For our 3 week trip to Europe, Rogers will charge me $15 per day ($300) even if I only use the data for 2 minutes to call an Uber. The solution I was given was to use a different mobile company. I had 4 tech visits in 8 months (imagine the cost!), all establishing the same fact - the problem is the outdated infrastructure and the weak signal getting into my house from the outdoor box.
