@Rogers @RogersHelps I think your training needs to be updated so when someone calls in to inform of a death of customer and needs a change to account name, the rep doesn't try and get you to add a new cell phone to the account.

@RogersHelps It says I have no subscriptions under my account. It seems very common according to the reviews. The app clearly has issues, is this being looked into?
