Imagine how much frustration could be alleviated on both sides if @rogers @RogersHelps PROACTIVELY COMMUNICATED service interruptions. I mean, they are a #COMMUNICATIONS company that is supposed to be #leading in the #technology space. Come on. Do better.

This is insane. @Rogers and @RogersHelps just ghosting people now. At least acknowledge there is an outage. Way to let people down when they might need it most. Rogers letting down western Canada like usual.

@RogersHelps I collapsed today in a medical episode. I couldn't call for help. When I finally got up (hour later) I had to order food (couldn't stand up or carry to make food). Food arrives but I can't let the person in because the buzz box is through the Roger's network.. 1/?

@RogersHelps Finally an acknowledgement of the issue. Been contacting through the app for them to tell me it's a phone issue. Just unacceptable
