Paul Mori (@paulpmori) reportedRecently purchased the $90 Rogers Mobile Travel Pass for a trip to Italy. It picked up a network maybe 50% of the time. Most times I tethered to my friend's eSIMS Card. Save money - get an eSIMS card and avoid the frustrations. That was a waste of $90. Thanks @Rogers.

Generic Guy™️ (@GenericGuy97) reported@Sportsnet @Rogers Please fix the audio for the Canadiens game. The crowd sounds so muffled. Can’t even hear the crowd.
-
Jason Hoffman (@EMSIJason) reportedI was wondering if @RogersHelps could advise as why on Xfinity box the Fox Sports 234 is so pixalated like old dial up. Been that way all the time. Is it a Fox issue?

BrianM (@briangm11) reported@RogersHelps Thanks, but the @Rogers tech support dept has been so decimated by profit-enhancing layoffs that the task seems insurmountable. We "upgraded" to Xfinity last Aug., but the modem quit twice this week. Each phone call takes 60+ min, and last night we had to quit.

Bert Scott (@gopherhound) reported@lawandchocolate @bluejays @Rogers They need to get this jack *** to settle down. He’s very distracting while watching the game. 😡
-
Dman (@mcmanus17) reported@RogersHelps The first time I reached out I was told it was an outage in our area. The other two times the service restored before I could connect to an agent.

Bill St. Arnaud (@BillStarnaud) reported@RogersHelps It’s almost impossible to get through to wireless tech support. Twitter is much more responsive. I guess I will have to switch to Starlink - too bad. Rogers was great for a while

Dan (@DanMac2014) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport I’m with @Rogers, great service but all Canadian phone companies are just too expensive- yup, Canadians are definitely getting ripped off in comparison
