@Rogers what’s the value of being a Rogers customers for 23 years? Well apparently as per the reps and managers, the value is “none” and as a valued customer with Rogers you will pay a bit MORE than if you are a NEW customer. No joke! Article to follow on Rogers Customer value!

@PunkR3volution @RogersHelps I think they have done a password update, I had to change it in settings on my phone, shut down and restart, I could then get into my email - hope that helps

@karllamela @keerii_ @RogersHelps In the L3R area as well. Internet outage since 4 PM. Resetting the modem is pointless. There is an outage in this area. Rogers needs to acknowledge this.

I lost almost a full 24 hours of phone service and nearly missed deadlines of stuff for buying a house because I couldn’t use my phone and they refunded me less than $3. Nice. @RogersHelps

@Rogers you should be ashamed of yourselves for your so called #CustomerService. The fact that I need to take a half day off to love services and still not get it resolved is nothing short of disgusting! The thanks I get for being a customer for many years!

@Rogers Stress free my ***, for the better part of a this month the internet has been going out for hours on end. When we called about it they said it was on our end, when a technician came he said there was an outage, and when we called again they said their doing maintenance.

The fact that @Rogers charges money to companies that right now rely on internet more than ever due to the pandemic, but cannot actually get them stable service is a disgrace.

@RogersBiz you should be ashamed of yourselves, a $2.50 credit for a full day of service lost. Your customers lost money, we use your service for our business... so no business that day but only a $2.50 credit SMH do better
