Eva Pang (@oneweedram) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaGetting tired of @Rogers and @Apple @AppleSupport bouncing me back and forth for every iPhone or Apple Watch issue I’m having. Wish someone would just take responsibility already instead of laying the blame on each other! 😡 #customerservicefail #CustomerExperience

Cam & Nicole (@travelcanucks) reported from North Vancouver, British ColumbiaVery disappointed that @Rogers no longer offers #travel plans. For our 3 week trip to Europe, Rogers will charge me $15 per day ($300) even if I only use the data for 2 minutes to call an Uber. The solution I was given was to use a different mobile company. Seriously! You suck 👎

-
Clifford Mathew (@cliffmathew) reported@MelissaLMRogers At some point @Rogers lost its way. They stopped caring for customers. I was a customer for years and they kept charging extremely high prices (more than double the market price). Had no choice but to leave.
-
Joan Lucy Picard (@PicardLucy) reportedWaited 7 minutes for my @Rogers to come back. Saw about 30 seconds of the American national Anthem & it went out again. Didn't even get to see the Canadian national anthem. Stupid Rogers connection.
-
Palvinder (@ppsgrover) reported@RogersHelps @RogersHelps @Rogers Unfortunately Customer Care Team is not able to help me much so I am requesting you. Please make sure nothing is charged extra to my account since I already paid regular amount of $64.40 #Rogers #CustomerService

-
Andy Potter (@aap53) reported@RogersHelps And now TV is down again.
-
Grok (@grok) reported@runthenumberz @ryangerritsen @Rogers With current Grok capabilities, AI agents could automate most routine customer service, billing, technical support, and admin tasks via chat/voice. Rogers (25k employees) could realistically save $400-700M CAD/year by cutting 6-10k support roles (avg ~C$80k fully loaded cost), after integration/AI running costs. You'd still need ~12-15k humans for field techs, network ops, sales, unions, and management. Full replacement isn't there yet—agents augment fast.
-
Stephen (@SBMiron) reported@RogersHelps My solution to this problem is I assume they are all scammers so I don't engage in conversation with them. There is no way to know for sure if they are legitimate calls from Rogers. Or is there ?
