John Loewen (@logitechor) reported from Leeds and the Thousand Islands, Ontario@androidcentral @gbhil @Xplornet is our only option for home internet. 200 bucks for 200g. For cellular I had to buy a 300 booster just to get spotty service. It doesn't matter if it is @Rogers @bell @fido. All need the booster. @FreedomMobile told me I needed to switch carriers - no signal here.

Simmsation (@Simmsation) reported@MapleLeafs @Rogers cut the **** and get serious. build a contender and tell Ed Rogers and temu Pelley to stay ******** out of having anything to do with the Leafs hockey operation and hire actual seasoned and successful operating hockey guys, no more stooges or DEI promotions.

Kaloopa (@Kaloopa6) reported@BlueJays @Rogers are you paying attention to this crap?
-
travisrenney (@travisrenney) reported@RogersHelps Answer the phone in the call centre. Have an objective to have hold times of less and three to five minutes. Being on hold literally for hours is the worst customer service ever. Customers don’t need new packages, deals offers, advertising. Investment in customer support.
-
Ashley Banks💲L, for the love of Lola❣️ (@lola4president) reported@RogersHelps Why do you guys expect people to pay for services when the provided service is never usable???
-
Michele L Renaud (@MicheleLReiw) reported@RogersHelps The customer care team has been speaking to me for 1.5 weeks to resolve this. This afternoon, somewhere in India, someone decided that they could no longer speak to me. The disrespect is real.
-
ziya yildirim (@ziya_yildirim) reported@RogersHelps I have already spent months trying to resolve this via phone. The account is sent to collections despite a formal CCTS resolution (#COMP-01368301) and equipment return. I will not spend more time on hold. I expect @Rogers to fix their internal error and withdraw the account from collections IMMEDIATELY. My next update will be to @CCTS_CPRST that Rogers is failing to follow the process.

skiii (@SkiDaPrince) reported@RogersHelps No luck still. Come on guys im finding Reddit posts from years ago struggling with this. My anger isnt directed to whoevers running this account but how is your team not working on this? I’ve been blindly loyal to Roger’s this whole time for no reason it’s time to move on
-
Michele L Renaud (@MicheleLReiw) reported@RogersHelps Oh don’t worry, he will cancel our account with Rogers. Enough is enough, our money is good but not enough to give us service, got it.
-
Louis Mercer (@louismercer9) reported@RogersHelps Login in the website don’t have Roger’s cable I live in sask
-
Abhijeet Haldar 🇨🇦 (@Abhijee14150265) reported@Rogers Thank you and it's Vancouver specific problem? Isn't Roger supposed to be better in Canada. As I stated once I enter seattle I get 100% coverage but never in Vancouver
