Their TV service is actually better, their internet is I find to be about the same, and the price is right. But I apparently owe the $425 for service at a house that I’ve never been to. LOL

Also, had roaming charges on phones that didn't have roaming data enabled. I would like to have that resolved!

Then I just selected internet and then get told there are higher then normal call volumes and to call back and then it hangs up

The secretary or answering machine or Bot @ 1-888-764-3771 is only the irritating middle-man (person) I doubt they have the ability to fix anything!
