@RogersHelps My neighbors with Bell have Netflix. And have never had this issue. Have your retention department contact Sarah at (647) 203-2867 tomorrow

  • jcla1234 John Clarke (@jcla1234) reported

@Rogers I'm a patient man, so I'm happy to wait for "available specialists". But it's been over four hours of waiting "on hold" for one to show up. That's brutal. While I waited I contacted Amazon Support by chat and got a response within a minute.

  • dude_largepants Chris Wyble 🎮 (@dude_largepants) reported

@Alien_Highjinx @XboxGamePass @Rogers May be an issue with the speed from your router to your system then. You might be getting high speeds coming in, but the actual wifi transfer creates a bottleneck.

  • Red__Wilson Red Wilson (@Red__Wilson) reported

@RogersHelps So if you live is Saskatchewan it’s a double FU to a customer that pays the same as a place that only gets ones blackout. You’re crooks

  • Sask_UrbEx SaskUrbEx (@Sask_UrbEx) reported

  • tomcat335 Dan (@tomcat335) reported

@rogershelps So why did she hung up on me? How do I hear the offer she had? What’s the point of the list if I’m still going to get calls? How about an email? Text? Something that doesn’t interrupt me and I can get to on my own time?

  • SteveCordrey Steve Cordrey (@SteveCordrey) reported

@RogersHelps Just switched from Telus since you’re the only carrier with service at my place in downtown Kitchener. Why am I being told to visit a store to change the plan on my Apple Watch? Two reps have told me this. This is a BYOD device.
