    @RogersHelps I certainly hope you’re crediting more than just 2 days of outage bc Ignite TV is worse today than Saturday’s consistent picture freezing or no sound every 10-30 secs. Picture either freezes, no sound or both or black screen...4 days later u should have ur $hit together by now🤬

    @CP24 Ignite TV has been off more than it’s been on since @Rogers “fixed” the issues. I seriously doubt it’s a very small number of customers! This is ridiculous

    Day 3 @rogers is not watchable. Freezing constantly, audio dropping. Finally broke down and called only to be told there is a high volume of calls wait times 2-4 hours to speak to someone, unless you're the minister. Why is their no competition in this country?
