Faisal (@faisal_) reportedRogers is down again for the 20th time in the last 3 months. What is going on with them? @Rogers get your act together. Around 1 hour wait on customer support lines. You sure you want to let 50% staff go?
-
Seeking Signal (@SignalChasing) reported@PsudoMike @Rogers @airalocom Roaming is outrageously expensive. No argument there. But general telco services have gotten very affordable and high quality in Canada. For example, plans are now in the $30-50 range for unlimited talk, text, and 100 GB of data. I’m not sure why you’re complaining. Where are you getting better service?

David "Stargate Genius Leader" Hewlett (@dhewlett) reportedNot if you've got the wrong address as we've been trying to explain to your tech support...day 2 back on hold waiting for you, @Rogers!
-
Paul Mori (@paulpmori) reportedRecently purchased the $90 Rogers Mobile Travel Pass for a trip to Italy. It picked up a network maybe 50% of the time. Most times I tethered to my friend's eSIMS Card. Save money - get an eSIMS card and avoid the frustrations. That was a waste of $90. Thanks @Rogers.

Ingeniator (@1ngenious) reported@MikeDelpieroX @for_vaughan @RogersHelps Sounds like blatant fraud and misrepresenting the term "customer support" even "help" for fucksake.
-
hitesh (@vohra_hitesh007) reported@Rogers customer care is one of the most pathetic service I have ever experienced. In the past hour, I have talked to 3 different agents to cancel my account only to be put on hold for 20mins. Just Pathetic @RogersHelps

sparkytor (@sparkytor) reported@RogersHelps We can’t connect cause the account is connected to a condo corp so we are in never never land. Queue just hit 62 minutes. We can’t put in the account number and since our phones aren’t with Rogers (thankfully) it doesn’t recognize number.

Sic @ Warmer Sun (@WarmerSun) reported@wealthmoose When @Rogers didn't pick up the phone the CRTC said they couldn't do anything, they cannot force a mobile phone service provider to provide a support contact that actually answers... but apparently they can impose taxes. What a clown show.

NickL (@nickl007) reportedIf the power is out, no wifi obvs, why are my data/5G and LTE feeds not working or updating? Why can i use the internet like normal all of a sudden just when i need it? @rogershelps @rogers This post may not even go as its not showing me much.

Noah sans Ark (@lunchbox_23) reported@RogersHelps It’s intermittent. I spent over an hour waiting for tech support for them to say “welp, looks good on our end!”
