Jeffrey Brinson, Ed.D. ๐ (@JeffreyBrinson) reported@MikeDelpieroX @RogersHelps @Rogers Iโll be reaching out to Bell following my call to see what they have to offer. Also to the CCTS to ask about options of getting out of a contract due to poor service. If Bell will offer me a significant enough discount, I might eat the cancellation fee.

Sharon McKinnon (@SharonMcKinno16) reported@RogersHelps I've never experienced such poor service from Rogers until the past few months. I've called several times trying to resolve issues and get nothing but run around. I'm done. What a disrespectful way to treat your customers.
