So I just read an article saying @Rogers cell service is returning to normal but I'm going on hour 20 of no service. Hey @RogersHelps will we all be prorated a day on our bills? As my 4 year old says "that's a great idea!". 👍

@RogersHelps I would like to believe that the majority of your customers understand that not every business is perfect and that issues can arise. It's how you respond to them that matters. Reimbursement for lost services would be a perfect example of respectable customer satisfaction. #Rogers
