@RogersHelps I've been experiencing speed issues, restarting my rogers modem has not corrected the issue. I have a 1Gbps download plan but am only downloading around 2Mbps on any of my devices, wired or wireless. Upload is normal at 50 Mbps for some reason.

@RogersHelps your customer service is absolutely atrocious. I’ve been transferred to anybody but a supervisor which I asked for over an hour ago. This is ridiculous.

@RogersHelps Does this link even work? I get stuck in a “click here to see if there are outages in your area” and all it does it load the same page over and over. Also, it has a reply button - so I tried to say there is a problem - but it also does t work.

@RogersHelps had an issue with a brand new rocket hub 50gb plan. Data drained to 20gb over on a Friday night and issue can’t be explained.
