Pietro Cammalleri (@PCAMMALL) reported@RogersHelps May I communicate with one of your agents via DM to ask whether there is an Internet outage in my neighbourhood? Rogers [1 (888) 764-3771] is experiencing a high number of phone calls — I wasn’t even permitted to hold. TIA.

staz (@zzleepyguy) reported@RogersHelps I got told to split my internet connections from 2.4 to 5g and that didn't help, It has to be a problem on your end especially with multiple people dealing with it. Especially on down detector there's plenty of reports of internet issues

Jim Elliott (@jelliott_to) reported@RogersHelps I am having major issues with my Rogers cell service. 5 times today my phone has gone to emergency calls only. Then it works but I only get <5 Mbps. At other times I get over 150 Mbps. The service is so inconsistent my phone has become unusable for work.

Cross Fire (@BellaKissBanuta) reported@RogersHelps I noticed that you keep saying sorry to customers for not honouring your services. It doesn't make any sense because a customer cannot say sorry for not paying your bills, even if the quality of services is poor. Unfortunately, there is no incentive for that.
