    @rcmayer13 @Rogers @RogersHelps Did you read your service agreement? If you signed it, you understood that at times circumstances beyond a service provider's control may cause outages. Your monthly contribution is nothing compared to the cost of running a cellular network. You're not entitled to anything.

    @rapsdiehard @RogersHelps They’ll upgrade you to better service for only $5 additional per month for 6 months, then only $97.50 per month after that trial window ends. But remember, it will be “better”

    @Rogers @RogersHelps @jennaamxo Unfortunately this is not an intermittent issue, I have not had cel service since 7am. I cant receive or make calls. Give us an update on the ETA and the issues you have found.

    @RogersHelps May be impacted??? Let me see, mom can’t update me on her covid result, wife in hospital undergoing tests, and I have no communication. Not to mention drove 130 km twice to work because I couldn’t talk to people onsite to deal with IT problems. Another day like this and

    @RogersHelps Folks, read the terms and conditions you agreed to when u took their services. They do not have to accept liability for disruption in their service or to compensate for losses as a result. Make your calls and t Nexts from home wifi if you can.
