    @RogersHelps ongoing issues with calls in and outgoing,calls are all garbled, can't understand callers/calls are disconnecting. Roger's text say Rogers /Wireless Technical Support. Issue related to degraded signal is resolved now . Kindly test and update back. Need help asap

    That awkward moment your call to @Rogers customer service while using the Rogers network to cancel a Rogers product gets dropped (or I got hung up on) Kinda getting tired of bad service. Might be time to switch. I will say everyone I've dealt with has been friendly, which is nice

    @RogersHelps virtual assistant Anna confirmed an issue in my area at 10am this morning. Still no internet/cable/phone service. If @rogers knows there's a problem, you're actually trying to fix it right? I don't have unlimited mobile data to hotspot.
