    @RogersHelps Hi, I tried to do that however, Rogers wants to attach it to my home address and charge me $75 if I’m not home when they come around to fix a box that is in the laneway and I’m only notifying them as a courtesy. Horrible business practice. I’ll contact Executive Office.

    @RogersHelps Thanks. If I could solve the problem through the AI agent, I would have already done that through the Rogers app or online. When I pick up the phone to dial Rogers, at that point it should be a human ready to help for issues that can’t be solved through the app or online.

    @RealDonBradshaw @Rogers Probably because they don't expect it to be a long call up. He's probably back down tomorrow. With Gimenez not at 100% they needed a back up infielder for today's game.

    @RogersHelps is there an outage in Brampton? Router is flashing orange & also data is lagging extremely

    @RealDonBradshaw @Rogers Gimenez is probably feeling better today that's why they sent Davis back down.He's not starting but if needed he can come in late in the game
