    @RogersHelps so now the My Rogers app signs me out every time my phone or iPad goes dark. I don’t shut it off, just the display goes dark and I have to sign in every time. You have officially ruined this app. #why

    Wondering how many others are impacted? @Rogers sold us an internet upgrade, only to be left without internet/tv for over 72hrs. Alledgelly this was a known provisioning issue, so am wondering why Rogers wouldn't cease selling an upgrade with known defects. #stricterpenalties

    @RogersHelps @Rogers definition of #incompetence. Ordered iPhone14 Pro, received iPhone14, with wrong plan. After hrs on the phone to resolve issue, issue remains unresolved until they can pull up the call which will take 2-3 business days. Worst #CustomerService ref# I1932688264

    @fido @Rogers Home internet service has been down since last 12 hours... There has been a service issue and it got extended in the area. Another prolonged down time by the internet service provider. #FidoInternet
