Wow since @ShawDirect was bought by @rogers it seems the service is complete garbage. I had Shaw tv and internet installed for 3 days before having to unhook it myself & mail it back. Got the best internet service they had and it cut out constantly, tvs wouldn’t even work. Brutal

I am tired of @Rogers _constantly_ ******* up internet access for non-urban communities!! Either "upgrade your equipment" in a timely manner or _admit_ that you don't give a damn about your customers outside major cities. 🤬

@RogersHelps here we go again! Service doesn’t work. “We ran new wiring outside to your residence which caused the problem” the problem is we are in a condo and no wiring was redone. Liars thieves and crooks at Rogers.
