Hi @RogersHelps - who can help with access to the 4K channels? And on demand? I changed the box today and cannot access those two services. Called the number and cannot connect with live person, only automatic. Thanks

Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps canceling someone subscription with out them knowing is the worst move ever. You take the payment everytime yet no one asked to cancel anything at all. Disgusting at all.
