    @RogersHelps No issue with SMS. Haven’t used data much so can’t say. However, call dropping wasn’t there when I used physical sim.

    Hey @RogersHelps that new web chat is cool and all, but it would be really great if I didn’t have to wait 15 minutes in between responses from my customer service rep. I’ve just want my cable issue fixed and it’s been 45 minutes mostly of waiting.... 😒

    @RogersHelps No, no. @RogersHelps is fine. You have someone coming between 4-6 to fix the cut cable — thanks. My beef is with the other guys. What happened to “call before you dig,” right?

    @rogers Your customer service is horrendous. I was speaking with an agent for over an hour then she accidentally hung up. She didn’t return my call and now I am currently waiting over an hour just to speak to someone about the same issue over again? Ridiculous.

    @RogersHelps DM for what? I already know that this is gonna take 8 hours like last 2 times! If @rogers is not able to provide a full service, then don’t offer it! It’s been 3 times in less than two weeks with the same problem and with the same excuse.
