@Rogers we recently got Roger's but decided to cancel within the 10 days grace period. So I am guessing the bill of nearly 400 for 9 days service is a mistake.

Hello @rogers I’m a CBC reporter working from home, an essential worker relying on the internet to file multiple times daily. Our internet service keeps dropping out, and at times is at 10% speed. For 2 days customer service insists there is no problem. There is. Please fix it.

I challenge @Bell @RogersHelps and @TekSavvyBuzz during these trying times, to drop their rates to 0$, to help the families out of work, those with no net access, with getting or staying connected. #StrongerTogether #freeWiFi #OttNews #CanadaTogether #CanNews
