@Rogers That statement would be valid if it wasn’t severely flawed. Services and experiences are not better, don’t deliver more value and instead are much worse. We are definitely overpaying for the value and services. Communication services are poor and Rogers players are paid too much

  • waynoldu Wayne (@waynoldu) reported

@RogersHelps @Brightstar i dont even know why im tweeting you for help, because at this point i doubt a twitter account will help me better than 16 separate phone calls to your departments.

  • albertduic Albert Duic (@albertduic) reported

@Rogers Why don’t you talk about what’s replacing the Rogers Anyplace TV app/service. It was convenient when I wasn’t home.

  • waynoldu Wayne (@waynoldu) reported

is this purposefully designed to be this difficult? if so, i think ill just cancel my cell phone plan and bring my entire family to bell. You already lost us as a TV customer. @RogersHelps @Brightstar

  • CassieFizzy143 Cassie Winger (@CassieFizzy143) reported

Love that my @Rogers Internet keeps cutting in and out. So glad I pay for this service.

  • j0hnwilliamson John Williamson (@j0hnwilliamson) reported

@RogersHelps No, I am talking about full 5g speeds. 5g speeds are significantly slower on my iPhone 12pro max than any other phone or LTE network I’ve used in the past. This goes for many of my friends as well. Probably why “why is 5g so slow” is a popular google search ;).

  • j0hnwilliamson John Williamson (@j0hnwilliamson) reported

@Rogers your 5G speeds are concerning. Paying hundreds for an upgrade only to have your internet speed drastically reduced is extremely dishonest. When will the paying customers get the service they are paying for?

  • joshbercier Joshua Bercier (@joshbercier) reported

@RogersHelps hi Rogers. Our Rogers ignite box has been dropping like crazy. Internet down every 10 minutes as well as our cable obviously. Is there some way to get this fixed?

  • stuffyah Pete Brown (@stuffyah) reported

@adamschoales @Rogers We signed up for Anyplace TV as part of our services. What gives Rogers the right to pull a service without reducing our cost. I can’t believe the CRTC endorses this greedy behaviour.
