@Rogers I have now called twice for a return package for my cell phone. The original package had no suite number, 2nd I have been waiting more than week. No requesting another one. My last 2 calls I have been on hold for more than 30 mins combined. This absolutely horrible!!

@RogersHelps No it was a few days following the outage … I had no service for 3 days and 2 days was on and off service. I was using roam like home and I just don’t think it’s fair to ask me to pay for a device that was not there or on and off

@ab_teacher2 @12Kitkat16 I'm in Greece and bought a Sim card, €12 for unlimited internet a month and shareable with all devices. In Canada I pay $85 a month to @Rogers for poor connectivity

A system fault - tossed by 5 representatives, visited by one technician, more than 3 hours on call and still no solution. Not impressed @Rogers @RogersHelps. Here I am with no internet for 2 consecutive days. Struggling for a basic need! #CustomerService #CustomerExperience
