    @RogersHelps I haven’t had service since 10pm last night and when I call Rogers, the Ai just says you guys are busy and to call back later. What kind of crap is this ?

    @RogersHelps It it doesn't work intermittently at home and several areas around Sudbury, none of which are remote or rural. It's the rogers network and im in the process of switching to another provider bc this is beyond ridiculous

    @RogersHelps I requested Shaw come to my home on Sunday, August 16. You guys never showed up, you owe me a $75 credit. Shaw did finally come to my home on Saturday August 22 and did the work they needed to do. Two days later the box Rogers just worked on is ripped open wires are missing.

You know how the adage, “It’s like a car crash — it’s awful, but you can’t look away.” That’s how I feel with bozo here. I couldn’t imagine having to have a dinner or spend some time in-person with him.
