@RogersHelps I subscribed to nvl live tonight and my subscription was debited off my credit card. Looks like somehow I mistyped my email address as I cannot access my account. Customer service says nothing can be done without me “remembering” what email address I put in ! Sent DM

Two of three @Sportsnet channels in Alberta showing the same poker repeat. The third is showing soccer repeat. None are scheduled to air live sports at the same time the @BlueJays are playing. **** you @Rogers. This is why nobody wants you clowns out here.

@Rogers I just spent an hour being told I would pay 27%more for exact same service and rep 1 transferred me to loyalty rep and the loyalty rep then worked magic to make it more expensive. Happy to discuss needs with Bell if that is what 20 yrs of loyalty and bill payment on time gets!

@Rogers customers & tech support is a ****. They keep customers waiting on phone for unlimited time for small changes. It is pathetic and unethical. Why a multimillion $ company disrespecting their customers and Fed govt. continue to allow them to expand & monopolize the market.
