@Rogers since the remote work your services have deteriorated. Longer call wait,fuzzy connection, background noises, dogs,children etc. I had been waiting 30 minutes to speak to an agent, LAST week waited 45 minutes & did not get an agent. Your service is 3rd world @CRTCeng @CP24

@brittlestar @Rogers Considered switching from Rogers to Bell for a hot minute, then slapped myself and snapped out of it. They last had me as a customer 20 years ago and I still remember.

@brittlestar @Rogers Rogers once called me to offer me a new monthly cellphone plan that would begin 2 weeks later when my month was up.The day came and I had no service anymore. They put me on an internet hub plan and it took 2 hrs on phone and five people to figure it out. 😵💫

@Rogers I've been a customer of yours for 25 - 27 years now, I've never been so disappointed in your service. I'm having two issues one that should be easily resolved within 3 days but have been told to expect a 60 day turnaround and the other has no resolution date. Shame.
