@RogersHelps my husband is a man of principle. He has spent months trying to reverse a stupid interest charge on our bill. A charge that someone keeps telling us will be adjusted to zero but magically appears on our bill every month. Basically fed up

Please PLEASE fix the internet consistency @RogersHelps! I need it to take phone calls and it keeps cutting down on and off! I do NOT have time to DM. This has been recurrent since an outage on Monday, so it must be an issue in the neighborhood. Postal code M4K 2H1

@RogersHelps Your different from your customer service? Let’s be honest.... Rogers has basically a Monopoly in Ontario for me internet and wireless but you can’t find the documents of my call? I’m being straight forward after calling 5 times to get nowhere.
