    @rogershelps ever since I signed up for Ignite I have nothing but problems. Wireless goes down at least once a week if not more. Your call centres are useless and never have a solution. Already replaced the box once since March. Now I’m waiting 50min for a service call back.

    WOW. Remember that nationwide Rogers outage where I couldn't use my phone all day? I got a whopping THIRTY THREE CENTS OFF MY BILL. Thanks @RogersHelps - honestly doing nothing would be less insulting.

    @Rogers Rogers is the worst provider. They lie, use trickery and abuse their customers. I got rid of them last year. Terrible company, horrible customer service. They took $800 from my dying grandmother.

    @RogersHelps Been on the line with Rogers (39 mins and counting) getting a credit that was supposed to be applied 2 months ago. Why does @rogers make it so difficult for loyal customers?? Been a customer since 2005. #rogers #frustrating
