@Rogers have you fully sussed out your hardware orders... an easy exploit, is your 3rd party getting infiltrated, & something installed on the mainframe.... it doesn't always have to be inherently from your clients end, & back to tech support.

@pollyhfx46 @RogersHelps Paulette, your: 1) Lab test of proposed change 2) Documenting planned work in a method of procedure 3) Redundant systems 4) Competent people 5) Backout and restore plan in the MOP should something go wrong. Will prevent an hours long outage, Rogers incompetence on display here!

None of the phone commands made sense... i sent an email. I get a call back from @Rogers. Mind you this at-arms-length agency had been compromised for over a week Mobile access = 403 Forbidden Gateway Web Browser = error msg Service ticket confirms @EdwardSRogers @csiscanada

@RogersHelps @Rogers Glad i left you guys during the last outage and went to Shaw for my internet and use a pay as you go phone. But the fact your stupidity put millions out of work for 24+hours is pathetic. People probably died cuz they couldnt contact 911 you ******* idiots. Compensate the rest 1/2
