    Scam calls are getting out of hand. Over the past couple of days, I've had 5 calls for missing packages from DHL, CRA is sending someone to arrest me three times over and as of 5 minutes ago, my fourth covid emergency and I need to call back ASAP... Hey @TELUS and @Rogers , I bet

    @Rogers I called for 30’ for the past 3 days, can’t get a hold of anybody, just to fix a problem that should be done week ago, I don’t have time for this, why do I have to waste my time for somebody mistakes.

    And then I spent the next 2 hours trying to reset my phone and another 30 minutes with Apple support troubleshooting to no avail... until I checked the Rogers website on advice from the Apple specialist. Damn it, Rogers. Get your act together. @RogersHelps

    So I switched over to @Bell and the tech support is so much worse than @Rogers holy hell. Do you have any local support? Why are my calls being outsourced? What the heck? That being said, my connection is stable and I have less ping. There's no winning in Canada.
