not only the lengthy 90 minute “support” calls - but that your issue will not be properly resolved and you will need to repeat the process three or four times. You are lucky that you got an ‘agent’ that could speak english - I got one that could not spell.

ambam (@ItsReallyAmber) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Rogers was one of the last of the big 3 who had all their customer service agents in Canada. Covid hit. Shaw merger happened. Ceo changed and they wanted a bigger profit so they laid off a majority of the Canadian staff in favour of the cheaper labour outside of north america
