#IndianStatus531 (@BlueCedarAngel) reported from Burnaby, British ColumbiaI pay an average of $4000 annually to @Rogers for my phone bill. I've been with them for over 20 years, or when they set up shop in Vancouver BC 1/4 of the time we get treated like ****. I always think about switching then family crisis happens. #NotHappy #badservice
-

-
Morgane Oger (@MorganeOgerBC) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@RogersHelps Oh dear I'm so sorry, I see to have missed your message today. Twitter needs more bandwidth than your throttled service allows for all customers. I'm hearing grumbles about the some way mobile providers throttle customers. Is there better equality than in a race to the bottom?
-
Patty Friesen (@FriesenPatty) reported from Richmond, British Columbia@RogersHelps Please piggyback your service to Bell or Telus STAT!
-
Ronald Swizzler (@stuffapproved) reported from Richmond, British Columbia@RogersHelps I’m pretty sure it’s your job to BS your customers. #telus never had these issues, but #rogers is horrible in the #canadaline tunnel section, especially towards Richmond. Of course I have roaming on.
-

Andrew F Stewart (@AndrewFstewart) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia“Somethings only a problem if it can’t be solved”. Me taking my mom down from feeling bad about paying @Rogers $17,000 when it should have been $170 lol I told her I’ve done that a few times. Never that much however lol
-
Mun Bagri, MA (@MunBagri) reported from Coquitlam, British ColumbiaIf @RogersHelps isn't able to inform public what caused this outage was or assure us it won't happen again, part of their "compensation" for customers should be to allow us to void our current contracts (without penalty) & switch providers. Rather this than some measly discount.
-
hazel (@angerthehazel) reported from Surrey, British Columbia@RogersHelps ****. But when we a day late on payments, we get charged so much money.
-
Cam & Nicole (@travelcanucks) reported from North Vancouver, British ColumbiaVery disappointed that @Rogers no longer offers #travel plans. For our 3 week trip to Europe, Rogers will charge me $15 per day ($300) even if I only use the data for 2 minutes to call an Uber. The solution I was given was to use a different mobile company. Seriously! You suck 👎
-
Brandon Crowe *Burner (@BrandonCrowe97) reported from Pitt Meadows, British Columbia@SamsungMobileCA @RogersHelps Pissed off fans are bad for business. Hey Rogers, remember a couple years ago when I left you? Then when I left Telus and came back 2 MOs ago? Hey Samsung, you ever heard of Huawei? Keep pissing off your Fan Edition base.......
-
Jay Holtslander (@j_holtslander) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@RogersHelps btw your recommendation to enable Wi-fi calling didn’t help me at home in my Vancouver apartment. Was already on.
-
Riaz Meghji (@RiazMeghji) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaTerrific cause we get to support! @canucks @Rogers @BT_Vancouver
-
Master P.Le🇨🇦✌️🗽 (@MasterXSY) reported from Port Coquitlam, British Columbia@Rogers I called for 30’ for the past 3 days, can’t get a hold of anybody, just to fix a problem that should be done week ago, I don’t have time for this, why do I have to waste my time for somebody mistakes.

Steve Bannon (@SteveBa62341032) reportedHow is it possible to represent yourself as a communication company @rogers when you make it as difficult as possible to communicate with you. I'm now an hour and fifteen minutes and no tech yet. Please fire your head of customer service and hire any street vendor or squiggy kid.
-
Jay (@jjfromthebl0ck) reported@RogersHelps C213408415 How much longer until internet service is restored in my area

Paul Mori (@paulpmori) reportedRecently purchased the $90 Rogers Mobile Travel Pass for a trip to Italy. It picked up a network maybe 50% of the time. Most times I tethered to my friend's eSIMS Card. Save money - get an eSIMS card and avoid the frustrations. That was a waste of $90. Thanks @Rogers.
-
Brad (@BallKnowerBrad) reportedHey @Rogers @Sportsnet fix your audio - this is the Eastern Conference final not an Ottawa Senators game #gohabsgo
-
Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@_RanjanSoni @Rogers Everyone has the same issue. I was told by Rogers that they basically want you to do everything yourself online on their website!
-
jc (@JMCInformation) reportedHave a problem with your Internet provider? #Rogers @Rogers Contact: The CCTS helps customers and small businesses in Canada resolve complaints related to mobile, home phone, Internet and television services. I'll let you know if this works.
-

-
Andy Potter (@aap53) reported@RogersHelps I have spoken to them on more than one occasion and there has been no resolution.
-
Sophie (@sophie_everine) reported@FidoSolutions @MattGalbino @RogersHelps It’s been down since 7am. Please give update!!!
