I really hate @Rogers tech support. No response from their online chat for over 30 minutes, but they close the chat because I’m not sat there watching my phone constantly for them coming online. I guess next time @Bell calls I’ll take it.

@RogersHelps Internet service through Ignite 500 has been slow all weekend. Very annoying for Ignite TV and all other wifi services.

@Rogers had an issue today and it seems you don't care anymore. Took an hour of arguing and requests to talk to a manager to "sort of" resolve my issue. So disappointed as you were always easy to deal with. @Bell expect a call soon

@Sportsnet shame I give you and @Rogers my money to watch Flames games and the apps never work. PS4, multiple resets and logins, website says I'm good but apps say I am not subscribed. No wonder people stream the content since we pay but still can't watch. #winning

I'd say if you tweet @Fido or @Rogers, screenshot every reply. When their PR doesn't work, they delete their attempts to smooth over through gaslighting, and leave your responses behind. It's an abusive tool to customers living with disabilities like me. More fun for #atu279 tho.
