    @JustifiablyDee Wonder what compensation @Rogers will do for us now.Last wk. I had 2 fight just to reverse a 1 day late charge worth $2. Paid it on time but it was processed a day late. They wer willing to lose a customer paying monthly over $2. Only until I went on Twitter that they reversed it

    @Rogers what is the technical issue causing the outage? Did someone cut a wire again? Did the gerbil powering the network die on the wheel? Your customers deserve to know the truth. Be transparent, build trust.
