    @RogersHelps Dear Rogers, Expect a call asking for reimbursement on my bill for services not rendered. Normally, I say "stuff happens" but when I find an extra charge of $2 because my payment arrived late (although made 3 days earlier) I say too bad! Sorry for being petty but you started it.

    @JeremyCohnTV @Rogers @RogersHelps Not ideal when you pay for a service and it doesn't work. Hard to do work when cell phone is only phone you use. Losing money and business due to this. Would be nice to know how much longer this is anticipated to be.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Will you be providing automatic credits to all customers? Considering we are delaying with covid and all these restrictions the only thing ppl have is their cell/net service to connect and now that’s down. We pay more then enough to have reliable service. This is not it.

    .@Rogers what is going on?! Services are down for you AND all your sister companies?! And for HOURS, so many people are left without service! Almost my entire family & most of my friends are with Rogers/Fido/Chatr, and no explanation to why/how?! This is ridiculous.
