Charlii (@Charlii_aBB) reported@RogersHelps Lol, I can't make or take calls that is the issue and the chat is so overloaded it just keeps booting people out. I did get tech support earlier via chat very early this morning they said you need a new SIM. I said ok please send me one. On no, they don't do that you have to call customer support. Go through the whole exercise again for customer service to say you have to contact tech and they will send you one. Honestly, I am ready to turf the phone in the fire pit and cancel Rogers.

Mike Jones (@nuttyskadork) reported@RogersHelps idea of help Wait for an hour and then hang up on you
-
Boris Slobodin (@bslobodin) reported@RogersHelps pure chaos this is. all i wanted was to reactivate cellular on a replacement apple watch. in store agents said they can't do it and to call the phone support. switching providers now.

BatmanAndRobert (@MacDoug1) reported@mikeszeller @Rogers The NEXT box was just plugged into the TV and a cable cord. The Xfinity doesn't work without connecting to Rogers Internet. I already have Bell internet. I'm not paying for a 2nd internet connection just to watch TV. That just seems like a cash-grab for cable-users only.

DARSHAN AILANI (@AilaniDarshan) reported@RogersHelps Even after discussing this at length, I’m having to argue with your team in DMs and they are not honouring what was mentioned in above msg and I’m being asked to pay the entire bill. Please let me know if you can help

Matthew Kendrick (@Ch9seFan) reported@RogersHelps No you've done it all year. Every single truck race is on TV 24hrs late. Its your job to connect with them and fix it
-
Benji (@JewishCyclist3) reported@BrianReid597401 @MartyMcFlyy99 @Rogers He just had a down year. That would be selling low. You won’t get top picks. They’ll be late firsts as only contenders will be interested. It makes no sense to blow the team up when they don’t have their first rounders. All they’ll be doing is helping Boston and Philly.

Andrew Pottie (@Andrew_Pottie) reported@nuttyskadork @RogersHelps I had Shaw but I finally dumped them after they increased my internet-only service from $55/month to $128/month over about 8 years, for essentially the same service.

Aurora Bullealis (@aurorabullealis) reported@Rogers Why the hell is it so hard to cancel your internet plan? We're living in 2026 and I still have to call an agent and wait an hour to cancel a subscription? No wonder you are having to layoff people. Rogers is a dying business and will not exist in coming years.

Dale Disill (@DaleDisill) reported@LeafsandJays97 @MapleLeafs @Rogers Is your last name “Rogers”? How the hell are you defending owners who don’t give a **** about being the laughing stock of the league?
