For our 3 week trip to Europe, Rogers will charge me $15 per day ($300) even if I only use the data for 2 minutes to call an Uber. The solution I was given was to use a different mobile company. Twitter needs more bandwidth than your throttled service allows for all customers. I'm hearing grumbles about the some way mobile providers throttle customers. Got into my PayPal account as well. Luckily @AskPayPal and @Rogers rectified the issue within a couple hours and got my phone number back.
