@RogersHelps So you might be losing a customer as I’m trying to switch plans with my account and my family account. The one location had great customer service but there internet was working (embarrassing) and the other location wouldn’t do anything to help out my situation.

@Rogers I’ve been a long standing customer and the lack of care or priority of this is troubling. I have never had an issue. And the lack of prompt service is disturbing. I have spent close to the length of a marvel movie trying to resolve this issue with no result.

Dear @Rogers and @RogersHelps after over 14 years of loyalty we are leaving your wireless service. You were really good for a long time. You listened and understood. Now you don't. I hope one day you return to a customer first service mentality. Message me when you do.
