If my phone was down for a few minutes then fine I get that, but 9 hours?!?! You can’t call or text. You can iMessage when your in wifi. You need to fix this ASAP!!!

I have over 200 staff and all of them have work phones with rogers plans. At this point, we have hundreds of missed visits and missed safety checks. This is really quite sad. Thanks Rogers 👍
