I waiting over 2 hrs on the phone only to be told they can’t take my call try again later and hung up! Another hour later on someone else’s phone I finally got someone to help. I’m ready to cancel my phone.

They have lost me as a customer, when they used to be the best example of a good telecom company that put customers first! Now they are just as bad as Bell
