    @RogersHelps Suddenly lost Data service. I can still make calls etc and have full bars. Was working fine yesterday. Restarted phone 3 times. Is there a problem on your end?

    Spent 2 hours on hold with @RogersBiz @RogersHelps, which is a good chunk of my Saturday evening. Beyond disappointed by the lack of service provided. I understand agents are busy.... but to be told all I can do is wait and then be disconnected. Absolutely ridiculous.

    @Rogers I figured out your scam. You provide free Tablets but assign a phone number to it. When you switch carriers you maintain the line and charge it to the secondary Tablet line. It's even in the contract that if you switch... that's terrible how you do this to your customers.
