@Rogers @redcrosscanada Forcibly been with rogers since it’s the only one in my area with 1gbps speed. If I had a choice I’d leave so fast for a service that’s even 500mbps. You have no customer service, the worst outages, ignorant to any issue but you have time for twitter. Just a waste. Fix your wifi.

Was bragging up Rogers ignite but is not so great when they accidentally cut off your services trying to fix up your account. And think it is ok just to let you go for days without tv, phone or internet. @rogers

@The_IT_Nerd @Rogers That really, really sucks! Not that this is a solution for everyone and not that this ought to be necessary but the bright side is that with things like libraries and coffee shops open again it isn’t necessarily a total day ruiner (vs during the height of lockdowns)

@RogersHelps This doesn’t even seem like a real response. It seems like a bot. Yes I am “frustrated”. The status of the outage isn’t my problem. I KNOW the status of the outage since IM EXPERIENCING IT. The issue is you guys not doing ANYTHING about it.

@RogersBiz Have internet /tv/phone with Rogers & pay X amount a month. My plan came up for renewal, spoke to Rogers on Sunday; finalized the new pckg. I ask to change Mom's plan to the same as my plan; they can but the system was down on Sunday, so I have to call back. 1/2
