@SAndersonshpk @Colleen90544980 @Rogers We found it easier to let the the Costco reps deal with it. They have a direct line to Rogers support. Go in & talk to them. Bring your receipts.

@SAndersonshpk @Colleen90544980 @Rogers Absolutely. We switched from Koodo(Telus) to Virgin(Bell). Customer service at Koodo is definitely superior to Virgin-I despise the fake accent they use with voicemail. We won’t renew once the 2 yr contract is up.

@SAndersonshpk @Rogers I’m pretty sure Telus did this to a family member. Shady bunch. I switched to Koodo Rogers a few years ago and bought my device outright. It’s the only way I’ll ever do it. I’ve had one issue with koodo and they were fast at fixing the issue and resolving the problem.
