    @RogersHelps how do I lodge a complaint ? About the manager at your south centre mall store. He refused me service as he said I was agressive. Assertive yes. Agressive no. He kicked me out of the store and refused to give me his bosses name.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Here in St. Thomas, ON, we still do not have TV channels, although we do get the guide, and some websites are still not loading (although they do when I use my iPhone as a hotspot). So, no, we are still without service, Rogers.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers You take responsibility. Then just don't wash off responsibility by offering refund for service people didn't get. Do better. Donate your two day's compensation to a charity for underprivileged. That's what taking responsibility look like. Will you do it though?

    @RogersHelps No no one has service here in south Mississauga current wait time is 3 hours?? Sending this on my Telus phone will be canceling my home tv, internet and security

    @RogersHelps we’re still facing fluctuations of service in both wireless and home internet. Video and photo wouldn’t load. Did you really restore all services ?
