    @Rogers @3rdtimewalter Hey Rogers I was told I get a 5 day credit. But is that for each customer or each phone line. I have 4 lines and you guys overcharge $500/mth. I be calling. And how can you get a credit on next bill when you charge a month in advance?

    @ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers I couldn't afford to pay my whole bill last month - I was short 90$. They called me 4 times a day every day for a week. Meanwhile I didn't have service for 5 days during the May derrecho nor during the outage. And yes, 90$ was less than 1/4 of my bill. Goodbye @Rogers

    Hey @Rogers I cancelled your service almost a month ago. Why are you still calling me? You also owe me 295$. From over payments. Why have I not recieved my cheque?? Should I be surprised after your terrible service? No need to wonder why your company had an outage. #awful

    @AboutRogers @Rogers I think you need to sharpen your “focus” and actually do your job. Still no internet or tv service since your technician screwed up on Thursday. It’s Tuesday! How is this acceptable? It’s a modem switch but too technical for any Rogers employees to fix. Residential service. Wow.

    @Rogers @RogerHelps . There is a simple issue for me which rogers cant reslove in 2 years. Every month you add roaming charges to my account as i stay near border then i spend an hour explaing same thing to you guys so frustated #rogers
