So I pay my last bill of 146.00 after paying bill I noticed I still owe .77cents and so Rogers decided to charge me me a late fee over .77cents then I get this month bill for a 20$ credit over almost 24 hours without out service what a joke phone paid for soon bye Rogers @Rogers

@RogersHelps My online account is empty (tried 2 browsers). I got a link in the community forum to access my account activity so it's clearly a bug. No one has fixed it in 2 months of customer complaints - is Rogers trying to get all Pay as you Go to just GO?
