  @KNugent4118 @Rogers @RogersHelps We have had Rogers for cell service for almost 24 years but left Bell for Cogeco for internet. I wish I could say I’m happy with either one. Make sure they credit you for time and services lost.

  My @Shawhelp @RogersHelps cable boxes are not working. I don't think the internet is consistent either. Ever since the forced 'upgrade' from Shaw to Rogers hardware. I need a service tech on site to fix this problem. Loyal customer for over 20 years.

  @RogersHelps Hours of being on hold and trying to get things resolved finally were by a very knowledgable supervisor but the process leading up to speaking with her were stressful, arduous and took hours of my life from me I will never get back.

  @LoveMy7Wood @Rogers Rogers sucks. Left them years ago and went to Bell. Service was better but really had no issues the last 2 years. I do not like either companies and their pricing sucks.

  @RogersHelps I am having major issues with my Rogers cell service. 5 times today my phone has gone to emergency calls only. Then it works but I only get <5 Mbps. At other times I get over 150 Mbps. The service is so inconsistent my phone has become unusable for work.
