@RogersHelps What is the problem? Tower down? Tower Fire? Have you been hacked? Please explain so we can estimate how long the outage will be. It will be 24h ours shortly which already is unacceptable. Give us some information other then what everyone already knows!

@Rogers can you pls provide compensation for the inconvenience this outage has caused your users? A full morning of no cell service is not acceptable. Of course you won't hesitate to charge a late fee to users when the bill is 1 hour late but won't take responsibility for this.
