    @RogersHelps 4 houses on my elderly mother’s street in Bradford including hers have no wifi, no Ignite. Customer Service was offered no immediate support. What’s happening?!

    @Rogers cancelled service. returned equipment in Nov. never used. Acct kept getting charged. 3rd call today only to get blamed for things I haven’t done like ‘you called to return equipment, not to cancel service.’ On an acct never activated! Horrible customer service!

    @RogersHelps Rogers is down Etobicke since one hour tonight!! No internet, TV and phone. One point failtute is not acceptable and is not good service provider. Rogers should ensure service continuity and recompense the lose of its service.

    @Rogers I can log in fine, thats not the problem. AP Isolation/Client isolation. How do you disable it??
