    @RogersHelps had 4 reps tell me there was an outage when in reality my neighbours had their wifi working the whole time. Escalation needed asap as I haven’t had internet all day.

    @THEbroggy @Rogers The exact same thing happened to my daughter a few years ago and to this date she still has issues all the time with her account. I say change providers to be safe.

    @NoobLizzy @RogersHelps I think they’ve done their job tbh. There’s been times they even replaced lines and yet... upload speed plummets. The internet here just sucks for streaming
