    @RogersHelps Again...2.5 hours on the phone today...the lady helping my husband says, I will find someone to help you, there does seem to be a problem, comes back and says...we are very busy, please try tomorrow! TWO AND A HALF HOURS!!

    @Rogers how many times do you have to make “notes on the account” before you stop spamming me with calls from your credit operations team looking for someone I don’t know? I have no accounts with you (after switching because of your terrible customer service). Sad

    @RogersHelps Everything has been checked. There’s a number of people also having trouble in Newmarket check reddit/rogers it’s a problem with different apps streaming issues

    @RogersHelps going on close to 48 hours of no service with zero accountability and no expected resolution time. Area of outage is Yonge and York Mills. Two days of being unable to work because of zero internet.

    @RogersHelps Internet connection keeps buffering since the outage a few weeks ago. I called your tech support and they said I had to change my modem and plan.
