    @androidcentral @gbhil @Xplornet is our only option for home internet. 200 bucks for 200g. For cellular I had to buy a 300 booster just to get spotty service. It doesn't matter if it is @Rogers @bell @fido. All need the booster. @FreedomMobile told me I needed to switch carriers - no signal here.

    @RogersHelps So are you actually going to reveal the cause of this issue to regular customers? I know why this happened now and the processes/decisions that led to it as well. It's a common IT approach that many big businesses wanting to reduce costs are using now but the risks are too high.

    @RogersHelps Your communications over this outage are appalling - your customers deserve much better. Simple questions: What is causing this outrage, how many people are affected and when do you expect it to be fixed?
