I now have a very large charge. & nothing sent to us in regards to the so called damage, as previously promised. I sent a perfectly mint phone via your chosen method & Rogers claims damage was done. Make sure you read the terms and conditions and change your carrier to the new SIM card otherwise @Rogers will still charge you roaming even tho you have an overseas SIM card installed. Immensely terrible service. Canceling everything today.
