So this is very shocking and surprising of the turnaround time for the new phone I was quoted was 1 to 2 weeks. Shocked it arrived TODAY!!!!! WOW @Rogers and @RogersHelps have REALLY cleaned up there customer service act.

Hey @Rogers ? Your agents are poorly trained, they don't have the right information, or they're lazy and don't care. Either way; you suck. Your service sucks. You're too expensive for the quality of reception, and you just generally awful. Love and cuddles, Red Mage

Holy cow... I swear @rogers is trolling me. In the last two weeks I've had calls AND text messages asking me to sign up for Ignite Internet. I'd LOVE to... but they want $40,000 to run the cable 300m down the road that ALREADY HAS a Rogers conduit on it.

. @RogersHelps there is something that Rogers executives need to realize. Old people use cable because it works. Your service is ****. If it doesn't work, no one is going to pay a fortune for this ****. Fix that service. Fix it.

@CP24 I was a @Rogers cell and tv customer in the early 2000s. Worst experience ever. Lack of choice meant we were stuck until we just ditched tv altogether. Eventually ended up with Wind/Freedom for cell. I vowed to @Rogers then that I would never be a customer of theirs again. 1/2
