@RogersHelps @joshc8889 Strange how Rogers is reporting no issues, even on outage website. But there are thousands of reports of widespread outage in Toronto, Ottawa, etc. Tons of businesses down at the moment.

@smiling_rosie @RogersHelps @joshc8889 Fibre cut confirmed in the news. Really bad, widespread outage, and they'll be working throughout the night. Meanwhile on Twitter: "I'm not seeing any widespread outage reported.." Their website claimed the same. No outage at all, it was all in your mind!

Hey @RogersHelps, my mother who is a senior has been trying for days to upgrade her Rogers package. Self-help upgrade has not been working, advised there is an extra $30 charge if the new plan is activated over the phone with an agent. Is this how Rogers promotes #accessibility?
