@RogersHelps Dear Rogers, I am done with being a loyal customer since 1999. You let us down, kept us in the dark. You see I got the wifi & cellphone service back finally, Still no idea what happened, why it happened. Still in the dark, and I am afraid that it could happen again.

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps I have cell service back but it’s cut in and out for me for the last 10 hours. Does anyone know if this has actually been resolved and I can expect to actually use my phone today? Kind of need to get ahold of my boss. Definitely switching providers.

@AboutRogers @Rogers If you are trying to ensure trust then tell the truth, why did this happen ? And what’s being done to prevent it ? because two years in a row is to much if people can not call emergency services or businesses aka peoples livelihoods are tied to there ability to provide a service.

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps It’s time for more competition from other wireless service companies like Verizon and AT&T . Rogers has messed up bad this time and it’s time for the big guy to step side and let other U.S. companies step into the Canadian market.

@blogTO @Rogers and @Fidomobile can’t just say ‘whoops, sorry about that!’ and move on. They need to clearly explain what happened and why. The damage to the economy went well beyond a small credit for the outage. How many died because they couldn’t call 911? #RogersOutage2022 #Fido

Conversation with the taxi driver at the airport: Me: I'd like to pay with card; it that doesn't work because @Rogers is down, I'll pay with US cash. Driver: You want to pay US cash? M: No. I'd like to try my card. If that doesn't work: US cash. D: I can take US cash.
