⚖️ Justice must be served 🐉 (@heatherdalelaw) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@BrightstarDP Wow I paid you for my replacement phone but never got it? #contracts apparently mean nothing to your company @Rogers @RogersHelps

  • mikeleeuno
mike lee | 이형걸 | 李衡杰 | (@mikeleeuno) reported from Ladner, British Columbia

.@Fidomobile @Rogers can you work with @kakaoteam to figure things out on why the messenger service has only impacted those on iphone users? Not sure if it's Canada wide but BC users are certainly feeling it. Thank you.

  • jpresz
Joel Preszcator (@jpresz) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Sportsnet @rogers @nhl are there plans at upgrading the Sportsnet App before the NHL season begins? It is terrible. How is this an acceptable replacement for the streamlined NHL Live App?

  • dustykelly
Dusty Kelly (@dustykelly) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Ccressman87 @RogersHelps @680NEWS Hardly intermittent! This is a major outage.

  • JennPWasHere
Jenn Della (@JennPWasHere) reported from Surrey, British Columbia

@RogersHelps I have a promotional deal. I’ll just cancel my current account, as I own the phone, and sign up for the promotion. It’s not hard but apparently it is for @Rogers

  • sheilamoris
Sheila Morissette (@sheilamoris) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps a serious security breach occurred on my family members phone recently. Fraudster did a SIM swap - phone number ported to another company. No compensation from @rogers, no customer service . Seems they dont care

  • MorganeOgerBC
Morgane Oger (@MorganeOgerBC) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps Oh dear I'm so sorry, I see to have missed your message today. Twitter needs more bandwidth than your throttled service allows for all customers. I'm hearing grumbles about the some way mobile providers throttle customers. Is there better equality than in a race to the bottom?

  • FriesenPatty
Patty Friesen (@FriesenPatty) reported from Richmond, British Columbia

@RogersHelps Please piggyback your service to Bell or Telus STAT!

  • HassanDeq_
Hassan Deq (@HassanDeq_) reported from Surrey, British Columbia

    @RogersHelps @PRBagga Hi, i still don't have a network. Is there a service interruption?

  • MunBagri
Mun Bagri, MA (@MunBagri) reported from Coquitlam, British Columbia

If @RogersHelps isn't able to inform public what caused this outage was or assure us it won't happen again, part of their "compensation" for customers should be to allow us to void our current contracts (without penalty) & switch providers. Rather this than some measly discount.

  • sheilamoris
Sheila Morissette (@sheilamoris) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps Yes I am pretty sure that you would rather talk to me privately but I am so disappointed in @Rogers & lack of any customer service that I am ready to go very public about this incident

  • jodyvance
Jody Vance (@jodyvance) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Post_Brodie @RogersMobileCa I plan to go to @RogersHelps customer retention tomorrow. If not .... I'm switching. today's discovery of top up charges remaining for ages (years) is not cool. I'm done with shady.

  • kikithekrakra99
Kiefer Abram (@kikithekrakra99) reported from Surrey, British Columbia

@victor_jan @Rogers Yep it's Down in #Cloverdale #SurreyBC No service or it goes to 3G

  • S8Karthi
Karthi (@S8Karthi) reported from Surrey, British Columbia

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions @Rogers I have a unknown charge in the bill and when i called customer service they don't have info on that charge and won't reverse the charge as well. I have never such a worst customer service.

  • BrandonCrowe97
Brandon Crowe *Burner (@BrandonCrowe97) reported from Pitt Meadows, British Columbia

@SamsungMobileCA @RogersHelps Pissed off fans are bad for business. Hey Rogers, remember a couple years ago when I left you? Then when I left Telus and came back 2 MOs ago? Hey Samsung, you ever heard of Huawei? Keep pissing off your Fan Edition base.......

  • travelcanucks
Cam & Nicole (@travelcanucks) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

Very disappointed that @Rogers no longer offers #travel plans. For our 3 week trip to Europe, Rogers will charge me $15 per day ($300) even if I only use the data for 2 minutes to call an Uber. The solution I was given was to use a different mobile company. Seriously! You suck 👎

  • CoachDhillon
Jessy (@CoachDhillon) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps @Rogers Did that and "Yassine - Rogers specialist" said to resolve the issue transfer to the credit operations but no fix Its frustrating #Rogers #CustomerService

  • AilaniDarshan
    DARSHAN AILANI (@AilaniDarshan) reported

@RogersHelps I understand that and I did try all of this while I was travelling. What I’m asking is that it’s not fair for me to pay the kind of charges levied to me when the service was barely used due to these issues. I raised a ticket and no one seems to care about that.

  • JewishCyclist3
    Benji (@JewishCyclist3) reported

@BrianReid597401 @MartyMcFlyy99 @Rogers He just had a down year. That would be selling low. You won’t get top picks. They’ll be late firsts as only contenders will be interested. It makes no sense to blow the team up when they don’t have their first rounders. All they’ll be doing is helping Boston and Philly.

  • valleylily56
    magenta72 (@valleylily56) reported

Get 7 US local channels on cable but Montreal English local channel is blocked by @Rogers Why??? Don't need to know about traffic issues in Los Angeles!!!

  • ThisIsMeCassie
    𝘾𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙧𝙖 𝙍𝙖𝙪𝙜𝙪𝙨𝙩🇨🇦 (@ThisIsMeCassie) reported

@Rogers — As one of Canada’s dominant telecom providers, it’s disappointing that there’s no meaningful recognition or support for the very people who serve and protect this country. Our military members deserve more than silence from companies that benefit from the nation they defend. @coreyhoganyyc is this something that’s on your radar?? My son is stationed in Edmonton and will be going to Latvia I’m looking for a better deal for him and thought that the government might have negotiated something like this when they allow this takeover of Shaw

  • 123mung
    Melissa🍁 (@123mung) reported

@RogersHelps Even X is an issue.. I have to be off on data to use this app

  • pucknucksaga
    Pucknucksaga (@pucknucksaga) reported

    @Canucks @Rogers Audio issues?

  • Jimbb5022
    High_5_Brady (@Jimbb5022) reported

@RogersHelps Rogers may want to reevaluate how those cases are being handled. Maybe reconsider treating that department as the final escalation point, because from a customer perspective the process was very disappointing.

  • ScammerDefence
    Scammer Defence (@ScammerDefence) reported

@Paul__Walsh @TELUS @Rogers What banks do with forwarded smishing texts: feed them to threat-intel sharing groups like APWG and CAFC so the lookalike domain ends up on consumer blocklists. A free DNS-level iOS app installs that blocklist on the phone so the page never loads.

  • Liam14903953
    Cryptofanatic420 (@Liam14903953) reported

@Samsung crappy phones, crappy TVs and just all around crappy company. I dont think ill ever buy a samsung anything ever again. Its just throwing away money. And places like @Bell and @Rogers promote selling garbage.
