@RogersHelps So called preauthorized plan gives to Rogers ability to withdraw money from client account without client contest or charge validation from his side. In any case of disagreement customer may face uncontrolled actions from Rogers. That is something what people would better avoid.

@crossmanatlaw @RogersHelps @Bell_Support I'm in Old Ottawa South as well. Been going in circles with the customer care and tech support for 2 hours. all they can say is it will be back soon. no actual info or details. I've never seen a communications company fail so bad at communicating!

Many angry phone calls to Rogers over the last many months, because this seems to be my daily internet response. Excuses are creative and varied. It's my "gaming" neighbourhood, kids at school online, or others

Is just me or is @Rogers home Internet getting increasingly crappy this week, especially today? The service has been on and off for a whole day. I’m going to write my final from home tomorrow. What’s the point of paying you $90 a month for something like this?!

@RogersHelps seriously? It rains for 10 minutes and my internet goes down AGAIN. This is ridiculous. Your service in Brooklin is getting worse and worse all the time. Glitchy all week and now this.
