@RogersHelps You link brings you to support page which is a never ending get help faq which I’m not interested in. I spent over 4 hours of my time speaking to rogers which lead to my discovery that the agent put a neighbour address in and wrong package shipped. Canceling this is painful.

@Hanwarrior @Rogers Yup. I'm not impressed. Oh, and the best part was that my lines were cut INTENTIONALLY. And then after 2 days of fighting and 4 escalated service ticket requests from my provider, they finally agreed to send a tech, but I still had to wait for a week. 8 full days I was without.

@RogersHelps I suspended my internet service but instead of suspending it they kept charging me every month u know that’s my problem

@RogersHelps which is way over the amount I agreed to. I am not satisfied at all with service provided to me as if people would have told me earlier I would have cancel the order and re ordered the device but now I have wasted my days and now I have to take extra steps to return. disappointed

Well I have internet back now so I'll be able to watch #Canucks hockey again tonight. Turns out I was right all along. The @Rogers technician cut service to our home & didn't bother saying anything & just left. And then to have them lie and refuse a technician...what an insult
