    @RogersHelps Having a really hard time with service today. I have 3 kids at home doing online virtual learning during this shutdown while attempting to work full time from home. There was service disruption in our area today. Now our street is fixed except us.

    @RogersHelps We’ve been on Rogers nearly 2 months. Issue 1/3 - We left a $65+ HST Fido plan for a ‘cheaper’ Rogers plan; we are paying the exact same and paid $33 to frigging change.

    @RogersHelps Of course. Service went down in our area today. We were told a crew was to fix it. Apparently they came and fixed the problem but we still don’t have internet. We called and were told we have to wait till Saturday afternoon before someone can come out as the problem is outside

    @RogersHelps Issue 2/3 - Authorised payment did not come out even though it was set up two weeks before the bill date, got a ‘reminder’ email 3 days after bill date asking to pay but already had card set up. Had to pay manually. What’s up?
