@rogershelps I called twice to speak to a manager, the second time I confirmed my number to the rep for a call back to ensure that they would reach out if the call got disconnected, he confirmed my # and proceeded to hang up right after.

@Rogers still no internet in #aurora I already have a ticket opened through AskAnna Why does @CRTCeng prop up this horrible ilec/clec system? Given the prices we pay, we should have some of the best Internet access in the world. Sadly, this is not the case.

Rogers should change their tagline to 🇨🇦 most unreliable service. Spent hours on hold each day to get a different explanation each time from reps & now hear that the last 3 days w/o service is due to scheduled maintenance and will continue until Jan 15. Unacceptable @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps could you please advise what is going on with the internet service in midtown #Toronto ? It keeps disconnecting every 5 mins!!! It is annoying as it gets and impossible for anybody to get the tasks that require internet done. @Rogers

Dear @Bell ...saddens me to say your service is terrible. Four technicians in a week and a half and still no internet or TV. cancel, but when your alternative is @Rogers one really has no options in this country. We have the worst telecom service on the planet. Open it up.
