    @RogersHelps I have been trying to escalate a billing support issue for a long time. Have spoken to chat support, spent hours on the phone waiting for a supervisor and even logged an online complaint. Still no help. Great tech service, really poor escalation support.

    @RogersHelps So, I reach out directly as requested and the advice is go back down a path that has been tried before. Essentially waste more time on hold by making a phone call and asking for an escalation. Unbelievable

    @RogersHelps @meiandmyself10 @Rogers my son recently moved in September u charged him 150. then u cut his internet for 10 dollars and u need a another 40 dollars before u hook back his internet. he has been a customer a long time, how much covid Taxpayers dollars did you company got? cut for $87 shame
