    @RogersHelps Not the reply I wanted, @RogersHelps , but the one I expected. Just tell me where I can return the phone in Winnipeg to get in writing I’ve returned it without damage. Or tell me what guarantees I have that if I send the phone away for this inspection that I won’t be charged.

    I've had two pretty good telephone experiences with @RogersHelps reps this month (the call-back option is so helpful) however, the same can't be said for when they transfer me internally to the loyalty dept. (25 year customer)

    @RogersHelps your fibre-powered page clearly states that there will be TWO planned outages so why am I on planned outage THREE? I understand it’s necessary work but why do it during BUSINESS hours when the majority of people are WFH? @Bell_Support what can you offer me?

    @Rogers Tried to exchange a defective television remote control at our local Rogers store, only to be told they no longer do that...my husband has been on the phone with the Rogers service department now for over 30 minutes in an attempt to get one shipped to our home. Really??

    @RogersHelps I want to cancel my account but no one apparently works at Rogers! 3 hour wait for someone to answer the phone, allegedly, LIVE chat, a misnomer since no one is there to chat. C’mon..how do I get a live person to help?
