But I signed up through Rogers so who they choose as their 3rd party supplier is not my choice. It only makes sense that they ensure that I am getting the service I am promised.

Andrea Atkinson (@adavidatkinson) reported@CircularLogic89 @RogersHelps The circular logic when it comes to customer service is that if I pay you to protect my device, whether you use a 3rd party or not, it is up to you to ensure that I actually have that protection. Don't pass me off to 4 agents and your 3rd party provider.

Sharon Winchester (@SharonGrape) reported@Bell just lost a customer to @RogersHelps because they couldn't match their deal today. Wanted me to wait until Nov 28th for the Black Friday deals cuz they're great deals. Their offer was to add $10 now and save later when big deals come out. Too late. I'll save 80 now. 😔
