    @RogersHelps I hope the outage credit will be for more than just July 8, as our TV sound and picture connection has been sporadic all weekend, and now, since 6:50pm July 11, our Ignite TV channels won’t load at all. You need to fix it now.

    @RogersHelps You say service is restored but how do you expect anyone to watch TV when it pauses every 30seconds. Pauses and starts every 30 seconds. This is frustrating and not acceptable. It’s been 4 days now. I’m expecting a full refund for each day this goes on. Get your act together!😡

    @RogersHelps @Rogers My cable tv is currently not working. It has been choppy since you had the outage, and my internet is slow I sometimes have to use my data on my phone. This is frustrating to say the least

    @1964hp @Rogers Switch to IGNITE they said, better faster! Worst decision I've made! BEFORE Friday I had problems MONTHLY!

    @RogersHelps IgniteTV is garbage! Since Friday, half the channels won’t load. When they do the sound cuts out all the time, or (even worse) the video just freezes. I reset the ignite box everyday, restoring your subpar service. Thx for the rebate for Friday though! #rogersoutage
