    @RogersHelps Update on the situation. Harry from @RogersHelps was very good in his effort to actually be customer focused & responsive. It was a very quick fix with a quick modem exchange at our local store. Some feedback for our friends at Rogers: 4 days for a service call is unacceptable.

    no @rogers actually has the worst customer service in the entire world... they'll take my money in 30 seconds, no problem, but wanna have me on the phone for 40+ minutes to cancel ONE thing 🙄

    @RogersHelps In canada Rogers has been going out and back on for a long time and now our wifi has been off for 2 days straight. And ya'll say its fine. Ye uh please come and fix this.

    @RogersHelps no surprise, @rogers “forgets” to add the credit for their massive outage on April 19th. What a joke of a company. $2 was insulting enough, now to not even apply it is mismanagement.
