Supafanstan (@Supafanstan) reported@RogersHelps What is going on with spotty data service in London, ON? For the past week I am having issues, service showing 5G or 5G+ (which is ironically, worse) but still can't load an image or video. Rogers outages says there's no problem in my area.
-
Dman (@mcmanus17) reported@RogersHelps we’ve lost phone, internet and TV. Is there an outage?
-
BatmanAndRobert (@MacDoug1) reported@mikeszeller @Rogers The NEXT box was just plugged into the TV and a cable cord. The Xfinity doesn't work without connecting to Rogers Internet. I already have Bell internet. I'm not paying for a 2nd internet connection just to watch TV. That just seems like a cash-grab for cable-users only.
-
Cristina Ferrando (@CristinaFerran2) reportedIs @Rogers Internet and tv down?
-
Bill St. Arnaud (@BillStarnaud) reported@RogersHelps For the first year RF signal from C8689 was rock solid - 4 bars on various phones, Nokia last mile, etc. Now RF signal fluctuates about every 10 minutes. I have clear LOS to tower about 1 km away. Neighbours reporting the same problem
-
Kevin Wright (@KevinADWright) reported@RogersHelps @tobi My iPhone Air was unable to tether, I tried all the normal troubleshooting steps. Then I confirmed it was a Rogers issue by going near the border and tethering on the US networks just fine. What fixed Rogers for me was setting apn: mobile.apn
